The owners are hands on. Trustworthy and kind. The location is central but its in a particularly good alley. This means no loud traffic, lots of great little local restaurants and cafes. Ive been coming here for 8 yrs now, and mainly because of the lovely owners. Xem tiếp

We had a great stay with Anh and his wife! They were both extremely helpful and informative about the area. The location is perfect for nightlife. Even though you're right off the backpacker street, the room was very quiet. The AC worked great and the pillows and bed were comfortable. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Thank you! I spent 7 nights at the Diep Anh Guest House in March of 2017. It is located on a small and quiet alley street. A one minute walk in one direction will take you to the heart of the lively Back-packers area. Go one minute in the other direction, and you are at Bui Vien Road with transportation options including yellow bus 109 or 49 that will take you to the airport. The rooms had nice sturdy furniture, large refrigerator, solid doors and locks. Rooms were very clean and sanitary. Common areas contained a bit of clutter. Very reasonable prices for water, soda, and beer. Like so many reviews have mentioned, the husband and wife owners are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The WiFi signal strength was excellent. WiFi speed was OK to good most of the time. They do not provide breakfast, but that is not a problem as many food options are just steps away. Dinner was a wonderful time in that area because of all the great places to eat. It would be nice to have a water kettle in the room, however one is available in the lobby. I would highly recommend this Guesthouse and would most definitely return again. Xem tiếp

the location is good, not far away from most of the places of interests. however, the guest house is in the alley which is a bit messy and smelly. In the room, aircon is very noisy and mattress is not really good. payment: it is suggested to pay US dollars as the owner charge higher currency rate than market rate. they will not tell you that they dont accept payment by cards till you check out. if you say that you pay by cards, they might tell you the machine is spoil and bank staff have not come to fix it yet. Very good location to the BuVien street which you can find many of restaurants and bars. About 10mins walk to the BenThenh market. The lovely couple will show you how to go to those tourism spots on map. Xem tiếp

The family running the guesthouse are great, very helpful and trustworthy (we accidentally gave them the wrong money... easily done with all those noughts, and they handed it back!). Not pushy about tours but great at organising if you want to one. Great air con, and fridge, good shower and comfy beds. Rooms at the front are the nicest so check which one you want, especially if you want a view/ Also looked after our bags for 8 hours the day after we checked out as our flight didn't leave until midnight! Un hébergement très bien situé au coeur de la ville, aucun bruit alors que nous étions à proximité d'artéres très dynamiques où nous avons profité le soir des Skybars... c'était génial ! 之前预定这里是因为分数很高，结果等到自己去住了，感觉设施设备太不齐全，房间连个吹风机，和烧水壶都没有，洗澡时水也是超级小，总体觉得太小家子气，除了离景点近老板笑脸迎人之外，没有其他好处，这也是我来越南玩十几天住的最差的地方！ Xem tiếp
