Chúng tôi là hành khách đến từ Đài Loan. Vị trí địa lý của khách sạn này rất thuận tiện, và người phục vụ rất tốt bụng và hữu ích. Cảm giác rất ấm áp và rất giống cảm giác khi về nhà! Nếu toi ghé thăm Hà Nội một lần nữa trong tương lai, toi chắc chắn sẽ chọn! Xem tiếp

This hotel is the best stay we had in Hanoi after staying at cruise and also other places. The reception speaks fluent English and very helpful, the room and public area are clean, the breakfast here (especially crab soup pho) is a must try! The location us perfect, just next to the most famous pho in town and her close to the church but yet it is not noisy at night. This is a very good experience! 👍 Xem tiếp

총2박 중 1박을 이곳에서 했습니다. 분기별로 여행을 다니지만 이곳만큼 훌륭한 곳은 없었습니다. 새벽 한시에 부산가는 비행기라 걱정했는데 호텔 스텝의 친절한 배려로 무사히 한국에 올수 있어 무엇보다 좋았습니다. 그녀의 이름도 물어보지 못했지만 감사의 마음을 전하며 몇가지 좋았던 것들을 나열하겠습니다. 1. 훌륭한 장소 -하노이 맥주거리와 성요셉 성당 가운데 있고 야시장도 인근에 있어 짧은 일정의 방문객에게는 더할나위없이 좋은곳입니다. 저희는 새벽에 도착해서 아침일찍 짱안투어를 다녀와서 많이 피곤했었지만 호텔 주변 인프라가 좋아 야시장까지 걸어서 10분안에 갈수 있어서 시내관광도 무리없이 했습니다. 아울러 호텔 바로 대각선 맞은편에 유명한 쌀국수집과 한국인 사장님이 운영하는 M&N마사지도 있습니다. 2. 친절한 스텝 스위트룸 트윈으로 예약했지만 1명이 더 늘어 추가배드 10불내고 사용했었는데 침구들이 너무 뽀송해서 꿀잠을 잤습니다. 다음날 새벽에 출국하는 비행기라 걱정했는데 1층 로비에 샤워실과 대기실을 사용할수 있게 배려해 주고 무엇보다 샤워도 웜샤워에 수건까지 서비스해줘서 낮에 다음날 바로 출근해야 하는 저는 정말 감동일수 없었습니다. 항상 눈 마주치면 웃어주고 더 필요한거 없는지 살펴준 여자스텝(그녀의 이를을 물어보지 않은걸 후회) 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 3.맛있는 조식 조식당은 8층이며 메뉴에 있는걸 주문하면 가져다 줍니다. 1인1메뉴가 아닌듯. 저희 총3명이서 4개의 메뉴를 시켰는데 클럽샌드위치도 맛있고 특히 쌀국수는 여느 식당보다 맛있었습니다. 맛집 인정. 여기 모닝커피도 부드러워요. 주문할때 블랙커피 달라고 하면 사약같은 색의 커피를 주는데 전연 안 쓰고 부드러워요. 지내는 동안 모든 것이 좋았으면 하노이에 조만간 다시 오면 재방문의사 100프로 입니다. I spent a night here, out of a total of two nights, traveling quarterly, but nowhere better than here. I was worried because it was a plane going to Busan at 1:00 in the morning, but it was better than anything because of the kind consideration of hotel staff to come to Korea safely. I haven't even asked her name, but I'd like to thank her and list some good things. 1.a great place -Hanoi Beer Street and St. Joseph's Cathedral, and a night market nearby, perfect for short-lived visitors. We arrived early in the morning and we were very tired because we went on a tour early in the morning, but the infrastructure around the hotel was good so we could walk to the night market in 10 minutes, so we also went sightseeing in the city. In addition, there is a famous rice noodle collection right across the diagonal line of the hotel 2. Kind step I booked a suite twin, but one more person added and used it for an extra ten dollars. The place was quite nice and the room was spacious with clean glassed-in bathroom. The lady (Nancy??! maybe) at the front desk was exceptional. She was polite and friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. It was walking distance to Silk Road and the Water Puppet Show - and the small lake which you could walk around. Xem tiếp

The girl (lady) at front desk was exceptional. Very helpful with my travel and phone issues as well as being very gracious all-round. The place was in walking distance of many places - convenience store very close and Silk Road and many restaurants/coffee houses/bars. Our third times stay at Blue Hanoi for its cleanliness, convenient and value for money. Receptionist is friendly and speak good English makes us feel at home. Location is away from busy street near to amenities. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Keep it up. Great!! Xem tiếp

Enroute from our Sapa trip and stayed back in Blue Hanoi again for Hotel cleanliness and location. Nancy and receptionist staff speak good English and they are friendly makes us feel much at home .Everything is good esp we enjoyed our Breakfast as we ordered was cooked for us. Overall thumbs up!! Blue Hanoi Hotel is situated in the Old quarter of Hanoi within easy walking distance of lots of great places to eat. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help with any enquires you may have. The room was spacious and clean , bed was comfortable. Upon checking in the staff was really friendly and helpful. She helped us with the places of interest in Hanoi and also provide us with a map and show us the way to the places we want to go. Room was huge as we booked the triple bed room. Would recommend this hotel if you want an affordable and comfortable stay in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Great value. Rooms were large and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Well located 3 min walk from the cathedral but on quite street with lots of places to eat and shops around. One complaint, the honeymoon suite is the only room with a balcony and naturally used by smokers and so leaves a residual smell in the room. Xem tiếp
