Tôi thực sự đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời khi ở Botanica Sapa. Phòng tuy bé nhưng view hướng núi rất đẹp, sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Gia đình chủ vô cùng thân thiện, chu đáo và nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng ở đây rất ngon. Great. Xem tiếp

Mình đã ở đặt phòng ở đây dịp nghỉ lễ 2/9. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng cộng thêm anh chị chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình nữa. Khách cần gì cũng có. Phòng View núi mở cửa ra là thấy mây rồi. Nói chung là hợp túi tiền, nếu đến Sapa 1 lần nữa thì nhất định vẫn đặt phòng ở đây. Xem tiếp

Perfect stay in Sapa. Amazing hosts, so friendly and always available if need. Gave us lots of suggestions of what to do in area and costs of activities/tickets. Clean, cozy, a/c and hot water worked well, bottled water provided everyday, daily housekeeping, beautiful views from the top patio. Best breakfast!!! Many options, large portion and very tasty. Nice and quiet but just off a main street so many restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you!! Xem tiếp

Such a cosy family-run hotel that gives you personal touch and home feel. Very professional still. Room is small but clean and well equipped with both 2-way ac and electric blanket. The couple owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with chicken noodle soup and crepe was excellent. Cam and Quyt (the two doggies) are pleasant members the family and are very well taken cared of by their kind-hearted hotel owners. Will definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

The owner helped us booked the sleeping bus back to Hanoi since tickets were sold out because of Sunday, but he somehow managed it. The room is very clean, with heated bed which is nice since it was cold in Sapa. They speak good English and try to help us whatever we need, especially recommended us to go to all the sightseeing. hotel is near sapa express and train station. very kind staff is well and easily speaking english. they planned tour around sapa. hotel view is very awesome and keep clean. hot water can be used anytime. stairway around hotel is only problem to carrier carring tourer. but it's very tiny problem in comparison of their kindness and cozy room. We had a wonderful stay at Botanic, even though we missed the nice weather. The rooms are super comfortable and clean, you have bedsheet warmers, can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the spacious balcony with a nice view... spoiling place. Our hosts were amazing, good english, gave us tips for hiking and dining and helped us with booking our next trip and getting us to our bus. A very friendly family, made us feel at home. The breakfast was yummy, fresh, recommend the soups! The hosts have two friendly dogs, which play downstairs and will not bother you. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience you will not regret! Pros - the owners were super friendly & cooked a decent breakfast for us in the morning. The room had a nice view of the mountains (if not slighlty obscured & blighted by new construction). Cons - very few although the lack of a bum hose in the toilet came as a bit of a surprise (a 1st in Vietnam). I've become quite accustomed to those little guys :) Xem tiếp

Booked this place randomly, but wow. We were amazed with the room. Extremely clean, looks exactly as how it is pictured/described. The host/family was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great too!! They also arranged our Bac Ha market tour which was pleasant and provided us early breakfast because we had to leave early morning. The location of the hotel is good too, is at Cau May Street, where most of the good restaurants are. Will certainly book here if we visit Sapa again. We enjoyed our stay there. :) Xem tiếp

I stayed at the Botanic Sapa Hotel for three days in December. Due to the weather I only did a day trek which was arranged by Van, the proprietor. It was the most fun I’ve had in awhile! Van, her husband and her little girl are the sweetest and most hospitable people. Always there to assist in any travel issues. The room was great and also plenty warm, which was important at the time of year that I went. The breakfast every morning is cooked to order and I couldn’t get enough of Van’s pho. It warmed me up and gave me energy for the day ahead. I highly recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

I had a plan to stay Sapa during 1 night and 2 days. But when I arrived Hanoi, I had an accident, so I missed the day bus to Sapa. I noticed this situation around 3PM at that day, and I arrived almost 5 AM at the hotel on the next day. But the hotel was greeted me. And on the next day, I could see great Sapa view at the terrace of the room. I could have great breakfast, noodle soup made by the female owner - The rice noodle is one of the best noodle in Vietnam - Indeed she explain around the village and recommended tour course in fluent english. And her recommendation was excellent so I could make the best choice, going to Mt. Fansipan with great, sunny weather. Even though it was hard to find the hotel at 4-5AM, but I think that it can be a great choice to stay for you. Xem tiếp

It is a really cozy, small hotel owned by a young couple. They speak English very well and are so helpful that you even don’t have to plan anything in Sapa. At the beginning owner told us everything worth visit and give us many tips how to spend a great time. Every room has a balcony with a wonderful view to a highest peaks in Vietnam. Room was super clean as well as bathroom. Prefect Vietnamese breakfast included. Early check in and late check out wasn’t a problem. We could use a bathroom after the trekking and even we got an extra water for a way back to Lao Cai. I can strongly recommend for an everybody :) Great value for money! Xem tiếp

If you want to look for a good hotel, you might be able to find it everywhere in Sapa but if you are looking for a place to stay like home, this is the place you should go for. The owner Ms. Van is the friendliest Hotel owner that I've ever met. She is able to speak fluent English and most importantly she will give you advice when necessary. I've planned for trekking in Sapa and she advised me to rent a boot instead of wearing my normal trekking shoes as the trek is slippery during rainy day. Thank god I took up her advice else I can't imagine what will happen me. Last but not least, she even recommended on picking the bus seat on driver side to enjoy a better view during our trip back to Hanoi. She just like my sister who always remind and give suggestion on our trip. The best "family" type of hotel for me. Xem tiếp
