good location and room is clean. did not try the breakfast. booked hotel pick up but driver did not turn up. said he waited 2 hours but we feel it's poor excuses. we touched down at hcm airport, clear immigration, waited for baggage and head out. booked 3 single beds room but was given a queen bed and 1 single bed. said we didnt request for 3 single beds. looked back at agoda pictures and description it all showed 3 single beds. there was no option to select. in the end they upgraded us to 2 nights of family room out of 4 nights. they can't provide upgrade for all 4 nights because it was booked by others. We love our stay because it is clean and spacious. The hotel staff responded quickly to my inquiries through Agoda and they were really helpful with my booking request. The location is great where many convenient stores are located nearby. You can walk to Ben Thanh food market within 10 mins. Breakfast is simple but nice. They have noodles, eggs, toast, and ham. We love it. The staff in the kitchen is very kind but we recommend one more person to help her with the breakfast especially when the kitchen get crowded. Had everyhting you need for the price. Clean, good AC and wifi, close to everything. The best part was the tree staff. PB and Jet and the rest of the crew were extremely warm and helpful. The coffee shop right next door is great too, with variety of drop coffees and super-fast wifi. Also check out Legend coffee down the street where you can get weasel poop coffee. best ive ever had. Especially staff is very helpful, breakfast really good. PS: beware of the taxi drivers, use GRAB (Uber was bought by Grab, download it). Ask reception to call you a car. Xem tiếp

Agoda made a mistake of my booking, I booked the room with window views and when I arrived in the hotel, the male receptionist told me that my reservation was made by booking.com....and the room is without window...... I was speechless?!?! And I asked the receptionist to help me on that issue and he just gave me the answer that room is fully booked. I asked him to called agoda customer service line for me but he told me that number was wrong from agoda then I asked my local friend to call again, it’s actually the correct number which means he is not helping... he just doesn’t care. On the next day I pay for the difference to be upgraded to a bigger room with windows (agoda will make the difference refund back to me) and the room has very terrible soundproof, it’s on the top of the floor which is 8th floor and you can hear the music loudly before mid night and people walking in the pathway. You can definitely get a better one in D1 for this price and service!!!!! Xem tiếp

何処に行くにも良い場所でした！賑やかな場所ですが うるさくは感じませんでした。 カラオケぽい歌が聴こえてきましたが（笑） スタッフもとても感じが良かったです☆ 最終日にはエレベーターが止まり朝から8階まで 階段を使ったのは良い思い出です！ Xem tiếp

여행 제일 첫날 머물렀는데 조식만들어주는 언니가 너무 친절해서 좋았고 가격대비 방도 깔끔하고 잠시 머물기 좋았습니다 한여름에는 에어컨이 별로 안시원해서 쏘쏘할듯하구요 밤에 시끄럽다고해서 걱정했는데 생각보다 조용하고 잘 쉬었습니다. Xem tiếp

처음에 이박삼일로 예약하고 갔었는데 위치도 벤탄시장 걸어가는데 십분 안팍이고 여행자의 거리도 십분 안팍이고해서 좋았습니다 특히나 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 같이 기분이 좋았습니다 루프탑도 나름 음식사다가 올라가서 먹으면 분위기 괜찮았습니다 방도 깨끗하고 에어컨도 빵빵하구요~ 그래서 전 1박 2일 더 신청해서 총 3박 4일 묶고 지금 또 모든 짐 하루 맡겨놓고 무이네 와있습니다 호치민 돌아가서 또 숙박할것입니다 Xem tiếp
