HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Studio with a balcony and ocean view! This will be a perfect place if you love to chill in a quiet place close to nature (mountain, sparkling blue sea, fisherman...). Nice staff, clean room and super clear view. Many Japanese loves this place, so you know their level of cleanliness :D. My 4D3N trip was exactly what I planned and was looking for :D ///// You may need to consider using taxi to commute 7km to city center or walking 2km to the allowed swimming beach area. One minor thing is although the studio is equipped with a kitchen, you have to rent the cookware and dining utensils?!!?!! Xem tiếp

Facilities is good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff can use some extra training to improve services, such as continuously serving or ask if guests needs more food or drinks. This will not only help customer's satisfaction but also bring in more revenues for the hotel. Their breakfast cost is high compared to The Code Hotel and Spa next door. The over all value is not good with the comparison. I like the ambience of Dan Oasis's lounge/restaurant the Jazz music is very relaxing while having a meal or drink. One worst experience is the hotel is listed as a "SMOKE FREE" hotel, but yet have a smoking area in the restaurant area. Also I can smell someone smoking in the next room. I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke. And it is awful. This is something they can do by installing a smoke detector to discourage smoking and charge a fee for anyone who smoke in their facilities. I took 1 star off because of smoking. This place was a pleasant surprise for us. Away from the crowd and crazy traffic, has a great view over sea and lady Buddha statue. The rooms are big and clean, wonderful terrace, free bicycles, good choice for breakfast. The staff was amazingly friendly and willing to assist. Thuy, the front desk lady insisted to take her personal scooter for a ride, when the renting company was not answering the phone. Hard to find that these-days. Than you! Xem tiếp

Great rooms nice relaxed style great staff just location sucked. Went for walk but bad footpaths awful decaying fish/rubbish smell as there is a local fishing community there. Busy road but room great with nice balcony and good zircon. Still OK for one night Xem tiếp

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days with my wife and toddler. The location is midway between the river and the ocean which is easily accessible within a minute or two via motorbike/taxi. Both are within walking distance, pending your ambition. The staff from the cleaners to the reception were all incredibly kind, hospitable and informative. Normally I would prefer to stay right on the beach, or in the city center, but because of everything related to the hotel (staff, cleanliness, food, etc) I would stay at this hotel again on my next trip up to Da Nang. We stayed here three days just for a quiet vacation. Renting a motorcycle (140cc) through the front desk was the best thing we did. With it we could easily get to Monkey Mountain, Marble Mountain, and even to the distant mountains on the mainland. It was 150K a day through the hotel, delivered. If you want to go out and find one yourself they can be had for 100K a day. For us, not having to find one, and then return it the day of departure was worth the small difference. As other reviews say, this hotel is at the end of the beach away from all the activities - which is what we wanted. The only downside for us was that because it was at the curve in the beach, the water was absolutely filled with trash in front of the hotel. I've never seen so much plastic in water before. If you want to swim a short walk down the beach gets you to the 'normal' level of plastic in the water that is unfortunately widespread here. The staff were very helpful, the food was good, but very slow to come. There were only a few guests so everything was made from scratch and slow to come out. If you want to eat local, there are a few places nearby on the beachfront, or down a nearby alley which has a large market and many small restaurants - none cater to expats so you need to be prepared to point to what you want or know a few words. I loved Dan Oasis except location! When I read the reviews of Dan Oasis, there were some unhappy customers because of its location. It is true that this hotel is almost at the end of the long beach. It took some time and money to take a taxi from the main tourist attraction. But besides that you can have a very clean private beach just right in front of the hotel with no people around!! :) Xem tiếp
