The place is not how its show it in pictures, they didn’t have pool table, the room was full of bikes instead. We didnt know how they got too good reviews. Rooms are ok, have ac, bathrooms dirty. Not natural lights in rooms. The staff is ok, they try to be nice. In a good location. Breakfast was a la carte, was good. If u take a shower u get everything wet, coz everything its so close and in one room. Xem tiếp

The location is nearby the Ho Kien Lake and the staff were so pleasant! They will help you out with the question you asked. The beds are comfortable with a warm blanket. Xem tiếp

The beds are comfortable with a lovely big duvet and privacy curtain. Bathrooms are clean with hot water and good pressure. Location is great, only a 7 minute walk from Ho Kien Lake and Trang, a staff member, is fantastic and made me feel so welcome. She gave me loads of information on Vietnamese food to try, where to go and even helped me plan my onward journey. Xem tiếp

So lovely hostel with Very helpful staff that worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay.! Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Delicous breakfast. Good place to meet other travellers, close to a lot of the famous attractions in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Super freundliches Personal! Ich wurde nach einem Unfall direkt mit Eis versorgt und sie haben sich um mich gekümmert. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Fast, wie Zuhause :-). Im Dorm-Room sorgen dicke Vorhänge für "Privatsphäre", sodass nicht das ganze Zimmer wach wird, wenn jemand noch liest, oder spät an kommt. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen <3! Xem tiếp

地理位置很不好找！对中国人不算友好！退房时想换钱，旁边不知哪来的越南大妈用越南语大声嚷嚷说什么，虽然听不懂说什么，但也知道大概骂中国赞越南的话，然后老板也不吭声也不愿给我换钱了！那个神经病大妈还要对着我拍照、被我看见了说你干嘛？然后要一堆越南话骂中国，然后老板就莫不吭声！然后我钱不换也不打车了，那神经病一直跟着我，就在大街说大声说一堆越南话，估计是说我是中国人，让他们不要帮！遇到越南警察看到这种情景竟然直接绕开！超没素质！那神经病一直跟着我走了两公里路才停下……奉劝国人不要再来越南旅游！越南人坑中国人钱还对中国人不友好！活该穷！此生不再来越南！ Xem tiếp
