Khách sạn gần sân bay, giá cả rất hợp lý, nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện nhiệt tình. Khách sạn Chio có dịch vụ đưa đón tại sân bay với giá rất hợp lý. Tôi thực sự rất hài lòng với dịch vụ tại khách san Chio. Đây là khách sạn duy nhất đạt tiêu chuẩn 3* tại Nội bài. Tôi sẽ trở lại Chio nếu có dịp trở lại Sân Bay Nội Bài. Cám ơn A. We chose Chio Hotel for its location since we have an early flight and just needed a room for overnight. Make sure to confirm with the hotel for your airport pickup. The cabs refused to take us because it’s too close and not worth their time. Xem tiếp

The hotel room is clean. The shower facility to be further improved. The WIFI is awesome. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is strategic and good for transit. We had a 24 hour lay over at Noi Bar Airport and did not fancy going all the way to Hanoi City nor spend all those hours at the airport. The General Manager/owner, Nguyen Dinh Guan, who is a very friendly guy fetched us from the airport. Chio hotel was just five (5) minutes away and the room was very spacious and had all the amenities including internet TV which helped us to pass the time. There are a couple of cafes around the hotel where we had our dinner. Breakfast was basic and Guan sent us back to the airport the next morning. This hotel is good if you have an early morning flight to catch and if you need a clean bed and shower. Xem tiếp

We stayed in this small hotel jut for one night -the owner picked us up from the airport, dropped us back off early next morning. Chio Hotel was just perfect for our stay: quiet, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and very friendly & effective service. Xem tiếp

Use grab taxi, it's much cheaper. The staff is friendly but kinda tricky (Saying that he upgraded the room for me while we actually booked for that room, was about to double charge us for the room upon check-out while we already paid, charged very expensive pick-up/drop-off to/from the airport while it stated a free airport pick-up is provided). The room is nice and big though. None of the minimart in the area, only small cafe-restaurants scattered in the area. Breakfast is very limited but fine by me since it's just a transit hotel. We had to stay over in Hanoi to catch a flight in the morning of next day. The room was clean, clean enough to put my 1 and a half year old daughter in, hotel staff were very helpful, they all a good English speaker. Xem tiếp

The hotel was less then 5 minutes from the airport and perfect for us to stay at for a few hours prior to a 7 AM flight. The rooms were large, clean, bed was medium/hard firmness. Nearby, there are 3 restaurants in walking. They were ok, not great. The hotel offers free airport pickups but charged $5 for a drop off. Grab (which is like a taco/Uber) was $1. I concur with all the five star reviews – clean, great service, convenient to the airport and restaurants. Not a luxury hotel but a good choice for convenient access to the airport. Spend the extra two or three dollars and get the deluxe room – it’s nice to have the extra space. We will be staying again at Chio hotel on our way back through Hanoi airport. Xem tiếp

Read the reviews on Chio Hotel and chose it because it’s vlose to Hanoi airport. Worked out really well for us as a group of four. Also used the hotel again a two weeks later on our way back up the country. The hotel is clean, tidy and basic, and very comfortable for a quick stay if you have an early morning flight out of Hanoi. I wouldn’t have a holiday there, but as a stopover for one night it’s ideal. Some good local restaurants a short walk from the hotel too. Xem tiếp

Отель находится в полутора километрах от международного аэропорта. Дали номер с видом на посадочную полосу, красиво, приятно и нет шума от аэропорта. Только в коридоре сильно шумят сами вьетнамцы в любое время суток. В районе местные кафешки, можно покушать там или пойти в отельное кафе, которое находится почти напротив. Утром континентальный завтрак, свежие фрукты, тосты, джем, масло, могут сделать по желанию яичницу. Кофе растворимый и чай липтон, но можно попросить вьетнамский сваренный кофе. А вот трансфер до аэропорта платный, 5 долларов (120 000 донгов) за машину. При чем взяли с нас и с японской пары по 5$, и загрузили нас в одно авто. Xem tiếp

Booked hotel Chio at the last minute when we needed a place to stay near Hanoi airport for a flight the coming morning. First - Mr. Quan who greeted us was amazing. He was warm, welcoming and kind. The hotel felt very safe and the rooms were large and clean. Mr. Quan drove us to the airport at 6am for $5 USD. Somewhat noisy at night - and not a perfect hotel - but a safe and excellent value for an airport hotel. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

We arrived very late at the airport and needed a hotel close to the airport. The Chio hotel was perfect for us. Mr. Quan went out of his way to assist us as we started our holiday in Vietnam. He and his staff speak excellent English and he organised our tour to Sapa from this hotel. He personally drove us to the bus station which is very close to the hotel. He did a number of other tasks for us and I would rate him the most obliging host we have ever had. Thank you Chio Hotel. Xem tiếp

Not only was Chio Hotel in a prime location close the airport, we had incredible service throughout our stay. The owner happily made phone calls and arranged our transportation to different locations in Vietnam for fair prices, and cooked us breakfast himself. Xem tiếp

We arrived late after midnight and were very tired after a long and delayed flight. The hotel is 5 minutes away by car. At first the receptionist seemed friendly as he showed us up to the room on 6th floor. The room seemed a bit old but we were ok as we just wanted to get some sleep, but then we noticed the bed was not clean. Especially the sheet had a giant splotch/stain of something and the surface felt roughed and dirty and not something we would lay near, so we took a picture of it, went down to the reception and showed it to the same receptionist. He even had the nerve to explain that it was clean sheets and that the spots was on the other side. At this point I was very tired and asked (politely if I must say) if there wasnt another room with another bed we could get. He just sighed and handed another key over the disk. The room (404) was apparently a family room, we just checked the bed -it was clean and we finally went straight to sleep. I did notice the room had a funky smell though. We didnt get up for breakfast and just checked out. Xem tiếp
