Ưu điểm: vị trí ngay trong trung tâm thành phố, cách các điểm tham quan như tầm 1 km, thuận tiện đi lại. Khách sạn tối có đệm sưởi, dễ ngủ. Chị chủ và em trai rất nhiệt tình, mình hỏi địa điểm chỉ tư vấn từ a tới z. Có hôm dậy trễ 10am nhưng chị vẫn phục vụ ăn sáng free, rồi mình bệnh, ksan ko có cháo gói, em trai chỉ đi mua dùm mà không nhận tiền tip luôn. Nhược điểm: mình book phòng Deluxe nhưng khi nhận phòng thì phòng chưa dọn xong, mình phải đợi tầm 20’ hơn nữa, nhận phòng Superior nhỏ hơn Deluxe nhiều. Mình complain thì chị kiểm tra lại và hôm sau mới chuyển mình qua phòng deluxe vì hiện tại hết phòng. Ksan gần một quán Bar nên tối hơi ồn, cống thoát nước nhà vệ sinh hơi hôi. Trong phòng không có tủ quần áo mà chỉ có giá treo đồ. Ngoài các nhược điểm này thì mình rất thích sự nhiệt tình từ gia đình này, nếu quay lại sẽ vẫn ở. Xem tiếp

Loved the large room. Unfortunately lots of construction noise going on, but it was all around town. North facing rooms are more noisy with karaoke at a nearby hotel. Noise insulation within hotel is poor. We were kept awake by people talking two rooms away. Good breakfast and friendly owners made up for the shortcomings. We also rented a good, newish motorbike through the hotel at a fair price. Would stay here again Xem tiếp

It is a family run hotel and they make our 3 night stay just excellent! They let us check in very early in the morning (much appreciated after the night train from Hanoi) and also late check out on the last day. We discussed each morning our plans and got a lot of useful tips, what to do and see in Sapa and around including less turistic places - all trips were fun and we would not be able to find them by ourselves (we prefer to enjoy pur trips without guides). Large and comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast. It is located 3min walk to the lake, 10-15min to the touristic information centre. Thank you again for all and maybe see you again in future. The family who runs the hotel was really nice. They always gave us warm cinnamon tea when we came in. The breakfast was good. When we asked to have a sunnier room they accommodated us. It’s also away from all the construction. The only thing I struggled with was some noise issues. The speakers in the lobby were sometimes loud enough to be heard quite well from our room (though they turned it down when we let them know). What was more difficult for me was at night there was a club or something next door and the bass could be felt through the night. There’s nothing the family could do about that. I am auditorilly sensitive (very sensitive to sound) so it made it hard to sleep for me so I had to find another hotel after a few days. Really sad since the place is great and the family is great who runs it. Xem tiếp

The place is 10 minutes easy walk from the centre. It was very clean and the staff is very helpful. We booked 2 delux single rooms, when we arrived they gave us an upgrade to 2 delux double room, which was very pleassant. At night you can hear some music from bars around, but we didn't mind. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable w electric blanket and portable heater which make up for the rainy weather in the first couple of days of our stay. All the staff make us feel at home and make this Sapa trip memorable despite the miserable weather. Xem tiếp

If you are looking for a small charming hotel with genuinly attentive staff, this is the place. Very relaxed with family and dogs running around. Perfect if you have kids and want to get away from the buzy city centre. The hotel next door has pool and great lunch if you want more facilities. Xem tiếp

I just stayed one night after having spent several days in the mountains. It is a nice place and very central. The breakfast was good. The staff was really welcoming and helpful even though I stayed only for one night. The only thing was the covers, they were a bit smelly. Xem tiếp

Approx 30-40 minutes from city center on foot. I was there in February; it was very cold and no heater (like in nearly all other hotels) in the room -- but an electric blanket on the bed which was very helpful. Very friendly staff with nice breakfast (soup!) and helpful to arrange hiking trips. Xem tiếp

Charming Sapa Hotel was an excellent choice for our family group. Right from the welcoming cup of cinnamon tea through to use of umbrellas to get to our departing transport as dry as possible, the staff at this hotel looked after us. The room was clean and provided us with what we needed. Lots of suggestions were provided as to activities during our stay. The location was an easy walk to town locations. New building on the quieter side of lake, off the street. A lovely 10 minute stroll round to town. We had a family room. Only thing missing was a fridge. Great shower. Lovely family running the hotel. Very helpful. Good English. Didn't push any tours on us and helped us create an easy going 2 day self guided itinerary. I want to express many thanks to all staffs in this hotel. The boy who slept in the dining hall helped me a lot during my illness. He accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me throughtout the night. The lady who works in the reception was hepful, caring and treated guest like one of their family members. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. Before arriving to the Sapa town, we've communicated via e-mail to about the transportation as well as local tour availability. It takes about 30 minutes to decide what to do on first day. We rented a bike from the hotel (good condition compared to others) to the Cat Cat Village as well as in the town for our lunch and dinner. We did not managed to the waterfall by bike. We subscribed a local trip for second day for village hopping (trekking). The local guide was superb by explaining lots of things since morning until the end of the tip. Besides that, it takes about 5 minutes walk to the local market. You can see variety of food and items sell over there. Xem tiếp

The Charming Sapa is a great value place to stay - spacious rooms with lovely electric blankets for the cold Sapa winter nights. The staff were brilliant - but be warned... if you're a light sleeper, the doors are very thin. You hear everything going on in the rooms across the hall - in my case, I had a very loud father shouting at his father for an hour. Xem tiếp

A clean space with friendly and helpful staff! The blanket heater is nice, although we didn't really need it during our time there. It's a 10 min walk to the main part of the city. If I come back to Sapa, I'd stay here again! Xem tiếp

You'll absolutely love staying at Charming Sapa Hotel! The staff is SO friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They'll provide you with all the information you need to know about Sapa, and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a happy stay! The hotel itself is in a good location - walking distance to the restaurants and shops downtown Sapa. (You'll walk along the pretty lake to get there!) The hotel rooms are clean/spacious, and will keep you cozy/warm if you are visiting during the winter months like us! The breakfast is filling, and you also have the opportunity to buy bottled water/wine/beer onsite. The hotel even offers laundry services. We will definitely stay at Charming Sapa Hotel again!
