Rich but wisely portioned and well prepared breakfast. Lovely caring staff Beautiful massive clean room, lots of amenities, activities, services I honestly cannot think about something bad to say, the only little negative notes were the hotel does not have elevator. Xem tiếp

Basically everything, convenient location, excellent transport service, warm and friendly staff, nice breakfast! Especially for the reception side, Juliana, who is responsive with concise and accurate info for all the questions and very proactive to suggest things we are not familiar but interested. We really enjoyed staying at Ben Thanh Station. We had a family room which was really big with a luxurious feel. It’s very personal - there was a hand written note in the room, welcoming us to the hotel. The breakfast was probably the best we ever had. A lot of food and all very well prepared and presented. The only negative I can find was hotel doesn't have elevator. But who cares - we can climb up second floor, just exercising :) Xem tiếp

Good location just a short walk from the hotel to market, bank, bus station and many places, etc. We arrived at 4.30am and they let us sleep on the floor for a few hours before we were able to check in very early (9am). Comfort bed and it was rainy season they provide extra blankets ,beakfast was good as eggs and toast bread with butter and jam , tea or coffee on table and fresh fruits are really awesome ,generous staff with more accommodating,due to early arrival, they allowed us to check in earlier without questions. Rooms were huge, spacious and very well decorated. Cleaned daily. Showers are also huge and they were the best showers I've had in a long time! The local area is amazing, the pool itself is convenient for us to explore. Me and my girlfriend loved it and because we booked through booking.com we managed to get a chunk knocked off the price too! Breakfast is also amazing and great! Xem tiếp

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and they take care to put little welcoming touches (eg arrangement of towels on bed). The breakfast selection is amazing and delicious. Front-desk staff are attentive and helpful. The location is convenient as it's close to the bus station. The cost for a half-day stay at the hotel was very expensive relative to the full-day cost. The staff are wonderful, rooms are clean, and paintings in the room are pleasing. I am booked for 4 nights but decided to extend and stay here for the rest of my time in Saigon. When I had trouble on my first night after an allergic reaction (not sure from where), they kindly transferred me to a new room. They upgraded me to make sure I'm comfortable. The location of the hotel itself is close to local shops and local restaurants which can give you a real 'taste' of Saigon (smiley) It's also within walking distance to Ben Thanh market and a short taxi ride to Bui Vien walking street. I spent a half month to go on business in Vietnam, and this hotel made me feel satisfied despite a short stay. Receptionists are hospitable and attentive, always taking care of me well. We spent our vacation here and felt so good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was comfortable stay with ventilated balcony in a large room. There're also 2 chairs in the corridor for each floor. Strong internet, great location and good service. Give a thumb to this hotel. Xem tiếp

We've stayed here for a week. This trip to Vietnam is our honeymoon. Check-in was fast, the room was large with balcony and made us felt like being at our home. Beds, pillows are comfy. Vietnamese receptionists here are beautiful, they are also helpful and attentive. They spoke pretty good English and always took care of us. Pick up service was on time and fast. Tidy and pristine room with large space and balcony for our children to play. That room suitable for a whole family which have kids. Highly recommended! Xem tiếp

De kamer is heerlijk ruim, de doucheruimte/toilet klein. De douche is heerlijk en het bed comfortabel zacht. Het ontbijt wat op de kamer gegeten dient te worden valt tegen. Koude gebakken eieren, stukjes brood en wat fruit. Het personeel doet z'n best om je te helpen, maar hun Engels is erg beperkt. Xem tiếp
