I had an amazing stay here. On the way to this place from the airport, my taxi driver was telling me how dangerous District 8 was and I was terrified as it was my very first visit in Vietnam not knowing anything at all. But it was really safe and people (both the hosts and neighbors) were just amazingly friendly. You can take a city bus from the main street to District 1 and it cost VND5,000 ($0.25) and takes about 10-15mins. It is nice to be away from the city center chaos and get the true Vietnamese local vibe. The owner speaks fluent English and the housekeeping lady doesn't but (I should speak Vietnamese, right) and she makes sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. Based here for 10 days while venturing out of hcmc. Place is standard with good furnishing. Only drawback ia lackof water pressure for shower and lack of cleaning service. Comes with good internet and a personal router in the room. Xem tiếp

No hot water around 10 pm. And not all of staffs can speak English, the gap of the door is really big, we even could see inside or outside thru the gap. and keep asking many questions during my vacation. Not recommended. Xem tiếp

being that close to highway made sleeping impossible plus the bed was like concrete. left after the first night because sleeping was impossible disappointing because photos looked good but in reality it is unlivable Xem tiếp

We came back after first time because a good, clean, tiny room/location. But this time make us disappointed just because 1 thing. I did ask how about if I check out late around 8:30pm because our flight was midnight. I can pay for extra because I know hotel rules. Then they said ok and not mention about extra or booking more day. After that, they asked us to check out right time and can keep our luggages until late. But we need to have shower and get change. Location is good, near some tourist attractions. Easy to find local food. You also can enjoy Vietnamese coffee 24/7 at the shop in front of hotel. Our room has small windows, it's still good. Clean, tiny room but nothing in kitchen except electronic stove Xem tiếp

I left my phone line in the apartment. I wrote the mail many times, but no one reply or explain. Not good service. And the window faces a wall of next building. You can see nothing in high floor. Xem tiếp
