Hostel nằm ngay cạnh Nhà Thờ Lớn Hà Nội dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm đến nổi tiếng như: Hồ Hoàn Kiếm, Phố Cổ, Quảng Trường Ba Đình,... Các loại phòng hợp giá tiền, khá sạch sẽ,... quầy bar có phục vụ ăn sáng và các thức uống. Tuy nhiên nhân viên chưa thực sự thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Vẫn là một lựa chọn hợp lý khi duy lịch một mình. Thích vị trí chỗ nghỉ này, phòng tập thể cũng ok, có nhiều phòng tắm, vệ sinh đủ dùng, Hơi tiếc chút vì đến sớm buổi sáng nhưng không được ăn sáng. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán, phố cổ. Đi bộ ra phố đi bộ hồ Gươm khoảng 10ph. Nếu các bạn đi buýt Vietnamairline sẽ dừng tại trạm Lý Thường Kiệt khá gần, còn đi buýt Vietjet thì phải đi xe ôm Xem tiếp

Stayed 3night at 10mixed dorm. Clean sheet n pillow, comfy bed. U have own fan apart from room air conditioner and small locker to keep personal stuff. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop w St. joseph cathedral view is amazing!!! Location is also perfect! Xem tiếp

Their staffs were helpful, everyone is helpful but who standout were the siblings Nemu and Rosie. They are exceptional! Rosie and Nemu extended help beyond their duties and I really appreaciate it a lot. Breakfast was great! You can choose a variety of good food. A great stay with you are in a budget! The room was very comfortable, I enjoyed my stay in here. It is centrally located and easy to get around to all the places (near by to St. Joseph's Cathedral, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants). If your room is included with the breakfast, you will satisfy with the excellent breakfast that the hotel has been provided in the rooftop. The variety and quality of food was superb! There is a rooftop bar as well the best place to get along with the people around. (They have a happy hour from 18:00 - 19:00) The last but not least, I’d like to thank for very helpful/pleasant staff. The staff was extremely friendly. Specially for TUAN, and ANH who very attentively responsive to all my requests. Overall, I could say the hotel has a good mission with very high standards were visible to see. Best employees of the month: - Anh - Thuy I will have good memories of this place and people. - Exceptional staff and great dorms - rooftop bar with great view on church - they have tourist office near by reception - check out little vietnam for some real good Vietnamese food - take grab for transportation in the city What they could improve. The value for this hostel is good with this very good price. First, the location is good. It is close to the lake and the puppet theatre. There are many restaurants around, too. So I could still find food at 10:30pm-11pm. The breakfast was nice, with egg, bread, a hot dish, coffee and tea. I only stayed there for one night but I felt that there was enough bathrooms and toilets. So far I stayed there for one night. So I did not meet all the staff members. But this staff member (Rosy, aka Autumn Water => Vietnamese name translated directly to Chinese) was very friendly. She helped me get to the water puppet theatre, recommended me where to find Vietnamese food nearby (and in Hai Phong, where I went to next). I particularly thanked her for telling me the nearest bus station to Hai Phong was Giap Bat Bus station and for telling me that there were some bad people trying to sell me bus tickets outside the bus station with a higher price or another buses. Incredible staff you drink as many beers as you can between 7 and 7:30 pm. perfect location in front of the cathedral friendly staff. delicious and very abundant breakfast. Lots of fun. We Ioved it and would totally recommend it for anyone!!! Xem tiếp

Friendly staff (especially Thien), bus ticket is cheaper than sapa express. Good location. But Do not choose 20 dorm. You'd better 10dorm. Just 1dollor but there is a huge gap between them. 20dorm is literary hell Xem tiếp

Was planning to stay for just 1 night at Chien hostel but ended up staying for 3 nights as it was awesome, very clean , beds were comfy, location was right in the center of Hanoi old town and the staff were super friendly and very helpful (especially Thiên who worked on the bar, the smiliest person ever, I’m convinced he even smiles in his sleep!) would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Hanoi. This place was amazing. Right in the old quarter. Walking distance to lots of street food or restaurants, pretty much anything you would need. Rooftop bar with free beer twice a night. Great way to meet people. Super clean and airconed 24/7 rooms, private personal locker next to your bed. 3 bathrooms and shower per level. If you are going to Hanoi you should stay here. They also helped with any tours you need which will pick you up from the hostel. Xem tiếp

The hostel is in an excellent location near the old part of Hanoi. The dorms are clean and each bed has a curtain and a decent locker. The staff were really friendly and all the shared facilities were kept well. The rooftop bar is a great place to meet people and has a nice view out onto the cathedral. Xem tiếp

They are cleaning a lot, they is a good breakfast on the rooftop! Happy hours with free beer, best place to meet people! Stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. I stayed in the 20 beds dorm, it was the only one available it was ok. There was AC and fans! Xem tiếp
