Stayed 3 nights. The resort has been maintained poorly which is a shame as it could be a lovely place to stay. They are building new rooms and dorms but the existing ones are a bit run down and tatty now, sheets had holes worn through and the balcony looked unsecure and furniture was torn. The site has rubbish around it, not from washing up but broken bits of bricks and plant pots as well as old plastic animals lying about that I guess were part of the decoration at some point. Most guests are in tour groups Who have a set menu but the other restaurant options are a bit improvised, and I got food poisoning from there. It has some charm but not for £50 per night! I’ve stayed in similar level of beach accommodation in many other places for less than £15 per night which I would be happy to pay. Xem tiếp

It is the best place if you want to have a romantic or peaceful vacation. There's only 1 resort at the island, so you'll feel that the island belongs only to you. Kayaks, inflatable rings, pool and KTV are free of charge. The short tracking route will bring you to the other beach without any signs of people. It reminds me of Robinson Crusoe. Food wise the portions are generous and not expensive. And a free ferry to/from Cat Ba makes the whole trip more exciting. Xem tiếp

Amazing location! Bungalows open straight onto a little patio then the beach. Gorgeous view to wake up to and waves crashing in the night. Me and my family rented two adjoining bungalows which was lovely, my young son especially loved playing on the beach and with the shower hose on the decking. Definitely recommend. Xem tiếp

We were very disappointed: For the price we expected a comfortable and clean cottage to relax. instead we found the cottage smelly (because the roof was wet) and the bed sheets were dirty (with stains). So was the bathroom. The food was the worst we have had in Vietnam so far. The staff is friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. Unfortunately they are not trained at all (only one speaks english, we had to ask four or five times for drinks, the menu...). Do not put on the fire in the cottage, due to the smoke Inside it is impossible to breathe (no joke!). All in all the place is way too expensive for what you get! Plage sale, pas de baignoire dans les chambre comme décrit sur Agoda, pas d’eau chaude non plus, odeur de moisi tenace, repas cher et pas très bon. A éviter Xem tiếp

Lorsque vous descendez du bateau dans ce cadre idyllique, votre 1ère vue est l’amoncellement d’ordures qui brûlent : quelle odeur immonde, de plastiques surtout, une vraie décharge publique. Puis s’enchaineront les problèmes : rien ne fonctionne, tout est de mauvaise qualité, vieux et absolument pas entretenu. Le manager ne répond pas aux mails, son équipe et lui-même en font le moins possible. Les photos de présentation sont tellement mensongères : pas de canoës, pas de confort et tous les équipements usés (éclairages et climatisation cassés pour nous, fuites, portes infernales à fermer, 2 chemins de randonnée parfaitement impraticables car envahis!,...). Surtout ne faites pas les sorties proposées qui ne sont que des arnaques hallucinantes. Agoda devrait avoir honte de proposer un tel « hôtel », c’est scandaleux. C’est un établissement à dénoncer, qui déverse ses ordures dans la mer, sur la terre, une véritable catastrophe écologique à faire contrôler, dénoncer et faire cesser!!! Xem tiếp
