The place needs to be knocked down. It's old and dull. Loose door handles the lot. The owner was nice but I never saw him again after check in and the receptionist didn't make you feel welcome. I booked a bus through them to Hoi An and was told I'd be taken to the bus stop first. Thanks for telling me I'd be put on the back of a motorbike! Close to beach and City but not worth a dong! I had a great 5 nights stay at Cali Hotel. The front desk Nhi was very helpful and speaks English. Mr Doan the owner who speaks excellent English (having stayed In the states for 20+ years) brought me out on his bike to another part of Monkey Mountain seldom seen by tourists. We managed to see monkeys and great scenery too. Thereafter we continued to the Lady Buddha. He also recommended me to go on local tours to Marble Mountains,Hoi An and also Bana Hills. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Will stay again and strongly recommend to those looking for cheap,clean place near the beach. Xem tiếp

It was a nice and comfortable stay in the Cali Hotel. The gave me an upgrade because I arrived early and my kind of room type was not ready that time. For go to the city center is a bit far by walk, but you can rent a motorbike or take a motorbike taxi. Short walking distance to the nice beach for relax and swim. The staff (and owner) are very friendly, helpful and nice. I really just can recommand that hotel. Xem tiếp

The hotel itself was fine. No complaints. Staff was good, room was clean and big. The location is not great. It's not far from the beach, but the beach was not great. Only designated swimming areas, and these were crowded. Not a lot of restaurant options nearby. It's about 25-30 minute walk to the bridge and downtown area, but even that was pretty disappointing. So the hotel was good but the area seems to be a few years away from being a good beach destination. Xem tiếp

This was our first stop in Vietnam and we wouldn't have started the trip any other way. Doan and his staff are so helpful. They arranged our train tickets to Hue and provided us with directions to take a motorbike to Marble Mountain and Hoi An. The room was beautiful and the shower one of the best we've had in 6 months of travel. They cleaned the room every day, which was a pleasant surprise. Wifi was consistently strong, another perk. In terms of location: the hotel is just two blocks from the awesome beaches. There are also little restaurants within a few blocks and tons of seafood places by the beach. While close to the beach, it's in an area that isn't as built up, but we appreciated that -- very peaceful at night! Cali Hotel is a great deal and not to be missed if you are looking to spend time on the beach! Xem tiếp
