Phòng sạch sẽ và rất mới. Nhân viên cũng thân thiện. Ở đây gần Vincom Bà Triệu nên cần gì thì cứ đi bộ qua thôi. Đi grab thì đặt chưa đến 2' đã có grabber chạy đến đón rồi. Xem tiếp

The hotel was very clean and they were very nice and helpful. The guard was there to watch the motorbike and lock it, which was very useful as I would not have to worry about it. The place is also relatively close to the old quarters, only need to go straight and you end up there. Every day I went back to my room they cleaned up and folded my clothes even, everything smelled clean and fresh. I havent used the breakfast much to be honest but it was very sufficient for the price u pay for. The internet was close to me so I had a good signal but I guess it depends on which room you get. The location is perfect because it's center of the city. Staffs are very friendly, from security man, receptionist to room cleaning staffs. Water heating system was not working very well. It was switching hot/cold unpredictably, I didn't manage to figure out how to control it. Xem tiếp

I came to Hanoi to do a month long training and needed a place near the site. I chose it based on the reviews and was not disappointed. The hospitality was incredible. The room was clean and the staff cleaned it every day when I was out thoroughly. They provided fresh fruit and if I ever even looked like I was running low on a supply new ones would be put in their place without me even asking. When they found out how long I was staying, the threw in the laundry service free of charge and I would find the dirty clothes I left laundered and folded (or hanging in the closet if they were dressy) everyday. Only drawback (if you are Westerner) is the beds can be harder then we are used to. However this is true throughout SE Asia so not the fault of this hotel. When I asked, they provided an extra pad to make things softer. Regardless... love this hotel. They made my stay and my training in Hanoi much easier then I expected or deserved. Xem tiếp

Spent one night at this hotel with my wife because of it's location but was pleasantly surprised when I was warmly welcomed by the great staff and even more so after checking into the room. Design and interior were up to date and quite new, bed was also super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody. Xem tiếp

We spent 1 nights we this lovely family run hotel. The staff couldnt be more helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable but a bit on the small side. Despite being on a busy road, double glazing kept it quiet inside. Breakfast was a mix of Vietnamese specialities including Pho, plus toast, eggs, fruit and jam for less adventurous. When we arrived the taxi dropped up on the opposite side of the road and staff from the hotel walked over to help us cross and we hadn't yet learned this skill! Xem tiếp

I stayed at the Flamingo in December 2012 for 2 weeks. I was absolutely amazed by the friendliness of the staff and they were extremely helpful at all times. I have done a lot of travelling and this was the best staff I have ever had. Very clean hotel, and great Bathrooms. Good location, on a long street with lots of shops, local restaurants and great bakeries within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Ha Noi, both Business travellers and others. Xem tiếp
