Do not be confused on the number finding of the address. You can just find it in front of the street address, do not rely on number and walk further you can find that in front of the street focus on finding signage "budget hostel" instead of number or else you will be in wrong place. This hotel is within 1 minute walking distance to Bui Vien Road, where you can find bunch of hotels, bar and bistro, dining stalls, convenient shop, saloon, boutique, massage shop etc. I have spent my night time strolling along the Road towards Pham Lau Ngu Road & Ben Thanh Market. By the way, i just looooooooove the road side dining stall (local food with cheap price with great taste!!). Well, the hotel itself have all the basic facilities, the only con is you need to walk up the staircase to your room (but no worry, the hotel staff will lend you a helping hand~). The breakfast is just simple and nice, love their bread with coffee!!! Xem tiếp

i am happy when i was informed all my 4 rooms are free upgrade to saigon mini hotel 1 (smh1), which is less than 1 min walk from saigon mini hotel 3 (smh3). smh1 is way better than smh3, at least smh3 has lift the breakfast dining area is sharing for both hotel customers, fruits are served before main dish. i just love their breakfast!!! the hotel facilities is very nice and new. i feel great to enjoy such facilities with low price. bravo saigon mini hotel!! the hotel is a great place to stay, nice, clean, tv with over 100 channels, food easily accessible, just 5 mins walk to the tourist belt and 30 mins walk to tourist attraction to notre-dame church, independence palace, war remnants memorial, water puppet show. hotel is safe with in-room safe, coffee & tea and an ever willing helpful staff. good choice for value albeit room is small if you are in pairs. Hotel is located along the alley with food aplenty on the way leading to the hotel. Rooms are great with over 100 channels for TV and very p0resentable. Although the room was not carpeted as I book the standard type, nevertheless you will not regret for the price you pay. You can walk to Independence Palace, War Monuments Museum and Water Puppet Show around 30 mins by walking. Hotel located next to the tourist strip for shopping. Xem tiếp

This hotel is on a quite side street. There is a street cafe outside but with the double glazing you can not hear anything. All the staff are very polite and helpful. A five minute walk will get you into the heart of the action. Breakfast is simple but tasty. All in all good value. Xem tiếp

The bedroom was nice enough, clean, cap shower, comb... A safe in the room. The desk is really helpfull, helped me with my trip with very good advice and cheap solution to go to can tho without paying too much to go to the bus station. T he spot is one road from the busy backpacker area so you have all the facilities without the inconveniences such as too much English speaking !! Haven't find a better deal yet... Xem tiếp

i arrived in ho chi minh and checked in to this hotel. they welcomed me with a smile. after the registration, 1 of the staff helped me to carry the luggage, and we took lift to 4th floor. great hotel room eventhough it is the standard room. the given room, i can see the sky deck tower (the tallest building in hcmc). this hotel is located at bui vein street, which is the backpackers' area. you can find restaurants, small bars and pubs along the street. it takes only 15 minutes of walk from hotel to ben thanh market. when you reached ben thanh market, it is very near to other's famous atrraction in ho chi minh too. if you are worried to get sun burn by walking, you can take a cab, the taxi fees is more or less in 1.5 usd to every attraction as it is very near to each other. Clean comfortable room in a separate building away from reception (Saigon mini 3 is at the entrance to the alley way and the reception and breakfast are at Saigon mini 1 about 40m down the alley way). The alley way has some great little food stalls and tables and is busy all evening, though our room was still quiet. A security guard was on duty at our entrance hall at night. Good breakfast, Tea/coffee, small fruit plate, and a choice of cereal with yoghurt and toast or toast with eggs, bacon and sausage (frankfurter). Xem tiếp

I really enjoyed my stay at Saigon 3 mini hotel. It was very conveniently located in the Backpackers district, yet not noisy at all. The room was very very clean and the bed was amazing with the nicest linen I had slept on for months. I had beautiful hot water all the time and overall it was fantastic value for money. The staff were really nice and spoke great English. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It was great!!!! Xem tiếp

we had a great stay at mini 1 after mini 3 was overbooked. 4 nights. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the security guys with parking our motorbike. the girls at the front were always smiling. location is walking distance to district 1 and the ben than market etc. only downside was a reported theft of money out of bags in a room from other guests which we heard while sitting in the lobby. so leave your money at the reception. otherwise we had a great stay Xem tiếp

The location is awesome, 2min walk to a street with tons of restaurants, bars, shops, touragencies etc! Not far to anything else also it seemed. The rooms were nice and modern and the breakfast was good! You got a lot (there were 3 or 4 sets you could choose from. The beds was the softest beds on this trip :-) The kitchen staff was not very nice though, we tried to smile and say good morning every time we came down but you never got one back. And they seemed troubled whatever you were asking for. But thats ok! Everything else was awesome! Xem tiếp

we loved this hotel for the money you pay! the room was clean, the sheets and towels were changed and clean. the room was modern and the air con was great. hotel staff were friendly. didn't book tours or have breakfast with them so can't comment on that. we found this a great location and close to restaurants, shops and bars. was easy to get to the travel office we used for day trips and open bus tour. stayed in separate building from the main reception was a little confused when first arrived but loved our stay none the less. for the price i was expecting a bed only. the room to my surprise was immaculate modern comfortable and bright with 2 windows and a bathroom with nice amenities. the tv had many channels in english, the air con was adequate, the free coffee/tea in room was great. there was an inroom safe, mini bar, hair dryer and the hotel had an elevator. the hotel's location was around the corner from the bui vien backpacker street down a quiet alley. i don't have anything bad to say about the hotel and thats not like me! we booked online and initially quite worried since we paid quite a minimal sum for the hotel. we were very surprised and impressed with what we've got! very clean room, cable tv with many channels, comfortable bed and has all the necessities like kettle, hairdryer, and mini fridge. it's in a great location as well. walking distance to the backpacker's area where there are loads of cheap and good food.
