Hello, I enjoyed the 8 days in BO Resort, found is very good (western, local , French) , the people are kind, the place is beautiful. Just one point, it is for people who like to be in nature, no Air Con, traditionnal houses. It was dreaming place and peaceful place for me. Xem tiếp

Number one place in Phu Quoc. Quiet beach near and friedly staff. Little high prices. We spend 7 nights in superior beach house no 5 what was best one. 20 meters from beach. There is some rocks in the beach but you can do snorkkeling there and see fishes and seaweeds. 20 minute walk to little village where is lots of good restaurants and by the main road a ATM. From Bo taxi to Duond Dong costs 160 000 dongs. This place is good for people who enjoy little rustic atmosfere and hate plastic touristic places with swimmingpools by the sea. I really loved Bo Resort. The staff were so nice, the food was gorgeous, and I loved the opportunity to live a bit more Vietnamese, away from air con, and closer to animal life! The insects and lizards have amazing colours! We had fun borrowing the resort's kayak and rowing up and down the bay and even up river near by (when the tide was right - ask the owner about that). It would be nice if there were bikes available to hire - maybe there were and I didn't notice! and maybe a table tennis table? I really liked the isolated location but some more activities on site might be good. Xem tiếp

Ideal for couples, romantic huts with a lot of fauna and flora outside and also inside - nothing for you if you're scared of lizards, bugs and spiders. The whole resort is very quiet and going to sleep at 10 p.m. which is also the time the gate is closing so you have to wake up the saddest vietnamese guy on the island. All in all its the right mixture of french laidback style and vietnamese nature. I liked it there - would come back (in off-season prices its a bargain, in high season not so much). Xem tiếp

The place is indeed far from everything which is part of its charm. It has a wonderful strip of "private" beach, so if you are looking for a eco-lodge romantic getaway, this is your place. We definitivelly recommend the beach-front cottage, the bathroom is awesome. Xem tiếp

I was there with my best friend. We had a wonderful time with delicious food. If you can't find something on the menu, no problem, tell the Mary and perhaps the next day you will have or anything else you want. The sea is warm and calm and the bar has good cocktails. My wife & I stayed 8 days at Bo resort in December. The staff are very friendly but English is a bit of a problem with some of them. The food was great tasting & fresh, however the servings were a little small. Probably a French thing as the owner is French. Breakfast was included & again the quality was excellent but the servings on the small size. You can hire motor bikes from the resort & they are very fairly priced, so no need to go into town & haggle with the locals. The bungalow (we had a beach front) was close to the beach but not too close to the restaurant etc. so it was private & quiet. The hot water is solar, read the instructions - you have to run it for about 5 minutes for the hot to come on. Sometimes the pressure wasn't very good, just a trickle... The bed was the hardest we've ever slept on, so we asked for two of the beach chair foam covers & they fitted the bed really well & made it comfortable. So if you want a more intimate 3 star resort (I think only about 12 or 14 bungalows) which has good food, is reasonably priced & set in a wonderful tropical forest by a nice beach. Bo Resort is more rustic than most places on Phu Quoc. However, the beach seems to be the best of all three resorts on this location. The owners are friendly, the food is probably the best on the island. The bungalow (it was a standard not a deluxe one) was traditional and rustic, yet comfortable. Bo is supposed to have hot water, though we were not able to experience it. But it was just a detail, as we loved staying at this endearing place, not for luxury lovers, but for those who like being closer to nature, and don't mind a little isolation. Xem tiếp

basic bungalows are certainly very basoc - rustic nature retreat more than a resort. setting is beautiful, and it is the quality of the other guests rather than the facilities that save this from being a backpacker bungalow resort. service is refreshingly hands-off, which i enjoyed after other places in viet nam. i would have appreciated some drinking water free of charge - they provide 2 small bottles per bunaglow on the first day only. breakfast options were basic, although you could pay for extra features. i enjoyed myself at the bo resort. the rooms were nice and kept very clean. we had a bungalow right on the beach. the manager (a dutch guy) is very efficient and helpful. food was good. just a shame the resort is a little far out, but it was easy and cheap to get a taxi into town. Xem tiếp

a very nice staying in this very quite hill. the bungalows are confortable, hidden in the forest, but close to the sea. the food is very good, a mix of vietnamese and french cuisine. the staff is very kind, even if not everybody are speaking english. the beach is nothing special, little rocky west headed, thus not a "calm sea", but at the resort it is possible to rent a motorbike and find other lovely beaches. great if you want a quiet out of the way place to rest/break from travels. can rent motorbike to go into town as it is safe to ride around on phu quoc. food is a little more expensive at the resort and nothing else is nearby. no guest computer to use. wifi is intermitten. Xem tiếp

What I loved about Bo Resort was the staff, from the Resort Manager to the friendly bar staff they were always happy to help and provide great service - and it didn't feel all about the "dollars" like at other places. The private beach is great and it is even more expansive as there is nothing on the right hand side of the resort so the isolated beach strip stretches for ages.. The food at the restaurant was lovely.. The raw fish rice paper rolls were soo good. The rooms are simple with insect canopy to protect you from the bugs at night. All in all a relaxing stay with delightful people on hand to help you make the most of your Phu Qouc trip.. Xem tiếp

we had a wonderful stay in this charming resort which has a great location if you want to get away from the hectic city life style. well hidden in the jungle with a very clean beach which isn't the case if you go to the touristic long beach side of the island. bungalows are basic but very authentic and surrounded by a nice garden. food was excellent and price/quality definetly a good deal. nice bar right on the beach which is great for chilling out and watching the sunset. this resort is well managed and customers are received with a personalised and charming service. worth going back one day!
