Quản lý viện nhiều lý do để từ chối cấp phòng vì tôi đã đặt chỗ qua Agoda ngay tại sảnh khách sạn. Quản lý cho rằng phải đặt phòng trước vài ngày dù tôi đã trình thơ xác nhận đặt phòng thành công từ Agoda. Quản lý cũng trì hoãn việc kiểm tra việc đặt phòng trên hệ thống của khách sạn. Khi họ đã nhận được thông bao từ Agoda gởi đến, họ tiếp tục từ chối viện rằng Agoda đã không kèm thông tin thẻ tín dụng của tôi trong thông tin gởi đến khách sạn. Quản lý cũng từ chổi gọi điện cho Agoda để làm rõ. Chỉ sau khi tôi gọi cho Agoda khiếu nại vụ việc và Agoda nói chuyện trực tiếp với quản lý khách sạn dùng điện thoại của tôi thì tôi mới được cấp phòng. Tôi phải chờ tại bàn tiếp tân một giờ. Trong phòng nghỉ TV không hoạt động, bồn rửa mặt bị rò nước thải vào chân người đứng rửa mặt. Các lỗ cắm điện trên tường lỏng lẻo và không có điện, và đèn ngủ mờ đã hỏng. Các khách sạn khác cách vị trí này khoảng 2 km về phía Nam theo Quốc lộ có lẽ là lựa chọn tốt hơn. Xem tiếp

Dear, Đây là 1 khách sạn có 1 vị trí rất độc đáo, ngay trung tâm biển Cà Ná. Nội thất mang nét cổ kín của Việt Nam xưa, nhưng sàn nhà hơi bẩn. Bãi biển ngay trước phòng khách sạn: hoang sơ, đẹp, sạch. Nhà hàng: đồ ăn tươi nhưng chế biến không ngon, và giá tương đối cao. Xem tiếp

It was our worse and ugliest acommodation during our vacation in Vietnam. It looks quite awesome, bungalow right on the beach. Unfortunately beach is not really suitable for swimming, mess everywhere and other buildings look like a brownfield and city of ghosts. There are not many other posibilities to stay overnight in this area, you can stay here overnight but you will probably be really happy to leave this Hotel quicly in the morning. With our experience with acommodation in south Vietnam, this was really below average. Xem tiếp

It is nice hotel in a unique location in Ca Na. The decoration in room which get your mind back in old town in Vietnam. But the food is not good to try, and less facilities (tv, wifi, ...) in hotel. And finally, the beach here is wonderful, and wildly. Xem tiếp

Ca Na Hotel is an extremely rundown hotel with a terrible location, squeezed between Highway 1 and the ocean. The huts at the beach are simply just too small, ripped, torned, battered and old, try to get one of the rooms in building A or B, which are built in stone and not broken wood and plastic as the huts. The Hotel is merely a motel for meal-stops by bustours. The opening times at the restaurant, where no one speaks english and where the english version of the meny is much shorter than the vietnamese original, are fluid (suddenly it closes at half past 6) and many dishes (no western food) are often finished. Highway 1 is always present when you are at CaNa Hotel or any of the other ones who shares the same bizzare location: the constant horning, the trucks thundering through the curve, the motorbikes. The beach is 25 meters long and very rocky. Perhaps there is another beach somewhere nearby, but everybody refered to this one as "the Ca na beach". The staff is very helpful and nice, the food in the restaurant is pretty ok. There is a tenniscourt and rackets to borrow. Be ware about the electricity in the rooms. Don´t put anything in there. Une seule personne a tout en charge. Elle m'a accueilli avec ses bottes en caoutchouc blanc, m'a mis dans le bungalow et ne savait dire que 'agoda, agoda'. Personne ne comprend ni ne parle une autre langue que le vitnamien. Proprete douteuse, tres poussiereux. Eau chaude ne marche pas. On donne une couverture a la reception pour aller dormir. Service nul. Situe en bordure d,un grand axe routier en travaux sans oublier les trains toute la nuit qui mettent un coup de sirene.La micro plage a cote de l'hotel ressemble a une dechargs a ordures. Tellement degoute que je suis parti le lendemain pour Nha Trang alors que j'ai paye 2 nuits.Un vrai trku a rats que je deconseille car je n'ai rien tdouve a faire alors que j'avais loue un scooter. Ne vous attendez pas a avoir un bungalow tout neuf, mais ils sont quand meme climatisé et vous ne passerez pas votre journee dedans mais plutot sur la plage... Concernant le bruit de la route qui est proche, le bruit des vagues le cache agréablement. Xem tiếp

Gott sei Dank keine Pauschaltouristen mit ihren verschrobenen Vorstellungen. Hatte diese Unterkunft bei meinen Nord-Süd- Trip mit dem Moped. Die Hütten sind relativ sauber und bewohnbar. Das Hauptgeschäft machen sie dort jedoch mit der Fütterung von Russen, die in Bussen dort für einen Zwischenstopp für 45 min abgekippt werden. Dann ist auch wieder Ruhe bis zum nächsten Bus..... Man kriegt aber in den Hütten nicht viel mit davon - da alles ca 40 Meter entfernt. Und Gott sei Dank - keine Pauschaltouristen mit ihren verschrobenen Vorstellungen. Xem tiếp

Einziger Gast in ganz Cà Ná. Restaurants hatten nur einfachste Speisen. Schöne Felsen zum bouldern direkt am Strand (crashpad empfehlenswert). Personal freundlich, aber ohne nutzen. Einzige Möglichkeit diese Geisterstadt zu verlassen ist per heranwinken eines buses (keine Reisebüros). Highway direkt am Ort, sehr laut auch nachts. Gruselig. Xem tiếp
