I’ve recently spent 4 nights at Cococha during the escalation of COVID-19 in Hoi An. Despite the stresses and panic of the situation, Phi and the team were so helpful and supportive with arranging flights, onward transfers and advice for travellers trying to get home. I’ve never experienced a hostel team that treats all their guests with such kindness and thoughtfulness. Phi was an absolute highlight, his smile and sweet charm would light up anyone’s day! Aside from the surrealness of the COVID-19 outbreak, the hostel’s daily activities including Karaoke, quizzes and free rum and coke hour really lifted everyone’s spirits and was so much fun! Hostel? More like a luxury resort. This hostel is hands down one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at in my life. What more can you ask for ? Lush pool area with clean facilities, sandy bed beach area, the friendliest staff which I must name CANDY & SANDY the most hospitable hostel staff that gave a true local authentic experience. I had booked this hostel for 2 nights ended up staying 5 nights in total. The street food tour with the staff was awesome showing us delicious foods in vietnam. The hostel provides free local tours daily or a couple times a week to make the most of your time in Hoi an including other tours they can arrange for you. The neon party was so much fun. We also got to make spring rolls and summer rolls having an unlimited amount for FREE so dont order dinner Tuesday and Saturday nights as they have you covered. The inclusive breakfast was resort style buffet all you can eat pancakes, eggs made your way. This place will have you saying one more night! Xem tiếp

Cococha was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The staff is helpful and friendly. The daily free activities are a must do! It is around a 20 minute walk to town. Very fun and social place with great breakfast! Stay here! Xem tiếp

The hostel is absolutely amazing! Great value for money, good breakfast, staff was super friendly (Phillip, Candy,Sandy,Ruby). I arrived at the hostel late at night (10:30pm) the staff at the reception stayed extra past their working hours waiting for me (they knew my name without me telling them). The staff is so on point with everything! I booked the 3 bed dorm room for 1 week, but ended up extending another 2 nights. The hostel facilities are very clean (cleaned on a daily basis), the rooms are kept very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious (no bunk beds, separate beds), there is a big locker below each bed (enough space for everything). The pool is amazing! The hostel provides free activities everyday (bicycle tour, street food tour, cooking class). Many other tours can be booked through the hostel for very affordable prices. The party wasn't really good. But I liked the bike tour really much, wich didn't go to the tourist places but rather to a family temple and to a place where you prepare a regional dish. Aand: the breakfast was awesome! You can decide between different kinds of omelette and scambled eggs, you've got salads and sauces, some fruit, toast and jam, delicious pancakes, peanutbutter and grilled bananas, best breakfast ever. Also the city centre with nightmarket and all is within walking distance so good overall stay;) Xem tiếp

Swimming pool, breakfast, party, good was 10/10. The Vietnamese and western staff were si friendly. I celebrate my birthday there. Best birthday ever. It was the day of the neon party. The best i have ever seen. In all my many travels. not to far from the center, but a good walk. Organization excelent and even thou i am a senior, i was welcome as any others. The only hick one night they had a neon party and refuse to give the 3 000 000 dongs Anounced. After the winner argued, they gave 1,500,000 dong half of what was anounced. The next party they anounced 1.5 million and gaved it. That was ok. I recomend it whole heartedly Xem tiếp
