Mình và bạn đi cùng đã rất thất vọng khi tới nhận phòng ở đây. Với giá thành như thế thì cũng không thể đòi hỏi cao nhưng phòng mình khóa cửa phòng bị hỏng, phòng quá hẹp, nước mất vệ sinh. Không hề giống được quảng cáo, agoda cần kiểm tra tính xác thực trước khi thông báo với khách hàng. Xem tiếp

We were 2 and the room was very clean, modern, the shower is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, very good location. Very quiet place! You can visit the town center by 10 minutes walking. Excellent value for money! Xem tiếp

My experience was quite okay. But, the only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is the building has no elevator. I had to carry my 20Kg luggage up to the 5th floor where my room is. But everything is good. Xem tiếp

Great place to stay especially if you want to be close to the fun back packers walking street. However just a block or so off so that way the noise won't keep you up all night. Hot water, air conditioning, mini fridge and clean. Recommend. Xem tiếp

I booked standard room but when I arrive they put me other hotel in dormitory then they next day move me to expensive room no cost to me for next 6 nights.I wish I could stay for a very long time everything/one is good. Xem tiếp

Just 2-3 minutes walk to Bui Vien Streets & Pham Ngu Lao streets. Great Location, Value for Money. Service is good provided by the staff. Breakfast included for my booking and it is quite delicious. Will definitely stay here again Xem tiếp

my first destination as a solo traveller and i loved this place. the location was at the center of the backpacker street but not too noisy at night. very accomodating staff. the sound of the rooster at 7am was extra. it helped me wake up in the morning since i had to. spent 2 nights here and i had fun. Stayed there for 3 night. Our room was upgraded into a bigger room for free. The staffs are very very nice and professionals. Amber provides the best recommendation for tours in the city. Stone, James and Harry are all very professionals too. They are very accomodating to us. The room is clean. The AC and heater works well. The location is near to almost all tourist attactions. When we first arrived, we were shocked because the hotel is located inside a small hidden lane behind the front shops, luckily the taxi driver brought us in, and immediately upon arriving, we were greeted with the brightest smile from the staffs.When checking in, they kept our passports for security purposes due to fear of robbery, but we requested to keep it ourselves, it seems that majority of the hotels there will provide this safe box service. The rooms we got weren't the ones shown in the picture (blue and white theme), instead, we got a different theme instead purplish kind of theme. There are no elevator and room keys provided are not like those access key cards where you can just tap and unlock. Nevertheless, the rooms are comfortable to stay in, they also provide everyday cleaning service for the room so when we were out to explore the Ho Chi Minh city for the day and come back we would find that the room is cleaned and organized with our belongings still inside the room. at here, WiFi service is provided for free at a very acceptable speeds. The staffs are fluent in english and are willing to help in any way they can, for example, we wanted to go to Suoi Tien amusement park and don't know how to go there, they would gather the information and explain it to us. Overall, the service is one of the best quality that can be found in this hotel, you just need to ask. Xem tiếp

The receptionists can speak English and very friendly:) Good breakfast:) Rooms are clean:) Location is perfect we just walked around the city and it is close to a lot of affordable restaurants:) They kept our bag for few days when we went outside the city:) We enjoyed it a lot:) we will definitely book again this hotel when we go back to Ho Chi Minh:) Xem tiếp

Finding a budget hotel in the popular Bui Vien area is NO ISSUE. There are so many to choose from. However to find a budget hotel that ALSO includes: very clean and updated room ammenities, great staff service and cozy environment is hard to find. Blue River has delivered this. Room was very clean. Only opportunity is the loudness. I wasnt able to sleep too well as many people come in and out of the hotel at many different times and they are quite loud (either drunk or just rude and not considerate).
