When i booked this place im affraid as the review is quite low . but at the end we had a really good tour guide Tam , which always ask if anything he can help. food also have many variety , room clean , we satisfy with what we had there. Boat a bit old and worn but with friendly staff and clean bed , im ok with it Xem tiếp

Firstly, the pictures on Agoda are misleading. This boat seems to be one of their (if they have others) older properties. Seems a bit worn out. While the guide Duong was really good (knows his history, speaks decent english and very friendly), the rest of the crew/staff were cold and hardly responded or made an attempt when we spoke to them. They kept switching off the aircon. Some of the activities on the itinerary seemed to be just done to tick the boxes. The bus rides to and fro was well taken care of though the mandatory in between stops seemed like a tourist trap. All in all a not too bad mid range tour. Xem tiếp

The tour guide was friendly and nice but the boat staff weren’t friendly or helpful. The rooms weren’t clean at all topic at dinner and breakfast was cockroach and cob webs around the room being scared roaches climb into your bed haha. I’d say spend a bit more or do a day trip and if you decide to stay in town there isn’t anything to do except the theme park Xem tiếp

Everything was very well organized from the greeting until the tour ending. We got picked up from our hotel in Hanoi then long way to Halong bay, but it was not boring at all. Our tour guide Ming gave us all information we need for our destination and tried his best to entertain everyone on bus so we felt time flied. We arrived the harbor and checked in our room without any wasted time. That is pretty and cozy traditional vietnamese wooden boat. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Food was so good, large of choices and we really don't know how to finish all of them. That's too much food for us. They also offer another option if you are vegetarian, that's a such good thing. Halong bay is beautiful and should not miss. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and it's good value for money! Highly recommend Cozy Bay Classic to everyone. Xem tiếp

All passengers used the official pick-up. I live in Hanoi so was asked to meet in the Old Quarter at 7.45am. We were then circling the Old Quarter for another hour; should have been given the last pick-up point! Good Points: The tour guide spoke very good English and gave lots of interesting information. There were many activities (both a good and bad thing). The bathrooms were very nicely decorated. Needs improvement: The boat was lacklustre. It's a tired boat without attention to detail. The most disappointing thing was the food. Everything was deep-fried and unhealthy. I felt quite ill by the end! The activities were good, but too much crammed in, including super busy tourist spots with too many people. We would get 30 minutes turn-around for 2 people to shower and get ready for dinner. Felt rushed and was exhausted by the end. We had to check out of rooms by 9:45am but didn't get back to Hanoi until past 5pm - a boring day of hanging around! Xem tiếp
