Tôi đã lưu trú rất nhiều nơi, trong nước cũng như nước ngoài. Lần đầu tiên tôi cảm nhận một nơi mà bạn có thề tự do và yên tĩnh đến thế. Nằm trong một con hẽm mà xung quanh có rất nhiều hàng quán, tiệm thuốc tây, siêu thị mini 24h, chợ. Mặc dù chỉ tiếp xúc online với staff nhưng phải nói là cực kì chuyên nghiệp. Tôi đã được hướng dẫn một cách cặn kẽ và chi tiết. Phòng cực kì sạch. Thơm. Và mọi thứ rất mới. Có chỗ để nấu ăn. Tuy đã check out rồi nhưng tôi vẫn muốn quay lại. Tôi yêu nơi này quá !!!! Cozrum is everything you want for a high standard homestay with reasonable price. Located just near the center of District 1 but really quiet at night. The studio we had was clean and provided us great facilities. It’s operated as self-checkin but the manager/host was very helpful and guided us through sms with great hospitality, so no confusion at all. Overall experience was awesome. Outstanding!!!! They changed the code of the front door without notifying us... Then finally after an hour of calling and emailing, they gave us the right code, but then still it didn't work. After waiting more for Somone to come and help they finally day l said somebody had locked out from the inside and to put our hand through the door!! We finally got in, but zero help, and waiting in the street for over an hour. So for the service I would say no... Don't book Xem tiếp

This home located at the very center of HCM city. The room is clean and fresh. However, there's no parking lot, so it might be a problem if you have a bike. Another thing, the fifth-floor electricity control board (where the washing and drying machine are) is inside the room on the fourth floor; in my visit, the guess on that room (accidentally) turned it off, so no one could use those extra facilities. Cozrum homes is an adorable building with 4 rooms in residence area. In 50 meters range, there are restaurants, food carts, convenience stores, barbershop... I would stay here again next time Xem tiếp

If you don't like the craziness of central District 1, this Cozrum home might be what you're looking for. It's tucked back in an alleyway in a neighborhood area and has much less traffic and fewer cars. There are plenty of restaurants and street stalls nearby, and there's a morning market a few minutes' walk away. The home itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable in both the common areas and the private room. The bed was comfortable, the air con worked perfectly, and there were plenty of outlets to recharge phones and cameras at the end of the day. When we arrived, the guest before us had checked out late and the staff lady was still cleaning our room, but both she and Cozrum were very apologetic, and the room was absolutely spotless when she was done. I would highly recommend this home to most travelers. It's a great place to stay, and a fantastic starting point for exploring more relaxed parts of HCMC. The only reason I might reconsider is if you're a light sleeper; the alley is fairly busy (including a restaurant at the corner that sets up early in the morning) and the neighborhood has a lot of roosters, and you can hear some of that noise from the first floor. But if you plan to be up early anyway to beat the heat, you can skip your alarm clock. ;) Xem tiếp

没有电梯比较不方便，搬行李上上下下很麻烦。而且我订了两间房间，到酒店的时候只有一间房间，后面协调处理又安排了一间房间。然后新安排的房间，床单被子都很脏，很多印子。浴室莲蓬头出水很小，很不方便。 Xem tiếp

1군 시내와 가까운편이고, 주변에 미니스탑, 빈마트도 있어서 편합니다. 1명이 지내기엔 충분히 공간도 넉넉하고, 시설도 깔끔했습니다. 2주정도 머물러서, 1주일에 1번 청소해주셨습니다. 거실에 정수기가 있어서 물 안사도 되서 유용했습니다. 개미가 나와서 스프레이 부탁하니까 가져다주셨고, 빨래하는곳은 옥상에 있어서 조금 힘들었습니다.. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많거나 무거우신분들은 주의해야 할 것 같습니다. Xem tiếp

가성비 괜찮긴 한데.. 전체적으로 조금씩 아쉬운..? 우선 전체적으로 괜찮다 싶으면 하나 정말 좀 아니다 싶은게 화장실 샤워부스가 유리로 되어있는데 들어가고 나오는게 뚱뚱하신분은 못들어갑니다. 본인이 통통하다고 생각하면 들어갔다 나오는데 욕하실 정도 ?? 그 거 빼면 뭐 괜찮아요 Xem tiếp
