Very comfortable and friendly. The associated restaurant was very good. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The only problem we had was that although the rooms were non-smoking, one of the managers would smoke in the lobby and the smoke would float up the stairwell and get sucked into our air conditioning unit and blow on us in our room, which was right off the stairwell. We stayed at the Black Sea Hotel as it was near our son's apartment in HCMC. District 7 is a quieter more residential area but with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very courteous, although sometimes communicating in English took a little effort. At one point I needed to find out where to shop for some paper and one of the staff took me on his motor bike to the store and waited while I shopped. They did not charge me for this favor! When we arrived, we were tired from traveling and the quiet comfortable room was very much appreciated. Xem tiếp

I have a very good experience stayed in Black Sea Hotel. The Hotel Staff was very friendly..Mr.Tan,Ms.May and Ms.Nyai thanks for your assistance.And Also the Boss Mr.Lee. They had to kick people out of our room (took 45 minutes) and our friends room (another 45 minutes) because they were over booked. Found a huge centipede in our room. They had a spider monkey in a cage outside... and inside just jumping around. To expensive to put up with this bull. Xem tiếp

The hotel is situated in a good location in 7th District which for my visit in the area. The hotel provides breakfast with an excellent service at the front desk. It’s ranked as three stars hotel and I would say it does reach that standard. 1) Good room service and representatives. 2) The water from the shower room may ran over to the floor. It's better to have more floor mats or make a tight seal rubber under the glass door. 3) the bed is clean 4) It would be an ideal to have two sets of the bath towels. Xem tiếp
