Tại điểm đón tiếp, chúng tôi gửi xe bảo vệ, hôm sau bị đòi tiền trông xe. Trong cấu trúc chương trình có 3 bữa chính và 1 bữa nhẹ, thực đơn đơn giản, gần như giống nhau, nó như một bữa sáng nghèo nàn tại khách sạn 2 sao. Phòng ăn thì giữa trưa nắng hè mà ko có điều hòa, mặc dù đã được yêu cầu bật lên cho mát nhưng nhân viên vẫn không làm. Thật là cơm bụi giá cao. Xem tiếp

The 3D2N cruise with Bhaya Premium was the highlight of our trip. We had 2 connecting rooms, one with a double and the other with twin beds. The cruise manager and his team provided superb service and were quick to assist when the kids were a little sea sick on the second day. We enjoyed the food and all activities on board. Safety precautions, e.g. wearing life jackets for all water activities, were taken at all times. We had no problems arranging for the Bhaya shuttle bus back to Hanoi and food allergies via e-mail. We, a group of 22 friends, all enjoyed our 2-day cruise at Bhaya II during last Christmas. It was really an amazing and fantastic experience. The cruise was a wonderful way to explore the Halong Bay’s world heritage. The journey started with warm welcome greetings with a cocktail, refreshing hot towel and rose petals being dropped on us from the deck above. We were then briefed about safety and then served with a delicious seafood lunch in the restaurant on board. After lunch we relaxed for a while in our cabins which were clean and unique, then it was time going off by local rowing boats to visit the fishing villages and to see the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay. This was followed by free time to relax on deck, happy hours and Vietnamese cooking class in the restaurant. Dinner was superb and after the dinner, we stayed in the restaurant to have a party to celebrate the birthday of my friend, the crew staff are very all friendly and cheerful, we were very grateful to them for staying late to serve us. We all have an enjoyable night on board. The following morning after we had explored the Surprise Cave, we were then served with a sumptuous brunch before heading back to port I would definitely recommend the Bhaya cruise to anyone where we could experience a first-class service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the friendly crew especially to Miss Loan Vu, the Manager of Bhaya II, who has arranged the birthday party for us and that we could all have an enjoyable and memorable trip during our stay with Bhaya. The only disappointment is that we could not see the sails of any Bhaya that is up for us to take the beautiful picture just like to one shown in the website. Xem tiếp

We were pleasantly surprised at the remarkable and organized manner in which guests were met, got a free drink in the waiting cafe and then taken to each boat. As the boat started cruising we were briefed about safety and then served a delicious lunch. After lunch we had time to see our cabins, relax a little and then it was off to explore a fishing village. This was followed by free time to kayak or swim and then relax on deck with drinks. Dinner was superb and the evening on the boat, very mellowed and relaxed. The following morning we were served breakfast and then transferred to a smaller vessel for our trip to Cat Ba Island. This was for sure one of the highlights of the cruise, the Island is beautiful and we got to see it as we cycled into one of the villages. Lunch on the smaller boat was typically Vietnamese and enjoyed by all. Swimming and kayaking in the afternoon was just bliss and then it was back to the big boat for dinner. We got to see a stunning cave the following morning and were then served a brunch before heading back to port and sadly having to say goodbye. Xem tiếp

Was upgraded to Au Co Deluxe Executive room by luck and am extremely pleased with the service standards of the crew members. We booked the transport provided by the company, it was a comfortable 3h drive with a 20 mins break at the Pearl Factory. We checked in at Bhaya cruise center which was opposite the pier where we were offered drinks and light snacks. We were met by the Cruise Manager who gave us an overview of the itinerary and answered all our queries. Boat is a bit dated and the room lock requires fixing, it was infuriating trying to operate the lock. Meals were decent and the itinerary was nice and relaxed, the cruise manager will give a brief intro on the itinerary during mealtimes. We could choose to go with the activity or rest in our room and reminder announcements are made before the activities. The 3D2N cruise felt just right, it didn’t feel rushed nor draggy. The trip was enjoyable due to the great experience provided by Sam, Miss Lee, Lincoln and the rest of the crew! Xem tiếp

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Everyone at Bhaya was professional, kind, attentive, helpful and very nice. The excursions were interesting and the staff always ensured we were safe. They provided excellent information about the various excursions. The food and serve was exceptional. My boyfriend and I are backpacking Southeast Asia ( Cambodia, Laos , Vietnam and Thailand). This cruise was the “splurge” of our trip but I would not have done ha long bay any other way! We had the best time on our 2 night cruise. The staff was tremendous and very attentive. My husband is allergic to shellfish and it was a common ingredient in the menu on board. They always brought him something else that was equally as delicious, even on the last bbq buffet night they made him a special salad and sushi to enjoy without us even asking! Wow, what an incredible 2 night 3 day cruise we have just enjoyed on board Auco 1. It really was perfection from the moment we arrived at the port to the moment of disembarkation. The ship was luxurious, the food prepped by ‘Fat Buddha’ and his team was excellent with every course presented looking like a piece of art, the crew were all so friendly, happy and attentive and the activities were all exciting, fun, well planned and managed. We did the 1 night 2 day cruise. The boat was great and clean and the rooms were nice with wonderful AC. Out of all the other boats we saw this looked the nicest, and it took us far from the normally congested area of Ha Long Bay. The staff was wonderful and attentive the whole time. We kayaked, swam, and did the cooking and tai chi classes. The staff really went out of their way to make you feel welcome and important, which definitely added to the experience. The food was pretty good and a good variety. I only wish we would have done the two night cruise to get a more full experience, but if you are short on time the 1 night cruise was definitely worth it. Xem tiếp

We had the most wonderful time on the AuCo. The staff couldn't do enough - they were just brilliant. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was very exciting - our cabin was beautiful with large bathroom and balcony. The food was of a high standard, especially the barbeque. There was plenty to do and activities were varied. It was one of the best trips I've ever done. Worth pointing out that this is one of the few 2 night cruises that doesn't put you on a day boat after the first night followed by a stay in a hotel for the second night. On this cruise passengers stay on the boat throughout. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

The staff of Bhaya 6 were amazing. My teenage children had the best time. Two different cooking demos would have been more interesting on a 3 day trip. Loved the kayaking and cycling. The cave was interesting too. Meals were too creamy for me but my children loved everything. Xem tiếp

Amazing time, great views! It rained both days,but it was still very lovely. The crew was amazing and attentive. The food is really top notch, especially dinner. Our room was very nice and the water is hot. We were provided rain parkas for off boat activities in the rain, which was nice. My friend was on a different boat the same day and they got very wet! Wifi did not work anywhere on the boat, ever. At times activities seemed a little rushed. I don't think this has anything to do with Bhaya, just HaLong Bay in general. There are so many tourists. well words would not justify our 2 nights 3 day experience. I would recommend to all if you do adventure out do please have an open mind... Specially with the wonderful cruise ship Staff, who not only are available for all your needs 24/7 but for us they went out of their way to make our 1st trip to Vietnam so memorable that we will always remember. From the time we arrived to the time we left it was 10/10. The wonderful hospitality from staff was top class. Must give a big thanks to the Manager Alex who was excellent, he made myself & partner enjoy the experience even more. Very professional. Tour guide Ha was wonderful.
