Mr.Martin - the receptionist is very friendly, he always recommended us good place for dinner and massages, given him 100%. Hope to see him again. The hotel is very clean, good breakfast and very convenience to call taxi or travellling around. It's take 30-45 min. to airport. Xem tiếp

Room is clean, bed and TV are all good. In addition, there was a spa bath which was enough to relieve the fatigue of the day. The employees are all kind. I am sorry to say that some of the breakfast menus were not available because I think the guests were few. I would like you to let the guests know the food on that day. Xem tiếp

I want to commend the staff for faultless customer service. I booked this hotel for 1 night to get away from the excitement and honking of the city centre, expecting to get a bit of peace and uninterrupted sleep. I got exactly what I came for to begin with, the facilities are new too. Then at night - banging and construction noises started next door, and it kept going. I informed Reception and they immediately made arrangements to check me into another hotel in their chain. The second hotel does not serve breakfast - no worries: they paid for a taxi to take me to the second hotel and paid again for a return taxi back to the hotel in the AM to have my breakfast. I really got the feeling that the staff priortise your comfort. The hotel was a little bit hard for me to find at first, Google Maps shows that it's on the main road, however it's actually in a small lane on the RHS - a tip would be to put your destination as 'Blue Hanoi Inn Group' in your app to at least make the right turn. i chose the hotel because it is located near the university where i joined a conference.. although it is far from where the hanoi commotion is, but it is extremely a pleasant stay! the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful.. the room were fabulously new.. equipped with a smart tv that comes in with many channels to choose from.. the breakfast is good (although i was looking for bun mhi than a regular sandwich) but it was all too fine anyway.. the service is prompt.. and the hotel itself is clean. but if you want to see how the locals live their lives day by day.. then, this is a good hotel for you. i highly recommend. Staffs were surprisingly nice, supportive, welcoming, well English spoken. I felt like I was in 5star rating hotel from their hospitality. Room conditions were excellent. They does not provide buffet for breakfast but instead i could order anything from the menu, and food was more than my expectation. There is also a small exercise room on the top floor. I stayed 6 nights there with 2 other co-workers. The staffs were amazingly kind, nice, and supportive. Had no problem communicating with them in English. Rooms were spacious and clean. Everyday rooms were cleaned perfectly and spotlessly. Furnitures are all new. Bath tub were excellent. Food was also great. I could order anything from the menu. The only problem was hot water was cut in the middle when I fill hot tub for bath. That was the only problem but everything else was very pefect. Super clean hotel and very friendly staffs. Some confusions as not all of the front desk staffs are able to talk english. But they tried to understand our wishes and helped us a lot. I'd go there again if the location would be a little better. It's a 40 minutes taxi ride to the city center. But if you need to stay in this area like us i can highly recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp
