Thái độ phục vụ không tốt lắm. Phòng tiêu chuẩn mà bé tí tẹo ngộp. Giặt có 2 bộ đồ mất 100k. Không được nhiệt tình lắm. Lần sau đi Nha Trang chắc không chọn Sao Mai. Xem tiếp

I can’t be bothered to explain every detail but this place in an absolute joke. We arrived around 9pm and the guy on reception was drunk and clearly off his head on something! The rudest, most unwelcoming idiot I’ve come across in Vietnam! Broken air conditioning unit in the room, I would avoid this place unless you’re really desperate! Xem tiếp

My stay was awesome. This is it. It's cheap, clean and the owners will help you with absolutely anything. This is a family own business owned by amazing people and its a 5 minute walk to the beach. it is better to stay here than hotels at the beach because there is more to see and do and eat and drink in this area. At the beach its very quiet. Check out this restauarant called Good Morning Vietnam for amazing pizza and melt in your mouth gnocchi. There is a mart directly across the street with $3 smoothies with or without alcohol!!!! You can get anywhere from here in walking distance including that sleeping Buddha that everyone talks about :) DO NOT TAKE THE AIRPORT TAXIS, cross the street anf haggle for a price to this hotel becasue its at least a 25 min drive from the airport. I stayed for four nights in nha trag, probably 2 nights too long. If you dont like swimming or sunbaking there isnt much else locally. It is so very different to the other areas of Vietnam Ive visited - so that's good. The hotel was fine. Initially my room had a nasty smell, but once the window was open and aircon on it disappeared. Great location, right near all the bars and restaurants and a few mins walk to the beach(although I would walk down the beach to where the Novotel is as the beach is much cleaner here) comfy stay, not much input from the staff but they were there I'd we had needed anything. Xem tiếp

The stay was good. The surroundings were a bit over grown and not looked after. The beach was only metres from the room and friendly staff. It was a bit far to walk to town so we hired a bike from them $8 day for a good one and travelled around the island on it. Xem tiếp

We've stayed here for one night, then we decided to extend for 3 more nights 'cos the room is pretty clean and organized, no ugly TV nor old smelly aircon or whatsoever. Compared with other hotels, they have very clean and functional well-ventilated toilet, and complete light-bulbs at all corners of the room and a window, which makes it nice and bright. The staff are friendly and attentive at all times. The whole building itself is very clean and with 2 big open windows on both sides of hallway per floor, which makes it nice and breezy. The only downside is the slow internet in the room, especially in the afternoon, but this is manageable. Location is near a few different restaurants, 2 convenient stores close by, nice coffee shop next door, and 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. It's highly recommended for solo, group, and couple travelers on a budget. However, not for digital nomads who need fast internet. All in all, we liked our stay here and we'll come back. Xem tiếp
