Booked these place because I wanted to do the Ha Giang Loop. The staff was very helpful organising my ride right away. I got an easy rider from them and he was awesome- very safe and responsible rider. The loop was amazing too. The hostel is nice, bed was very comfortable as well. Perfect if you want to do the Ha Giang Loop. They have a meeting in the evening at 9pm where they tell you EVERYTHING xou need to know. You can rent perfect bikes directly in the hostel and they will bring you to a good starting point the next morning. Big backpacks you can leave there of course and they show you how to tie down your small one. They also provide you with helmets and protection. Xem tiếp

Don’t hesitate a second, this place is made for backpackers ready for the Ha Giang loop. You’ll meet your fellow traveler here, rent your bike, book your bus for your next destination and the staff will help you plan the rest! They have a talk at 9pm giving recom for the loop, will teach you how to drive a semi-auto motorbike (almost brand new and cheap!). Huge toilet and shower, comfy bed for a good rest before starting. You’ll be able to leave your bag in the storage room for free. They provide protective gears, helmet, hook for water bottle, and most important lots of love for you to enjoy your experience :) I left some of my clothes, and gloves and others do the same so that backpackers can use them and then return it to the hostel for the next ones. All about sharing guys! Definitely recommend minimum 4 days for the loop as you will regret if you do it in less (as it’s amaaaazing - best of all Vietnam) because otherwise you’ll need to rush. Honestly no complaints whatsoever from this hostel. Everything from the staff to the facilities were amazing. Free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had on my travels. Stayed here for one night before I did the loop, rented an awesome bike from them, and had a group of about 12 people that were leaving the same day as us so the hostel included a free tour guide for us! Showed us good home stays to sleep at each night which included lots of partying with the group. Would definitely recommend if you want to meet fun people to do the loop with Xem tiếp

The accommodation is comfortable and clean! And they provide everything you need, bike rental, bus tickets, food, drinks, some entertainment (pool table and playing FIFA on PS4) , the staffs are very welcoming, the price is reasonable tho. The service is not good, did not provide breakfast, the floor is so dirty, the room is not clean, just take care foreigner people, many hostels around, so think before choosing that hostel. Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is amazing! Most people who come to Ha Giang, come with the intention of doing the Ha Giang Loop. The staff members are willing to teach you or give you the basics of driving a motorbike, in order to help you feel more confident. They can help you plan your loop as well. The hostel is in a great location, near many shops and restaurants, and only a 30 minute walk from the bus station. The rooms are clean and spacious, and each bed has a privacy curtain, light, and outlet. The owner (Liam) and the staff are great! They gave lots of advice for the loop. The breakfast is either noodle soup or eggs and bread. I booked an easy rider through the hostel. My driver was Tho, and he was amazing! I would absolutely recommend staying here. Xem tiếp

I stayed at Bong as a starting point for the loop! After reading other reviews I was excited to meet Liam, Debbie and the well maintained motorbikes. My expectations were all met, the staff is amazing and super helpful throughout the entire loop! They really care about travelers having a good trip, being safe and having good company. I met other people at the family dinner to head off together the next day. One of us asked for an easy rider as she felt more safe not driving herself. If you feel the same, ask for Tho. He is a lovely guy, safe driver and good group leader. He knew all the spots and honestly wanted us to have a good time. Highly recommend him! Right from start ..staff are amazing , friendly . Liam !!! this guy is a star , got say this guy a ray of sunshine , he very clear and helpful in plan route etc on budget and time ..he more willing to always help and is super friendly !. i def recommend this hostel as your starting your trip in area, bikes are new or relatively new by looks of it . Nice staff, good breakfast, hot shower, compfy bed, looker and good WiFi. Families dinner is good to meet other biker if you are alone willing to do the Ha Giang loop. You can leave you backpack in the hostel. Only think, next time advise real pick up time for bus to Hanoï, cause they came 30mn earlier than told and I couldn’t have breakfast ! Xem tiếp

The staff helped with a bike and mal for the loop. They also helped arrange my bus to Ha Giang from Hanoi. Breakfast is decent and the family dinner is a nice way to meet people to do the loop with if you're travelling solo! Xem tiếp
