Rick was extremely helpfully! We booked this hotel because of proximity to the railway station. Unfortunately all the online info on train service to Phan Thiet/Mui Ne was wrong and there was only service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Rick was able to help us locate alternate bus service to Phan Thief and we were on our way the next day. The regular rooms are windowless and cozy and there is no elevator, but the price was reasonable. Xem tiếp

Pros: - Close to the train station - 24hour check-in and check-out. That’s all. Cons: - A building is full of mold. Smells so terrible that even hard to breathe. You will not know if you are breathing an oxygen or molds. Smoke from the motorbikes on the street feels like a heaven compared to the air in this hotel. - Lack of facilities. There is only one electric plug you can use, which is ridiculous considering that the room was for 2 guests. If you want to stay in this hotel, you should bring someone who does not own a smartphone in the 21st century. - Towels and blankets also stink. - The worst is the bathroom. If you want to take a shower here, you should be able to hold your breathe for a very long time. If you don’t, you may suffocate by the smell. - Air conditioner. Even an AC at this hotel exhales molds. In a nutshell, I was totally fulled by the other positive reviews(lies) about this hotel. Please stay here if you want to visit a moldy-land:) Good luck! We just relied on reviews and we were just happy we have chosen Cactusland. I must say this place was wonderful. The hotel also unique the decoration was beautiful and very authentic. Rooms were clean and well air conditioned. The staff went out of their way for us, did their best to help us with getting to grips with the city. Would highly recommend. Xem tiếp

The staff is polite and friendly! The location is one of the best in Saigon, I loved the little streets and the local life there. The only thing that can be a slight problem is that the rooms are quite small. I was absolutely fine but my boyfriend, who is 1,93m tall, struggled a bit. Xem tiếp
