Absolutey amazing experience here. We checked out to do a motorbike trip, and came back a few days later. Ive been in Danang a few times, been to different hotels, this one is the best. The only downside is the pool doesnt gave a lot of seating, so make sure you arrive early. Location is amazing, will for sure stay again! Xem tiếp

The rooms are nice the best are the one with sea view. The Hotel is around 300 m from the beach. The only improvement to be done is the breakfast buffet this is under the normal standard. Outside bar at night very comfortable with very reasonable prices. Xem tiếp

Wasn't going to bother with this review because the rest are 4 or 5 stars and people won't believe me, but they called me very early on my last day, so here's a little anecdote and some more details. They called my room phone - on a Saturday, at 7.40am - to ask me to collect a breakfast voucher, a system they apparently introduced while I was staying. I didn't eat breakfast on any of the days I stayed because it's absolutely terrible. I decided that now I was awake I was going to skip all the breakfast nonsense and get a coffee in the cafe across the road. Upon returning a few minutes later, the girl from reception was standing at the entrance and says "Excuse me, when will you check out?" At 8:30am! Check out is noon like basically every hotel in the world. I asked if she wanted me to check out right now, and she told me checkout was at noon. The final saga was being accused of stealing a glass from the bathroom when I checked out. I left the glass in the corridor outside my room with empty coffee cups and stuff from room service, but try explaining that. Absolutely mind boggling. This is an unbelievable badly run hotel, so here goes... The 'do not disturb' sign is not respected. I left my room to meet some friends for drinks and came back a few hours later to find it cleaned. This is bizarre behavior for any hotel, so I emailed them about it, including a translation, and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. After the first night I booked an extra three nights on Agoda because I needed to get work done, and reception called my phone at 10am to ask me to come down and pay the existing bill for mini-bar and laundry, because they are considered two separate bookings. This is a bizarre way to deal with bills and I travel a lot and have never had this issue in another hotel. Breakfast, like every other complementary breakfast I've seen in hotels in Da Nang, is woeful if you want any western style options, or don't want carb-heavy filler like bread, noodles an Xem tiếp

Very good value for money, good location. However had some several small issues with the hotel rooms and some of the staff service. It has potential. Rooms: Pro - Good spacious rooms both for the Twin Room and the Deluxe Double Bedroom. Good and enough options for breakfast, nothing amazing to write home about, but good value for money. Con - 1. Bathroom (shower stall and bathtub) in the Deluxe Double Bedrooms don't have a non-see through curtain. Bedding had a very pungent smell in one of the rooms, requested a change, the hotel did follow through (appreciated the action) however, the smell was still there. 2. Staff at the hotel were not very responsive, English only serviceable for check-in not much other information they could really explain. Needed to carry our luggage and open the doors to the hotel ourselves (not that we couldn't do it ourselves), but it didn't give us a feel of welcoming us. Xem tiếp

premium deluxe double room, is more than enough for 2 adults and 1 child. The bed can fit three of us, the city view is also cool at night, the hotel is very warm and kind, the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is variant menu, and it is nice taste. It is located 10 minutes by walk from the beach. Many small and big restaurants around the hotel and the price is also not expensive. I recommended this hotel ,if you want to get holiday in Da Nang. The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the hotel is be nicely located, I live on the top floor and can overlook the sea. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the beach of My Khe, The restaurant on the second floor is full of food. The lobby service was very good, because our group of 5 people first times arrived in Vietnam, the receptionist Miss Mai Kha, very Friendly to introduced us to go there for sightseeing, taste seafood, there are also Local Vietnamese restaurants near the hotel. Stayed here for five days. The location is good, near beach area, lots of resto around but the place is peaceful. Dining staff are nice. The reception staff are quite annoying as we were greeted with inquiries on the missing hand towels in our room, on our second day, without asking if we were even given one. Our linens were not changed until the fourth day despite repeated request. Upon check in, they wanted to charge my 8 yr old child even it says up to 11 is free on our booking. Breakfast is ok. Overall, with the price you're paying, dont expect too much. * the best burger in the area is about 25m from the hotel, the Brother burger and one block away heading to the beach is a very good cheap local resto.
