Mr. Duong and Mrs. are the best hosts and like parents away from home, genuinely care and always available when you need anything. My double room is beautiful, clean and sunny, I was totally rested. Free bicycle for you to explore the town or to go to the beach. Welcome drink of lemon juice is very refreshing. Mr. Duong helped carry my luggage to the main street to meet my shuttle bus. The owner made sure my stay was accommodating in every way. The sit down explanation of the "Old City" was quite helpful. The snorkeling trip booked for us was fantastic ! The beds were extremely comfortable. The place was quiet, very clean, safe and away from the main road. Free bicycles were available but did most of my stay walking and taking taxis with a buddy of mine. Would highly recommend Blue Clouds Homestay to anyone ! Our stay at blue clouds was my most favourite part of our month long trip to Vietnam. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was just a short walk from the old town which was beautiful. The family who own this homestay are so kind and helpful. The man who owns it Duong (I can’t spell his name sorry) helped book our train, gave us advice on where to go in Hoi and and spoke very good English. I highly recommend! Xem tiếp

This is one of the best places I have stayed at in Vietnam. The owners could not have been more helpful and hospitable, the place was immaculate and a pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Duong is a helpful owner who, upon my arrival, briefed me about the old town plan and safety measures, helped to book local tour (cheaper than online booking) and arranged a shuttle for airport transfer. He also provide tourist a bike without a charge. It needs a fair bit of walk, about 5~7minutes, to the old town area. Overall, good experience! Xem tiếp

Very authentic homestay experience. Duong was an informative and graceful host. When we arrived, he sat us down and detailed the area on a big map and told us what to expect. He gave us advice on prices and things to avoid. Breakfast is served until whatever time you come down for it. It’s basically either soup, eggs, or fruit. The pho was really good. Real Vietnamese drip coffee too. The front doors aren’t locked until every guest comes home. I’ve stayed at a handful of homestays in Vietnam, and just those 2 courtesies make this homestay stand out. Bicycles are also free to rent. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, so we didn’t get to take advantage. The homestay is a 10-15min walk from the entrance to the Old Quarter. We enjoy walking, so we didn’t mind at all, but it’s something to keep in mind. The room was small, clean, and comfortable. AC worked well. Bed was soft and comfy. There’s a lockable wardrobe to keep your stuff in if you so choose. The bathroom is a wet room. The fan didn’t work making the bathroom a bit stuffy, but it wasn’t too bad. The shower is in between the sink and the toilet, so expect a wet floor. It would have been nice to have a mop or squeegee to dry off the floor after showering. Overall, it was a good experience for a great price. I would return. Xem tiếp

We originally only intended to stay at Blue Clouds homestay for 2 nights but we knew as soon as we arrived we would stay longer. Mr Duong made us feel at home straight away when we arrived, any help we needed with places to eat/drink, tours to go on and also ones to avoid. The place is incredibly clean and the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and fresh linen. We had breakfast twice and it was tasty and filling and the coffee was very nice. I would reccomend anyone travelling to Hoi An to stay with Blue Clouds homestay and make it a trip to remember. Thankyou and see you again soon! Xem tiếp

The host is very nice, he gave us welcome drinks and detailed travel guide. The place is ten minutes walking distance from the ancient city, you can ride the free bicycle they provide to the beach. The room is very clean Xem tiếp

Lovely homestay with clean rooms and kind english-speaking hosts. I slept happily with the high-quality bed mattress. Before arrival I'm afraid of the distance to the center, but Grabbike is popular in Hoian too, it's only 12k dong from tourist area, then finally I found out it didn't matter. Xem tiếp

Ngoung and his wife were great! We had a homemade lemonade on arrival, used the bikes to ride out to the beach, and walked many times to the old town. It’s a little bit far on the road but if you use the alleyways (try maps.me) then it’s not far and you get to see some real village families. Highly recommended place to stay Xem tiếp

We loved our stay here, greeted with a fresh cold lemonade which was greatly appreciated! Owners are lovey and couldn’t do enough to help, rooms were clean light and spacious, everything was perfect. Breakfast was great, helped us rent a scooter to go to the beech which is just 3km away or you can take a push bike if you fancy some exercise for free! Absolutely amazing, the owners are really nice and they welcome you with a fresh made lemonade. Its only 10 min walking from old town and the owner tells you every tip to make your stay better and can arrange different tours for you. I had such a lovely time staying here at Blue Clouds. Given that I spent several days in Hoi An, this was a really great place to stay. The help I had with booking travel/tours around the area was fantastic, and getting an awesome introduction to Hoi An when I arrived really helped a lot. This is definitely one of the BEST places I have ever stayed. While located in an alley (no worries, only 50m away) but it hides an amazing budgeted homestay. Plus it only about 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town. My room (private, 1 queen size bed) is clean, it smells good, it has high ceiling so it looks bright and spacious too. The bathroom is clean and provided with amenities. I slept so well here. I wish I stay longer because I only had one night. I will definitely come back here if I return to Hoi An. Xem tiếp

In our trip to Vietnam we stayed at all sort of places, but this was by far the best hotel/homestay i stayed at. The host Mr Yong and his family were superb hosts, very genuine, very homely and very helpful. The rooms were sparkling clean. The old town is just a 10 minutes walk. They arranged a conducted tour for us to My Sun at a very reasonable $8. And Mr Yong also fed us with free Bun Mis. And did I mention that we arrived by an early morning flight at 8 am in the morning and they allowed us to check in. Will stay here again when I visit next. Xem tiếp
