Unfortunately we had a dispute with the bill at the end of stay on how much refreshments (water/beer/cola) were consumed out of the bar fridge. The problem was not resolved and our reservation indicated cancelled on the Agoda site so they would not receive a bad review. Problem also occurred with the couple we were travelling with at the time. 🤔. Otherwise our room was amazing as well as the staff. Xem tiếp

This is a fantastic place to stay when trying to escape the crowded, touristy areas of Hoi An but still be close enough to the action. The facilities are clean and comfortable, but the staff are what really set this place apart. Key is one of the most helpful and friendly people you’ll meet and he will make sure that you have everything you need. Highly recommend. Xem tiếp

Loved this hotel, very modern style. Had a nice luxury feel to it. Very quick walk to the beach, 3 min max. Beautiful pool. Host was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I’d change is to have bacon with the free breakfast. Lol. My room was gigantic with a huge balcony. Odd that toilet is actually in the room, feet from the bed but I was solo so I didn’t mind at all. Will return soon! Xem tiếp

The location of this property is really great. However like other reviewers have said the toilet is at the bottom of the bed basically, which means you can be seen, heard and no extractor either. There is a new owner which we never met but the staff are friendly and try their best. Ordering breakfast was challenging for them initially even with us pointing to the menu. Beware if you order a top up coffee at breakfast you will be charged at the end of your stay. But we were not informed and no price list for this and items in the room fridge. The hotel confirmed via email an airport pick too which never came and was never mentioned by the manager. We made our own way without issue. Because of the tight layout of the property we were asked one evening to walk round the pool edge to our room (just your foot width in parts) not ideal! We do hope these things can be addressed and with a little bit of staff training and supervision this property could be really lovely. Xem tiếp

The villa was lovely and perfect for what we needed. It is close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. There are a lot of nice places to eat on the Main Street. It was nice and quiet area. Our room was at the very top, the roof/ceiling was slanted, so my boyfriend who is 6’2 found them too low and had to crouch a lot. The pool was really nice. The manager was funny and helped with anything we needed, same with the security guard. Xem tiếp

We originally planned to stay here for four nights but extended to an extra two because we loved it so much! Key was so accommodating and helpful! He organised cars for us and a trip to sunworld we didn’t have to do a thing. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was so nice. Rooms are cleaned to perfection with great amenities. You are a five minute from the beach and loads of restaurants. Ten minute s in a cab to new town. Thank you again to all the staff we had such a great time!!! Xem tiếp

This place is incredible. I stayed in their Sun Deck room all by myself, and it was not only a stunning venue just a few minutes walk to An Bang beach (down sandy alley ways lined with locals, a few cafes, and puppies!!!), but the hospitality I received was outstanding and in fact the best I experienced in Vietnam​. It's a quiet space with a beautiful pool (that's actually a refreshing temperature), and it's just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. It was just what I was looking for: a quiet clean spot next to the sea for early morning dips, cafés and local food nearby, but also a luxurious mini holiday for myself after being in dirty, loud cities like Hanoi. This is a must stay, truly. The breakfast that they serve right beside the pool is just so beautiful as well, it's a la carte so you choose what you feel like for cooked food and they bring you fruit & coffee. It's truly such a hidden gem and I almost don't want to share it with anyone else! Thank you! Xem tiếp

The villa is one of the best well-built accommodations we have ever stayed. The trees around the pool, the flowers on the balcony, the furniture in the rooms and everything are super! It was just a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also well made with local noodle or home-made egg with bread with abundant tropic fruit choices and yogurt. It looks simple but you get full and happy in no time. We also want to say thank you to the owner, Duc, and the receptionist, Thuy, the guard, Sau, for helping us during our stay. There was a mistake from the booking system and our room (luxury room with bathtub) was given away. The owner personally picked us up from the airport and explained to us the situation with an apology and offered us to stay in any other available room. Needless to say we are satisfied with the customer service and appreciate his dedication to take this matter in hand. If we could come back, we would stay with them again! Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel! It’s one of the nicest we ever stayed in! Very clean and designed with lots of style! I am so in love with all the little details they put an eye on. The owner (fluent in German by the way) and his employees are absolutely lovely! This was definitely the turning point & hi light of my trip to Vietnam. After having 3 separate accommodation disasters in 3 different locations I booked this one as the other accommodation at An Bang had forgotten to book us in! I was pretty over Vietnam at this stage & wanted to go home however when I rocked up to this place my first impression was "Oh no down a dark alley - another disaster" but instead continued on & was absolutely Blown away by the Beauty of this place & being Greeted by Thinnys beautiful big smile !!! The interiors, exteriors, garden, pool was stunning & was so pleased that we wanted to stay an additional night. We had free bike hire & they helped us booking extra activities also. The Team and Owner here absolutely go above and beyond & I am forever Thankful and Grateful to come across this accommodation. I will be back and HIGHLY recommend it. I booked the pool room as I wanted the feel of looking over the pool. It was so nice and the food is the best I've had Xem tiếp

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights here. The fresh & big breakfast (egg, bacon, baguette (banh mi), fresh fruit, fruit juce, coffee) was a great way to start the day. A very quiet & relaxed neighbourhood, with friendly neighbours. The staff were kind & diligent, and the beautiful red bikes make a lovely ride to explore the beach side of Hoi An. 10/10, would love to stay again! Xem tiếp

Das Hotel liegt nah am Strand und in einer ruhigen Ecke von Hoi an. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Roller ist man in ca. 10/15 min. in der Altstadt. Restaurants gibt es einige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen außer, dass das Bett für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich war. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, was auch wirklich gründlich erledigt wurde. Key, der Manager des Hotels kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste! Das Frühstück war auch sehr köstlich und wurde immer frisch zubereitet. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Xem tiếp
