We stayed here for 6 days and really enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. We hired motorbikes from them too, and got our washing done which was quick and smelt great. We hanks for a great stay- would recommend to others. Xem tiếp

I spend half the price I paid in Hanoi for a room here. The only thing missing was a refrigerator which I think no one needs anyway so, smart move Tom! The family that manages it was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very pleasant stay and would love to come back one day. Xem tiếp

First, many times we tried to get help to book activities and our return to Sapa but the staff’s English is too poor to understand what we were saying. They only could understand one or two words of what we were saying. The room was ok. Very small and the beds mattress very hard kind of made of cartons. The shower was next to the toilet and the hotel required that all used paper be put in a basket. Breakfast offered wasn’t great 3/5. It happened twice that they did not give me what I ordered.. probably die to the language barrier. Activities offered by the hotel were more expensive than the traveling shops. Overall, I did not feel that the staff was there to help us. Xem tiếp

The main problem was the fact that no staff could speak English nor French. We asked to go to beach no 3 and we were sent to beach no.2. Morning orders were mixed up.. Room has no closed shower, no phone, no fridge and no safe. I asked help for booking activities in Sapa and no one could help me. Xem tiếp

The hotel is well located in Cat Ba town, close to any restaurant and travel agencies for boat trips. The room was fairly big and clean however the bathroom and especially the cable installation require some serious safety adjustments. Breakfast is fairly basic but you will find good restaurant nearby to combat your hunger later on. The staff is very helpful and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Xem tiếp

When the people who own the business, run the business, it's in their interest to give it all they've got. A great many hotels of all stars could learn a lot from Mr. Tom and his family. Spotlessly clean throughout, rooms serviced daily, smiling, courteous and attentive staff and access to all the island has to offer via the permanently manned front desk. My room was spacios, light and fresh, no shortage of hot water and best if all at a price which beats everywhere else hands down. Highly recommended!! Xem tiếp
