Very friendly staff, very helpful and informative. When you get there, they welcome you with a smile, useful information, tips, and vouchers for a free cocktail and foot massage for you to enjoy once settled in. These little touches make a nice difference. Xem tiếp

Between Vui Bien and the main attractions. Everything is within a 10min walk. The staff is great and they go out of their way to be helpful. They do a bunch little things to offer an experience to their guests that goes beyond what you would expect from your hotel. I strongly recommend! Xem tiếp

I would recommend Cinnamon Boitique without reservation. I was greeted warmly by the staff throughout the stay all of whom spoke perfect English. They were there for help from just answering questions to getting a cab and telling the driver in Vietnamese the address at pickup. The complementary foot massage was fabulous and the breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices. The only reason I didn’t give the facility a 5 star rating was they didn’t have an elevator and if you are staying on the upper floors it’s quite a hike. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ho Chi Minh City. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for two nights, and the staff were wonderful and caring towards us. Extremely friendly and helpful, they will make you feel safe and looked after. The location is very central, within walking distance to markets and shops. It's a great stay for the price. The only thing that can be an issue for some travellers are the stair case, and the beds were not comfortable. Xem tiếp

The pros: Location reasonably central (see below); friendly staff; reasonably well maintained rooms (but signs of decay are starting to show); reasonably clean. Most of main items done right if not fantastically - hence a 4 star rating on most items. The cons: taking shoes off - sorry I never culturally adjusted to this; the free cocktail was a bit wanting (i know it's free but don't make it so obvious); the toiletries seemed cheap as in having a supermarket chemical feel, def not eco friendly. Some of the details should be touched up to make it a 5 star. Overall it was good value but not excellent value. The location is close to centre but still a bit of walk to most attractions - there are other hotels even closer. Save for the friendly staff, this hotel just seems to settle for okay rather than excellent. James Xem tiếp

The hotel is well located within walking distance of bars, restaurants and markets. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and the room is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when returning to HCM. Xem tiếp

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cinnamon Boutique Hotel. This location is excellent, walking distance to anything you wanted to see within HCMC CBD. The room was lovely and spacious with a little terrace balcony to watch the interesting street below. It was probably the largest King size bed we have ever seen. What makes this stay the best is the staff. They are so welcoming, and can't do enough for you. Tina was an absolute gem, and we can't wait to come back next year to spend more time at this hotel. Great location to walk to anything. Comfortable beds for SE Asia, if you like urban life watching it go by on patio is fun. Quiet only at night. High pressure hot showers. Amazing reception staff, 11/10 for helpfullness with Kimmy and Jenny! Delicious included breakfast. If you don't like stairs then book somewhere else. Private car to airport is more then a taxi but we still took it to charge on CC as we were trying to use up our last Dong. Xem tiếp

The minute we arrived at Cinnamon Hotel Saigon, I was wowed by the exceptional service. The team of ladies at reception were overjoyed to see us, gave us the warmest welcome I've ever received at a hotel: a free drink, information about our free foot massage, language prompts, a map, and ideas of where to visit, but more than that it was their attitude. They immediately became friends to us and remained so at every stage in our stay. They were genuinely interested in who were were, our story, offering us anything we could possibly need, and wanted to chat to us whenever we came down to the lobby, which we did often because the seating area out front became one of our favourite places to people and traffic-watch! The porter guys who clean were so friendly, so helpful and came to hang out with us and chat about our trip, Vietnam, and Thailand - where we live. The rooms are beautiful, classically Asian-themed with dark wood features. They're what drew me to the hotel in the first place. We had a large, city-facing room on the 4th floor with a balcony which was perfect for us. It made coming back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing and precariously crossing roads a delight, and we were always met with a cool drink and a cold towel at such times. They've really created a haven of peace, and a family-feel which made for a hassle-free, easy-going trip to Ho Chi Minh. The location is great - it's down a small road off one of the main roundabouts. This means you can walk anywhere easily. It's close to restaurants, bars, as well as all the sights. We walked everywhere. On the 4th floor, we didn't hear a thing at night and slept well. One tiny thing I would criticise is the Wi-Fi. It wasn't very good. It was weak in the bedroom and not much better in the lobby. Sort this out, and your hotel will be perfect Cinnamon!! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Xem tiếp

The room was clean and beautiful, with nice wooden furnishing and an eco theme. Our room (King room) had a nice balcony overlooking Le Thi Rieng street, with many potted plants. The staff are friendly and will teach you some basic Vietnamese phrases when you arrive. The hotel is very well-located, about 5+ min away from Ben Thanh market. There's supposed to be good banh mi place next door, but we did not get to try it this time round :( We've been to HCMC twice now, and this is hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Xem tiếp

We stayed 2 days in Saigon, the second day to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff surprised us with a beautiful cake with his name on it and 2 candles, which they delivered to our room. That was totally unexpected and came from the heart. I am Filipino, and we're known to be the most hospitable culture in Asia, but that cake surprise and the sincerity that they staged it tops the list of best customer service/delight, ever! The hotel is more than decent for their price, but it's the beauty of the service crew that makes it highly recommendable. Xem tiếp

I booked Premium Double Room, and they can only offered me a deluxe room. But finally I got a free car to go to airport from them. It's considerate! Receptionists are very kind and have patiently recommended restaurants and scenic spots to me. I will definitely come back to this hotel! Xem tiếp

Overall is good, but will suggest not to book airport transfer becos you can never find your driver on arrival n you will never know if the driver reli went there to wait for you. At last, hotel staff charged USD6 less for the miss handling. And the driver arrived to the hotel 15 minutes earlier than the pick-up time. The hotel staff are so, so friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay a comfortable one. They served me an early breakfast when I had to get to the airport early one day. The breakfast itself is almost enough to keep you going for the entire day if you take all the courses. The staff will even walk you down the road to point out the excellent local street food. My room faced the road, which is a little noisy even if you close the shutters but nothing a set of ear muffs can't sort. Come to think of it, probably many hotels in HCMC face the same problem with the mass of motorcycles navigating the streets at all hours. my friend and i had separate rooms on the same floor in this small boutique hotel. we were both equally impressed with our stylish, well appointed rooms on the fourth floor. i particularly liked that the wood window coverings darkened the room completely and muted the sounds from the street below, making it possible to sleep later with little and sound disruption. my friend, whose room was on the backside of the building, heard little of the hustle, bustle and honking in hcmc. we were both pleasantly surprised by the complimentary foot massages that were provided to us in cinnamon's little spa. breakfast each day consisted of several courses, and we felt well fueled to the see the many sights and plentiful shopping in district 1. we walked most places, and took cabs (easily obtained right outside the hotel with or without assistance) only for the farther tourist sites and when we needed to get somewhere a bit more quickly. lastly, the staff were warm, friendly, and eager to assist in any way possible to ensure our comfort and happiness as patrons. we will return, for sure! This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and still the best in SGN if you want to be close to all the action. the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is superfirendly. If there is onyl one thing which I don't like about this hotel then it would be likely the breakfast. Here they could do better but hey there are enough eateries around anyways. my friend and i had an excellent stay at cinnamon hotel. on the day of arrival, we are treated by well-trained staff who can speak in english. we are also welcomed by drink and warm towel. the hotel itself is at a convenient location about 10-15min walk from ben then market and rest of sightseeing places. the room that we stayed are beautifully decorated in bali-resort style and it is spacious and makes you feel like home. the staff had arranged a "welcome" petals words on our bed when we arrived. the hotel has very good and friendly staffs who will assist in you in whatever difficulties and nice to help us print vouchers from email and guide us in our way to various sightseeing locations. beside that, the staff will greet you when you are back and asking how is your day today? it's a warming gesture that they even stood at the door of hotel and wave to us when we returned back to our country. they really make us feel at home with their warm services.
