Bọn mình có đặt trước 3 phòng, và có báo sẽ đến muộn lúc nửa đêm. Đến khi đến bầm chuông và gọi điện 30' phút không ai mở của, kèm theo trời lúc 0:00 sáng đứng trước cổng. Cuối cùng phải gọi taxi để gần 1 sáng đi kiếm ks để tránh mưa Xem tiếp

I hope that this reference will help others to avoid problems that we faced during our stay. First of all you are not booking a villa but only homestay. You will not get what you see on the picture. The price is too hight and you can easily get much nicer room for less money! Plus they state that the room has 65m2, the reality is that the room has no more than 20m2! They don’t have a pool. The stuff told us they are dealing with booking service about removing it from description, but then we found another reference describing the ‘excuse’ 3 months before we came. They serve the worst breaksfast we ever had! Funny thing even the stuff didn’t eat the same food they served to us. They premade pankcakes, if you are lucky you will get the freshest ones but they are not good either, however we were unlucky we got a pankaces with rotten banana! Unfortunately, in general their food is not tasty. We got even cold noodles where we found bugs. I had to leave earlier than the rest of our group to catch a fligth. I booked a taxi from the homestay as you don’t want to try to get a driver in 4am! Obviously when I rushed to checkout no driver was waiting for me. Plus the guy at the reception did not speak english a word. While our room was clean, you could smell unpleasant stink coming from a toilet. To sum up: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOMESTAY! Xem tiếp

We booked this accommodation due to it having a swimming pool and nice outside area (judging by the pictures). We got there and had to stay in the homestay (usually happy to do this but we had booked expecting more of a hotel experience), the pool and everything else was under construction which meant there wasn't anything to do at the accommodation. They cleaned daily but the floor always seemed Sandy. Free bikes to use but they are pretty average bikes. Free breakfast was okay. Overall the room itself was good for the price, we had just expected a different experience all together. Xem tiếp

The Villa II was a little out of the old quarter, but the free bicycles were absolutely wonderful and allowed you to see more of the city. The staff were constantly available and crew was constantly groundskeeping and cleaning for a very clean place. The pool was absolutely WOMDERFUL on these hot days. Breakfast was buffet style and had many fresh cut fruits, breads, bacon, potatoes, and an omlette/ egg station. I would absolutely stay here again. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a really lovely stay however there was no pool. Apparently there was a problem with the booking sites not updating the details so just letting future travelers know in order to avoid disappointment. We would literally go back to Hoi An just to stay at this villa. We LOVED the staff, the breakfast and the room. The pools are lovely to cool down after a hot day and we enjoyed the free bike rental. The staff helped us schedule tours and outgoing bus fares, and we enjoyed their guidance throughout our 3 night stay. We loved the location, right in between old town and the beach - an easy bike ride to both. I hope to return to Botanic Garden Villas again soon! Xem tiếp

This place is perfect for the money: relatively expensive but still affordable. The breakfast buffet is clean food, simple and good - omelet and pancakes freshly cooked to order. The two pools are refreshing. It's a little noisy because it's popular. Stylish clean room - the Deluxe Suite had enough closet space to put a whole other bed in! Hahaha! There are many options in Hoi An. If you're looking for a pool, this is a good choice. The staff members were sweet, kind, and helpful. Xem tiếp

Me and my partner had the best three days at Botanic Garden Villas. Our room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was delicious. The two pools were beautiful. You get free bikes to get around- couldn't find this anywhere else during our stay in Hoi An. We were so pleased with our decision to stay here, the ladies who ran the front desk were absolutely amazing. I had my credit card stolen in Ho Chi Minh and they let me use their computer and ring up my bank free of charge and the next day asked if it was sorted and really cared about it- they were so sweet. Lovely pools ( although a little cold!) Breakfast was ok, didn't get the advertised free meal, but everything's so cheap, that it didn't really matter! Room was on first floor, and was quiet , and clean . Lack of storage , but I suppose this reflects travellers that only stay for a day or so? Loved the free bicycles, and the area is so flat that you can cycle all day - which I did for two days! Position is about 20 mins stro to a beach ( which is ok but nothing to write home about) and the ame from the town centre - but all on the flat. Plenty of places to eat in the area, some very cheap (aka street food, even the restaurants were excellent value) I enjoyed the time here, and would consider staying again if back in Hoi An. Locating in between Hoi An ancient town and Cua Dai Beach. Easily to go anywhere in the city. Suitable for a couple rather than family. Most guests are foreigners. Everything is clear, except facilities are quite old even maintained. We faced with a water supply during our stays (red, dirty water flowed out). This is a really nice place with two pools and spacious rooms. We had the double room 602 right in between the pool and the restaurant and since it was the weekend and Vietnamese holidays, the place was very noisy. Karaoke/chatting/running stopped around midnight and at 6:00am a group of grown men decided to jump in the pool and wake everybody up. Shortly after, the clinking of plates and busy chatter/shouting started right behind our heads in the restaurant section. This is clearly not the villa's fault, but maybe take the location of your room into consideration when you arrive. Xem tiếp
