Chị chủ khách sạn rất niềm nở và quan tâm khách. Vị trí khá thuận tiện để du lịch Tiền Giang và Bến Tre. Chị chủ khách sạn nói tiếng Pháp tốt nên phù hợp với khách du lịch nước ngoài nói tiếng Pháp. Xem tiếp

The hotel is simple but clean and surrounded by nature. The lady who managed the place speaks a good French and Is very helpful and polite with customers. Unfortunately the hotel is completely isolated and once you'll be there you won't have so many options about what to do and where to go, specially if you've not so many days to spend there. That's why we use the men introduced by the menager of the hotel to book a tour around the four islands. My raccomadation is avoid him. Rent a motorbike directly at the hotel and arrange the tour by yourself going to the touristic pier (less than 10 minutes bike ride). He promise us a tour which didn't Exist. He just went to the pier buying something different from the description he made us to make some money!! For this reason my mark is 1 star for staff and services! Xem tiếp

The location is way outside of town there was no way to get to or from town and owners offered no travel assistance. No signage from road so it was stress to find and there is nothing within walking distance, made us feel stranded. No breakfast was provided. Owner pushed tours he was selling and nothing else. Overall the hotel did not seem like it was in a position to have visitors. The next night we stayed at the oasis and had a very pleasant stay and a chance to explore the area. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for one night. It was ok, a lot more expensive than other places we have stayed in Vietnam for what you get. Tv didn't work, no hot water, food was $6USD each, no coffee with breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay here again for the price it was. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay as it was relaxing to have so much space in the room and outdoors. The owners were helpful and wanted our stay to be a good experience. It was really nice to cycle out among the houses, gardens and trees nearby. Xem tiếp

It was a decent stay. Need a motorbike to get around. Very peaceful, natural surroundings and friendly staff. It's a quiet, restful place to stay near town but within nature. Xem tiếp

The pictures on Agoda do no justice for the charm of this place. I was extremely satisfied to have chosen Chalet Suisse. The owners are welcoming, the food amazing and the atmosphere so unbearably charming. The gardens are well kept, the rooms clean and lots of room to sit on the porch and enjoy the evening. The accommodation is simple, but was enough for me and my friend. The staff also helped us book tours and a bus ride for us and worked with our schedule to do so. I totally recommend staying here. I was the only guest at the hotel which is still under construction and/or repair. The manager had a little English and the owner, who lives on site speaks fluent French. However no other written matter (or even television channels) was available in any language but Vietnamese! Yet the hotel name suggests that Western European visitors are primarily expected and desired (the owner confirmed this to me). Nevertheless, it is a delightful and unusual structure for the Mekong delta, but commercially, I would think, difficult. The A/C works well, but rooms can not be entirely closed off, thus it's inefficient and has abundant mosquitos (nets provided). Xem tiếp

The stay here was very nice, clean quiet and friendly. I loved the room, with brick walls, bed net and outside veranda to chill and enjoy the evening. The guest house is located outside of Ben Tre but a scooter can provide a quick commute to the city and country surroundings. Lovely place. The owner Tito will go out of her way to help her guests.
