Luc dau den khach san, toi co hoi kho chiu vi viec chung toi dat 2 phong nhung ben phia khach san khong update dong bo nen chi co 1 phong trong. Dang khen la nhan vien than thien, dang hoang, xu li tinh huong tot va sap xep on thoa cho o cho chung toi. Khach san biet lap, yen tinh, khong gian thoang dang voi vuon cay xanh mat. The room we got was literally 6 steps from the beach - that alone you cannot beat. The most important part is that it was not crowded. My girlfriend and I traveled to several other beaches on the island and ALL of them were so crowded you couldn't think with loud techno music blasting from sun up til sun down. We ended up just enjoying our private beach with no crowds and obnoxious techno music blasting. The Coco Palm sits on the west side of the island and you get to see the sun set every night. They do a seafood bbq with fresh caught seafood with very reasonable prices. If you want to switch it up and eat somewhere else you can walk down the street to several other options. The karaoke was very entertaining and both the women singing are truly talented. Loved our stay and very happy we went with Coco Palm instead of some big box resort with 1000s of other people. Great Great Staff , very helpfull and nice , we had an motorbike accident before arriving at this resort and the staff help us a lot with all we need and support during our stay The room is spacious and clean The beach is nice but very narrow , still, there is sunbed available for the guest for free , and rented to other tourist ( so it can be hard to have a available sunbed ) The breakfast is really nice (buffet) and a lot of choice The restaurant is limited menu: snacks ( hamburger and so) so for a good meal it is really much better to walk up street and go eat at one of the numerous restaurant outside the tesort So , we spent 3 days with great pleasure at coco palm resort would come back for sure Xem tiếp

We spend 5 days at this great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and the food from the restaurant was also very good. We rented scooter from the hotel which was very good also. Perfectly clean as well... simply just a great place. Xem tiếp

We loved our time at this resort - the staff are incredible and go out of their way to serve. It's beach front with loungers available for free. While the restaurant is pricy for what you get there is heaps of food a 10 minute walk or quick bicycle away (they have bicycles available for free as well). We definitely hope to return. Xem tiếp

The location for Coco Palm is outstanding, on a quiet beach with a growing number of alternative restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly, making us feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and well maintained, we initially had an issue with our (solar) water heater but this was resolved efficiently by the maintenance chap who was always busy around the resort. My only criticism would be that the staff need more guidance at dealing with larger numbers of people. Once a few people are in the restaurant there are issues which don't reflect the staff attitude, just numbers and training. Xem tiếp

If you are looking for a peace and quite place, this is the best choice. If you would like to spend your time with sun, sea and sand, this is the good place. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The resort is small and cozy that's far from the Duong Dong center and it's quite place for people who would like to escape from the noisy. If you are looking for a place to relax after busy working days, I recommend this place. The staffs were friendly and helpful, the beach and the garden are fantastic. Xem tiếp

Here is a very very nice beach resort with affordable price. Clean beach, relax environment, with someone you loved....nothing is worth than stay here with them. The staff very hospitality and passion to help everything we need, even they help me to get my laundry cloths back at the same day afternoon. We spent two weeks at this resort and wished we could have stayed longer. We travel a lot and had in fact just been to the Maldives for a month (both private and public Islands) before going to the Coco Palm Beach Resort. We wish we had swapped the holidays ie 2 weeks in Maldives 4 weeks Coco Palm. The staff, accomodation, and food were in a different class, not to mention the location. We were treated like kings and I have to say we enjoyed every minute of it. If we can we will be returning, but this time for a month. Can't say any more. Thoroughly recommended. Xem tiếp

Our family of five with three kids under 8 enjoyed our four-night stay here. It’s a quiet and peaceful location right on the beach, which was worth the extra money. The service was wonderful—all the workers were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection for different tastes. The fruit drinks and iced coffee were the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Restaurant prices were higher, which is to be expected on Phu Quoc, but the food was all great quality, well prepared and still a bargain compared to western prices. The only downside was that there were no family rooms available, so we booked two separate rooms that were next to each other. Xem tiếp

We were only booked for 5 nights but decided to stay for 14 even though we had to share a 1 room bungalow as a family of 4 without a baby cod for our infant boy. The atmosphere and feeling of calm here is everything we were looking for. The resort is located in what is best described as a jungle garden with a variety of palm tress, plants and a little lake with fish ind the middle. There is only 15 bungalows spread out in this garden, all within 30 seconds walk to the pristine beach that is equipped with comfortable sun chairs that are free of charges for the guest at the resort. The beach is 100 % sand and not a single rock in the water which is very calm most of the time. Great when you have small kids. Our 4 year old could safely play in the water while we watched her from the beach.We missed a baby cod at the resort, which should be easy for them to acquire. Food was great and staff was Wonderfull with our children that they played with every day. Our greatest recommendation! Xem tiếp

The room and the bathroom were clean. No television, so if you need this kind of entertainment, this hotel is not for you. It is quiet and nice, a good place to relax, to swim in the sea, to walk on the beach, and to chill a bit. Xem tiếp
