Mình đi vào dịp không cao điểm nên giá khá tốt Ở đây có thể đi về Đà Nẵng theo đường nội thành và có thể đi xuống Hội An, rừng dừa khá ok Rất sạch sẽ tất cả mọi thứ Anh chị chủ rất dễ thương, có dặn là 10h đóng cửa, thực ra phố cổ sau 10h đêm là vãn rồi nên các bạn cứ sắp xếp đi về nếu lượn đêm nhé Mọi thứ đều đầy đủ và dùng tốt, có TV, tủ đồ, tủ lạnh, có ban công, đồ muốn dùng thêm đều ghi giá, có 1 điểm trừ nhỏ là không có chổi (hoặc cái gì đó) để đẩy nước trong nhà tắm nên mình tắm xong muốn đẩy nước cho sạch không biết làm thế nào, và nóng lạnh hơi khó sử dụng. Only stayed a night , but its a lovely big house and as there are only 2 guest rooms,its oh so quiet!... Great host and lovely kids,super friendly.Even the free bike was in top condition...I recommend. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 2 nights. The place was clean, comfy bed. It’s a Homestay so we were staying with a family but it was very private and quiet. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The highlight was the family themselves. So lovely! They have 2 little girls, super cute and friendly. We encountered a few issues with our travels and they went above and beyond to help us. Would give 6 stars if I could. We will totally be back. Location is around 30 walk minutes from the busy area so it’s quieter. Easy transport to the old town. Xem tiếp

Very good place to stay and enjoy your trip in Hoi An. Very near the ancient city, just take about 15 min cycling (free bicycle). peaceful and safe place. the owner are very nice and enthusiasm. Xem tiếp

My journey brought me to many hotels and the likes. Chit Kem Homestay was a complete surprise. The owners have 2 adorable daughters, polite and helpfull. Mister and Mrs and grandmother are kind people willing to help you in any way they can, and they did. For me it is the best. Xem tiếp

The family are so warm and welcoming, and took care of us very well. The free breakfast was great, and our room was spacious and homely with a balcony. It’s a little away from the ancient town, but they offer free push bikes so you can get there in under 10 mins. We enjoyed our time here so much! Xem tiếp

The Place was perfect but the English speaker staff doesn’t want to prepare for us breakfast for the last day but it was paid for every day... We did not understand, because if you book this place there is breakfast 6 am.-11 am. She told us it is to early for her to prepare breakfast for us at 7 am...... and if we asked for take away breakfast she tell the same... When we woke up at 6.30 she was awake so we didn’t understand her reaction... disappointing ... so the actual breakfast time is 7-10 am... the 6-11 am is incorrect... on the other hand everything was OK, very clean, we got free bicycles, you can rent a motorbike for 120k in town and if you go far away it is for 150k. In the room you can buy big water for 9k, coca for 9k. Xem tiếp

The owner speaks good English so it was nice to actually have a real conversation. She took me to the market and helped me to buy some fruits and other things I needed. Good TV with many channels, great shower, nice breakfast and good bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood and a short bike ride into town. Xem tiếp

Very accommodating and helpful hosts. You will get bicycles that are in a good shape and breakfast. House and amenities are new. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and there are a few shops and restaurants around. Highly recommended! Xem tiếp

The hostess is so sweet and helpful! We were even invited for a family dinner! The location is a little out of the touristy area, but in a very quiet neighborhood and you have bicycles available for free so the distance really isn’t a problem. The owner family were so friendly (adorable kids), we felt very comfortable. The room and bathroom were big, we had free bicycles (just 10 minutes with it to Hoi An old city) and we got invited for dinner with the family. All in all a perfect place to stay for this beautiful city. Xem tiếp

Although I visited here alone, I didn’t feel any lonesome thanks to the host family. They were very nice to me when I went out or went back to the house. Especially Duyen is a dependable hostess. She gave me a map and suggested many places to go. Her daughter also guided me to get to the old town. Although the location is a bit far, it doesn’t matter because they provide us with bicycles for free. I was also impressed by the name of the homestay. The room I stayed was super clean and spacious, and the breakfast( I could choose one from many options) was very delicious. I wanna come back here again! Xem tiếp

We stayed for two nights in Chit Kem and we are really happy about our stay. Our host told us everything we needed to know about Hoi An, the family was smiling and helpful the whole time. The place is clean and cosy, there are bicycles to rent for free which is really convenient to explore the city or go to the beach Xem tiếp
