Stayed here 2 nights and was highly disappointed. The WiFi in the rooms is horrible. Its absolutely absurd to have a hotel in 2020 with bad WiFi. Also, the hotel has no heat or no heaters. Room was freezing. First night stay the hotel didn't have enough guests for them to make breakfast. What a joke! This hotel is only 2 years old and is pretty nice, but badly mismanaged. We stayed for 2 nights and the room is fabulous! We did run into a little hiccup when checking-in as the receptionist was trying to ask us to pay more for the room that we booked or we were going to be put into a lower grade room; But it was all sorted out at the end. We end up getting the room that we booked and the balcony was spectacular. I would understand why the price mark up for this room as I can see the jacuzzi uses up a lot of water and electricity. But the room is just wow! spacious and clean. Would recommend and come back again even with the understanding at the beginning. After all the staffs were friendly and nice. P.S. It would be nice for the bathroom to come with a floor mat and some hand towels Xem tiếp

After paid with agoda, the hotel informs me that they don’t have the room type (city view and balcony) available. We were traveling from sapa to Hanoi, we were not able to get email from the hotel, when we arrive there around 8:30 pm, we had no choice but accept a twin room with no window, instead of giving us discount for downgrading room type, they offered us free breakfast which only contains some toasts and fruits, no breakfast menu available. Even when I check out, they charge us 15k for a bottle of water with no recognizable brand. Comparing with other hotels we have stayed, this one is the worst we have experienced. The staff was friendly, however, the management of managing this issue needs to be improved. Xem tiếp

Let's start with the good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Location was good. But definitely not a 5-star hotel. Lucky if 3.5-star. The breakfast is very basic. For instance, I asked for an omelette with vegetables and cheese. What I got was just eggs. There were literally 3 or 4 hot options, some fruit and salad with flies, and some white bread with PB and Jelly. Secondly, stayed in room 801. The hot water has to be turned on manually. But it's a hot water heater so you need to turn it on a few hours prior(which is not informed). However, if you leave it on, the shower puts out only scalding hot water no matter the setting. Have your manager stay the night in that room and try to see if it is good for customers. The glasses for tea or coffee in the room are glass drinking glasses. So expect to get hot fingers if u go with that option. Lastly, no desk in the room(higher category) and no outlets above the table. Xem tiếp

Wonderful time at Cosmo Garden Hotel And Spa We stayed here before & after we went to Ho Chi Minh City. It is in a central but quieter location in the Old Quarter within walking distance to everything in Hanoi. Facilities are clean , and staff speak english very well . The staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, special shout out to Ms Linh and Ms. Ha for all of their help. One again thank you team for warm welcomel to me on my vacation . 入住时受到友好热情的hoang gia linh的接待 让我很满意 后来因为换房麻烦了她 也很耐心的帮助了我 最后走的时候推荐的鸡蛋咖啡也很好喝不足之处是按摩浴缸的水不会太热 放一会热水就会变凉 下次还会选择住这里 因为有hoang gia linh 这样很善于与客人沟通的前台 Xem tiếp

베트남 도착해서 첫 숙박지였는데, 더 현대적이고 더 좋은 계열사 호텔로 옮겨주겠다하고는 아고다 호텔 비용도 5만원 방에서 3만원짜리 방으로 차액 차이나는 이상한 곳에 떨궈주네요. 안내하면서 웃으며 보내더니... 웃는 얼굴에 사기 제대로 맞았음. 3만원짜리 호텔은올드쿼터 내 퀸 가든 호텔이었는데, 시설은 오래돼서냄새도 나고, 엉망이었지만, 직원분의 친절도와 위치는 정말 최고였습니다. 처음부터 퀸가든 3만원짜리 방으로 계약을 하고 갔더라면 기대감없이 진짜 좋은 점수를 줬을지도 모르겠어요. Xem tiếp
