Tôi và con gái đến Hà Nội và chọn Ks này cho kì nghỉ của mình. Phòng khá sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tôi. Tôi rất thích khu này, khá gần các nhà hàng, cửa hàng tiện lợi. Tôi sẽ quay lại. Xem tiếp

The room was very nice, much better than I was expecting. Similar quality to larger and more expensive hotels. The hotel is only 4 months old, so that definitely helps. The only thing I would change is that there can be a lot of noise that comes in from the hallway. If the hotel could soundproof the entrance door better, that would be good. You can clearly hear the maids and other guests outside the room, and I assume that they can hear noise from inside the room. Xem tiếp

When we arrive we got upgraded to the family room! It was fabulous and we love the extra space! The location was perfect and it is easy to go walk to many attractions, massage and food places! It’s also a new hotel and the breakfast is awesome! Thumbs up to this hotel! Xem tiếp

Very decent and new hotel in the heart of Old Quarter. Fantastic location, within walking distance to almost all major sites in this area. Lots of really good food available nearby, we should know because we’re from Hanoi ourselves but no longer live there. The room itself is new, decently sized and has full range of amenities available - even Netflix and an umbrella for those rainy days. Staff are friendly, approachable and quite helpful. Only one drawback: it’s hard to adjust the aircon in the room because it’s centrally monitored so once they turn it to Heat and you find it too hot inside the room, you can’t actually turn it to Cool. The hotel was great with a delicious breakfast and nice spacious room, however their spa is the worst spa we have ever been, one masseuse was checking her mobile phone during the massage and just in a hurry to finish the massage I thought only me, but for my wife the same. In a nutshell the worst massage we ever had. The “spa” does not meet the conditions for an spa, it’s in the gym room. It was supposed to be a relaxing massage... we complained to the lady at the reception and she didn’t say anything.. Xem tiếp

I liked quite many things about the hotel but unfortunately one pushed me away permanently... the view... lack of it, a concrete wall and radiators. Was okay just for 2 nights and 1 day stay but wouldn't recommend for longer leisure stay. The location is questionable. Narrow streets with old buildings, maybe useful/normal to locals but not for tourists exactly. Xem tiếp

Hotel situating at a dirty back lane. I was expecting a window -view room but disappointed. When I opened the window ,facing me was a dark & dirty concrete-wall, about one foot in front of me. Again, the room (Superior double room) ,which they mentioned 35 Sq.meter is only about 20 to 25 sq.meter. Staff-good. Xem tiếp

Excellent location to Old Quarter. Yes the street its on isn't one of beauty but it's Vietnam and how people live and make a living. Staff were friendly, helpful and really keen to make you feel welcome. Best breakfast in Vietnam so far. Fresh food, replenished often and great quality! Thanks Conifer, we will be back! Xem tiếp

Connfier situated by the the church which from the window was beautiful. We hear little noise from the bells which other hotel reviews had noted. Breakfast was traditional with some optional requested egg dishes. It’s nit bad but we’ve had better in other hotels that we have stayed in Vietnam. Staff were amazing and helped us arrange a bus to Cao Bang. Overall it’s a safe bet Xem tiếp

We had originally booked 2 family rooms as we had 5 guests. But instead, they gave us a family room and a double room with a roll in bed. One of the rooms was about 20cm from the adjacent building so there was no natural light. We asked this to be changed so they moved us one floor higher but it was pretty much the same. If you are booking- Request a high floor! Overall, the rooms were comfortable, The AC was quiet and the staff was friendly. Xem tiếp

The hotel reception inform me the room for my booking was under maintenance when i arrived at the hotel. Then offer to change to another "associated hotel". The replacement hotel was far from city centre and technically have to walk 20-30 min. This is awful.. i will refrain from booking with this hotel. Xem tiếp

stay was good. location is pretty good too. clean and comfortable. only problem is the sound proofing of room is bad. you can hear very clearly when someone is outside at the lift lobby and the chickens and dog below the hotel will constantly make some noise. still, i will choose to stay in this hotel again Xem tiếp

Room details in Agoda is not the same with real. I booked a deluxe room for bathtub, but there's only shower. So I should use cheaper room with bathtub without refund. Also they told us to come to hotel for early check in at 12:30 but I should wait more 1 hours, and finally it made my businesstrip difficult. Everything was unhappy with this hotel and I don't want to recommend you. Xem tiếp
