We decided for this hotel against a beachfront hotel to make sure we were close to the HoiAn ancient town and we were not disappointed. This hotel is within walking distance from the town but far enough that its in a quiet and calm spot. The room was beautiful, and the shower and bathtub were very very nice. The staff was very attentive, they have us tips on what to visit and suggested a tour, which we enjoyed a lot. Overall, I loved our experience here. The one thing I would advise other travelers is to avoid a room on the 6th floor if you like quiet mornings. Since the 6th floor has the access to the pool, the hallways were very loud early in the morning which prevented us from sleeping in. If you are an early bird, this shouldn't be a problem for you. Located in a quiet place about 5-10mins by bike from the ancient town, it’s good if you can ride the bike or motorcycle but for group of 5 ppl family like us we still have to pay taxi every time we go to the town and come back, a bit costly on the transportation fee. The hotel design is super pretty and cozy feeling. Staff really friendly and provide us everything we asked for. The staff at the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel is. incredibly gracious and helpful. They will do their best to make sure you have a pleasant stay in Hoi An. Beds are cozy, breakfast buffet is delicious, and the rooftop pool is refreshing. Above all, enjoy the magnificent spa treatments. There are a variety of selections and the hotel offers discounts upon arrival. The spa puts this hotel above the rest. Xem tiếp

We did not stay there due to present travel-restrictions. As we had a non-refundable booking Cozy agreed to our wish to postpone our stay to next year, which we found really charming and customer-orientated :). Hope to see you in 2021 then! Xem tiếp

This hotel is delicate. It locates near the ancient town, and visitors can walk to the town in 10 min. Room is clean and comfortable, and I slept very well for 4 nights in their bed with suitable pillow. Breakfast is great and full of expectation, too! They offer Vietnamese cuisine and change some of the dishes every day, thus I had the chance to try different local food. Hotel staff is nice. They helped me booking tour and mailing my post cards. This hotel really was excellent. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give us great recommendations and a locals perspective. The breakfast was nice with a great selection. The pool had a glorious view. My only complaint would be that the grounds surrounding the hotel seemed to be covered in trash/construction material. A quick walk around the hotel grounds could have easily solved this unsightly problem from distracting from an otherwise lovely view. Xem tiếp

Overall good value and very nice accommodations! They also gave my girlfriend flowers and a bamboo purse as her birthday was this past Saturday which would have been the day after we left. Kathy and her staff were great especially the Restraunt staff! Xem tiếp

This hotel was just wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. The staff were incredibly helpful and got us welcome drinks the minute we arrived while we checked in. Though we didn't use it, the rooftop pool looked lovely and the breakfast was delicious as well. My only comment would be that the walls are quite thin, so we could very easily hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms on our floor. Xem tiếp

This is the best hotel I've stayed. Keep in mind I'm comparing Cozy Savvy to something like Hilton, Mercure, etc. The hotel is very clean. Staff is very helpful in helping us on everything we ask for. Be it the restaurant, booking a van and so on. Facility is on point. Pool on the rooftop is remarkable. Breakfast buffet taste good, with enough to choose. Hotel is a bit further from the noisy place which is a good thing. You get to enjoy your evening in peace. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel. The thing that I liked 'cozy savvy' the most was the people there. Everyone who are working there are super nice and trying to help travelers from the bottom of their heart. I had to go to the hospital by accident there, and had to go all the way to Vinmec hospital in Danang, and all the people who were working there at the front were so worrying about me and helped me the best that they could. Also, the thing that I like about cozy is the location. If the hotel is near the center of Hoi An, you have to go all the way to the end of the road and then have to go back and pass the hotel and go opposite side of the town again. But cozy is located at the end of the Hoi An, so you can see the whole old town and New town and come back easily to hotel, not overlapping the walking. I heard it is built in 2019, everything out there was so new and clean. room was perfect, clean, fresh and comfy. Once you get to the hotel, you will see how nice people they are. When I get there, I had no idea to go, eat, and what to see. people who work there will show you a map and recommend all the things you might need to see the whole Hoi An. I'm telling you. Super nice people there. I'd like to come back and stay in cozy once again for 100% sure.
