Stayed here for business trip . Check in and check out was breeze. Surrounding area have plenty Japanese restaurant. This hotel features many Japanese design. Only 15 minutes walking distance to Lotte Mall . Overall stay was good . Only setback is staff must improve the English speaking although they speak well in Japanese but nevertheless this hotel 80% guest is Japanese. Will be back again. Xem tiếp

I had never written review before, but because of fuji hotel wonderful staffs , I need to write it down. That was my second time in Fuji hotel , It was so clean and nice. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and my impression has not changed. I give the staff there - all of them - from the cleaners, to the front desk, and breakfast staff - the highest marks for service excellence. The warmth that they effortlessly exuded, made my stay in Hanoi, at the Brandi Fuji, memorable. The room itself was great. I upgraded to the Fuji Suite, and had no idea it had a massage chair as part of the package. I basically spent a lot of my time, when I wasn't working, sitting in that chair, and looking out into the Hanoi evening. It was wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean and made logical sense, there was a drawer for everything you needed to put away out of site. The bathroom was great. I had a Japanese style tub (no shower), which is exactly what I like. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and clean . I can't recommend this hotel enough. Xem tiếp

This was first stay for me Fuji hotel. The room is crean,breakfast is nice and every staff are excelent.Especially,Ms.Hai. She has a wonderful hospitality and speaks three langages Japanese,English and Vietnamees exactly. When I need some help,she gave me many information in around Hanoi and call an economic taxi. I went on business but I enjoyed staying Hanoi. I will stay next time too. Xem tiếp

We ended up at Brandi Fuji Hotel at around 1 AM, after our Air BnB reservation turned out to be not what we intended when we booked it. Our impression of the Hotel - first and foremost - was the kindness of the staff. It still strikes me to the core, how sweet - in general - the Vietnamese people are - which is an impossible trait to fake. When you look forward to saying 'Hello' to the reception girls, or the doorman, you know you're in the right place. The room itself was impeccably clean, well appointed, and had a lot of drawers to organize and put your clothes, and toiletries away, so you're not stepping over them, when moving from one end of the room to the other. The breakfast spread was delicious, and didn't cater to the pallid, boring taste buds of the average Westerner - thank goodness. I don't like when Hotels do that - and am very thankful for the Chef for making the meal memorable. My deepest thanks on behalf of my wife, and myself, for the wonderful stay. Xem tiếp

there are many shops nearby. take grab taxi to go into city center is around 20 min. it's on the main street so it's easy to find it by taxi. room is good for cleanness and very comfortable. laundry is free of charge. free bottles of water and fruits. breakfast is just okay. restaurant is at top floor. only complaint will be the half-transparent bathroom. This hotel is located in a teeming street of the downtowns, close to many restaurants, drink shops, and Lotte department store. It's also easy to go to the famous tourist attractions. Hotel staffs are very friendly, speak English, Japanese, and Chinese. You can chat with them when you feel bored. Even, they can assist to book other hotels or handle bank issues. I stay here for a week in my company trip. Everything OK, the employee is pretty friendly and the price is so good. Just one small problem that, the morning breakfast sometimes not services as a buffet when the hotel doesn't have enough guests. Xem tiếp

My experience at the hotel itself was acceptable but i can't possible review it positively because of the fact that our rooms (2 superior room at 7th floor) had no window! Looking at the pictures, i had a doubt and the mention 'Blackout curtains' comforted me. What a bad surprise arriving there! It is stupid not to mention it. Knowing this, I would have taken an upgrade and pay more. This fooled me once, but that won't be the last time. Despite all this I have to congrats the staff who's trying to do a good job. Xem tiếp

Booking site show the hotel has steam room. I booked the stay after the hotel front desk (FD) tel confirmation that the hotel has steam room that live in guests can use at extra charge. Upon arrival, it turned out to be a sauna not a steam room. The FD staff were unable to differentiate between sauna & steam room, assume both are the same. To make up, the FD desk staff took me to a place (outside the hotel) that had steam room for my use. The 1st centre did not want to cater to one person. We went to another centre and it was horrible. The steam room was ok but the shower/bath room was dirty. After steambath & shower, I asked for the hairdryer which went off after 2 minutes. And there was no mirror in the centre. I left he centre with head of messy wet hair. It took me more than 3 hours to have a steam bath that I needed badly to alleviate the pain on my back. Next day, hotel provided transportation took me to another hotel nearby. Despite, the disappointment remains Xem tiếp
