Tuyệt vời
Tôi đăng ký KS Calypso trên Agoda cho ngày 4-5/10 nhưng khi đặt phòng lại bị nhầm ngày thành 5-6/10, nhưng do đăng ký ngay ngày 4/10 nên Agoda khg cho phép thay đổi. Tôi đến KS Calypso và được tiếp đón rất niềm nở và ks tạo điều kiện cho tôi đổi ngày, với điều kiện phải chuyển sang ks mới Legend Calypso trong cùng hệ thống, với lý do là Calypso hết phòng. Nhân viên ks tận tình đưa chúng tôi sang Ks Legend Calyso & trả tiền taxi cho chúng tôi. KS Legend Calypso khá nhỏ, nhưng rất mới và sạch sẽ, hệ thống chiếu sang hiện đại (đèn LED tiết kiệm điện, có bộ cảm ứng mở đèn tự động khi có người), view của phòng cũng tương đối, từ tầng 8 tôi có thể nhìn thấy được tháp Rùa Hồ Gươm. Vấn đề duy nhất là ks Legend Calypso nằm trong 1 hẻm, taxi không vào tận nơi được, tuy nhiên không cách xa đường - chỉ vào khoảng 30m, bù lại ở đây cho không gian yên tĩnh hơn. Dù chỉ nghỉ có 1 ngày đêm tại khách sạn nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên và khách sạn đã để lại cho chúng tôi ấn tượng rất tốt, sẽ quay lại khách sạn nếu có dịp đi du lịch Hà Nội lần tới. Xem tiếp

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. They worked their tails off to make people comfortable. The location was also excellent, and a great place to explore the Old Quarter and museum areas. The breakfast was alright, nothing spectacular. The hotel is a bit older, and as such, there was a bit of wear and tear. I recommend this for sure! Xem tiếp

We thought enjoyed our stays at this hotel. We stayed before and after our trip to Ha Long Bay and both times were perfect. The staff is exceptional, I don’t think I’ve ever had service so genuine before as it seemed like they really actually wanted us to enjoy our time and weren’t just doing things because it was their job. The hotel was in a convenient location, near everything but not right in the busiest place. The room was very spacious and breakfast was Included. The only downside was that the hotel next door is under construction and they didn’t tell us until we checked in. It wasn’t the end of the world for us as we were usually out of the room but it does get extremely loud during the day. I can predict that other guests would get really mad if this was not brought to their attention before their arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! Xem tiếp

My wife and I stay for the first night and the last night during our 5 days trip in Hanoi.So we had our luggage taken care by Calypso hotel, while keeping ourselves light to head off to Halong Bay - Tam Coc trip. The service team are friendly and helpful.Staff are attentive and rated 5 stars for thier warm hospitality.On our first day, we were given a warm welcome and drinks at the reception. Johnny from the reception went to the extent to understand our travel itinerary and provide an introduction of Hanoi city and so as provide good recommendation after understand our travel plans. They are able to help out with the booking if you have not do so for your other outskirts visit. Location is at the old quarter where the charm of the old city can be experience and mostly walkable distance to attractions. Decent comfy beds and computer are in the room to use for traveling research. It feels home in this cosy hotel , staff are helpful and engaging with guest. It take 2 hands to clap to provide good service level to guest from lobby reception to breakfast server. Calypso team has proven it and will definitely choose this place again if ever come back to Hanoi :) Xem tiếp

A unique, clean hotel. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. Rooms are nice, although if you book the standard room, they are small, but still have a king size bed. Bathroom showes are great. Location is good if you know where you are going. Took us a few times, to get where we wanted to go by foot without getting lost. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

I have lived and traveled within Vietnam for more than 3 years, and I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Vietnam I've ever stayed in (out of many different budget ones throughout the country). For a mid-tier semi-budget hotel, the room and bathroom were super clean and comfortable, and having such a comfy bed cannot be taken for granted in Vietnam--not to mention a fantastic enclosed shower with endless hot water on demand. The staff were all extremely friendly, caring, and courteous and all very fluent in English. They helped me procure Ca Tru tickets (a traditional form of music performed a few nights/week I'd highly recommend) and were ready to book day trips if we had wanted to. They were just so warm and helpful! The breakfasts were delicious (I loved the stir-fried noodles specifically), and guests can order an unlimited amount of food rather than the 1 dish limit at most similar places. The location was brilliant too--overall a perfect choice for Hanoi! Xem tiếp

겉으로 보기엔 작아 보였지만 딜럭스 룸은 작지 않습니다 매일 청소와 수건 교체는 물론 물과 차, 쌀과자, 비누와 삼푸 등의 일회용품 등을 잘 챙겨주었습니다 아침 조식은 음료와 메인을 주문할 수 있지만 메인을 다섯개를 시켜도 잘 주었습니다 오물렛, 쌀국수, 샐러드, 샌드위치 등등 아침으로 먹을만한 음식과 음료 종류도 풍성, 다양합니다 물론 맛도 좋았구요 특히 패션플룻과 수박, 용과, 파인애플 등 과일도 풍성했습니다 목이 아프다니까 생강차를 보온병에 3일 내내 주었습니다 Apparently it looked small however, the deluxe room was not small. Daily cleaning and towel replacement, as well as disposable items such as water and tea, rice cracker, soap and shampoo were handed to me well. Breakfast can be ordered one drinks & one meal but they gave me all of order, even if I order five meals. Various kinds of foods and beverages that can be eaten for breakfast such as omelets, rice noodle, salad, sandwich, etc. are also rich and varied Of course, the taste was good. In particular, the passion-fruit, watermelon, dragon-fruit and pineapple were rich. When I say my throat is hurting they gave me any ginger-tea in my thermos bottle while 3 days. I have stayed at the Calypso Premier perhaps 4 times previously but this visit was the first one since 2014. It retains its reputation as a great little boutique hotel with outstanding staff. They go out of their way to help you in every way imaginable, despite being very busy at times and having to occasionally deal with difficult customers. The location is great if you wish to be in the Hoan Kiem district, being on its northerly end, but within 10 minutes walk of almost everywhere. And to go to the Ho Tay area is relatively close, within 3 km along pleasant and interesting streets if you walk. And if you want some great coffee, a variety of food outlets, or cheap beer, just walk outside the hotel for 2-3 minutes. Xem tiếp

I was welcomed by a very professional person. You can feel this hotel is looking to get the highest marks of its category. I was impressed by the staff : smiling and caring with the guests. When we checked in, we discovered our bathtub was leaking. The staff came immediately to fix it. They also recommended us excursions and things to see around the city. The location is good, lots of shops and cafes around. It is around 20minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake as well. The staff was also kind enough to prepare early breakfast on he go for my boyfriend when he checked out first at 5am to catch his flight. High recommended! Xem tiếp

we had a wonderful experience with the staff. Ms Linda, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Hana too for her hospitality. They helped us arrange rental of motorbike, places to try authentic local foos, places to visit, and booked a cab to the airport at a fixed price. the room was spacious, beds absolutely comfortable (we slept like a baby), and tastefully done. First trip to Hanoi and my first 2 nights I stayed at the Calypso Grand. From the moment they see your taxi pull up, to the early morning checkout, the attentiveness of the staff was 5 star. The front desk made me feel welcomed throughout the visit and answered all my questions. I requested a day tour of Ninh Binh, Saba Express Bus tickets and airport pickup, all went as planned with extra reminders of pickup times by calling the room. They even packed a breakfast to go as I was going to miss the breakfast one early morning. Regarding the breakfast buffet, no complaints at all and if you don't like the buffett choices just pick any of the made to order food items listed on the table. I found the food very good. The rooms were nice and comfortable, not one complaint. I will have 2 more nights on my way back from Sapa and I'm looking forward to staying at the Calypso Grand. If you want to experience old quarter Hanoi, this is a great place to stay for a very reasonable price. Xem tiếp

We had extra ordinary experience staying in the hotel especially how the staff helped us getting medicine very late at night for my sick daughter, calling pharmacies to check which one opened 24h and getting the bell boy to give my husband motor ride to the pharmacy. The room was spacious, very clean and pretty. They actually sent us cakes and snakcks and wrote a christmas card as we stayed there during Christmas. I never experience such an extra mile treatment from a hotel. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend and stay there again if we happen to be back in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

I never experienced such an amazing hotel in my whole life. The staff did extra mile to ensure our stay is enjoyable. My kid got sick late at night and no pharmacy open at their time. The staff actually called and tried to find a 24hr pharmacy and got the bell boy went with my husband on motorcycles to get the medicine. As our stay was during Xmas they surprised us with cake and personalized hand-written card. Hotel room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast has decent choice. They actually got us food from outside when we ordered food not in their menu. This is one hotel that i would definitely recommend and stay again if I ever be back in Hanoi. We booked Calypso Grand due to the high reviews and reasonable price, and we were not disappointed. We only stayed for one night, just our drop-off point for our Halong Bay tour, but how I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff service were impeccably superb, the best we had so far. The manager, Ms. Amy, had been very helpful coordinating via email regarding our reservations, from airport pick-up, tour pick-up, etc., making sure that our brief stay went on without a hitch. From the moment we arrived, we were briefed about the Old Quarter and given a map which was very helpful as Old Quarter is very confusing and chaotic in terms of motorists. Still, we dared to rent a motorbike from the hotel anyway. The staff were very eager to provide us with suggestions on where to go in which we would not be able to find on our own. We were given directions to this Café 39 where we had our first EGG COFFEE!! Kudos to all the staff who made us feel very welcome on our first day in Hanoi. The location of the hotel was great as it was still within the Old Quarter but far from the noisy and congested area. The hotel was quite small, as most of the hotels in Old Quarter. However, what it lacked in size made up with the rooms. Ours was elegantly designed in white and red hues, and wood parquet floors. The bed was so comfy and furniture were all in good taste. The room has an old-world, romantic feel to it. Wifi was working great and they have a personal computer in the room as well. Breakfast was great as there were a lot of choices, either from the buffet or from their menu. I would definitely stay in Calypso if ever I’m in Hanoi again, but maybe next time, I will try their sister hotel, La Beaute De Hanoi, which is newer and nearer to Hoan Lake.
