Very nice, friendly & helpful staff, the room is big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent, the hair & spa next to hotel is very good, the cafe in the hotel street is tasty, the pho nearby is so good. This hotel is the very good choice in Q1. Xem tiếp

Breakfast area is small & lack variety with Pho & egg station but no fried rice or noodle.. Walking distance to Pham Ngu Lao & Ben Thanh Market.. Recommended for a stay as the location is good.Accessible to Benh tanh market,pho 2000 and Saigon shopping centre.Moreover,nearby got lots of shops which u can book the tourist trip to Muine and many more. Room is big, but toilet water piping have issue.. the water keep on sipping out from the tiles.. Some light bulb spoilt on our first night...our room , ceiling fan is not working and we check with the staff- they say that the fan is for decorations only..... the room looks little but rundown.... The hotel is in a good location in the Ben thanh district and the room is very clean. However there were two key problems. When you book via agoda it seems like you are booking the 20m2 room (boutique queen city view) but when the booking comes through it is supposedly for the smaller 15m2 room (boutique queen window room) . We raised this with agoda who said they couldn't find our booking (!) and then the hotel. The hotel offered us an "upgrade" to the 20m2 room at an extra $5 per night. Given that I had already booked the bigger room at the lower price I stuck to my guns and refused to pay extra and eventually was promised the bigger room. Either this is a mistake between the hotel and agoda or a bit of a cheat. Anyway when we got to the room it was absolutely tiny. We have been travelling in SE Asia for 4 months and have never experienced a room so small. It was so small they even had to put the wardrobe inside the bathroom...yes really. Further the bathroom was so small you had to climb over the toilet to get to the shower/bath and my husband could not bend down to sit on the toilet without hitting his head on the wall! We are not huge people but this was just ridiculous. If we were indeed given the 20m2 room, I would hate to see what the 15m2 room looks like... As for the city view, well this is 3/4 wall of the next building so don't expect anything special. The hotel was clean and well located but the only way I would recommend staying here is if you are willing to pay a lot extra for a bigger room. In that case you might find better elsewhere. Xem tiếp

pros: location is just amazing, its super super central and the best part its still quite and the alley has a LOT of cute cafes, restaurants ( not all are delicious, Dont eat western dishes, not worth it because its not good and expensive, the salad bar across the hotel is bad!) ... - amazing style, tiny room ( if u dont book the suite art of rooms) clean n lovely staff - sooo central ( please try the vu phuong PHO, just 1 mins from the hotel!! clean n absolutly best pho!) cons: breakfast very very small, not really good but i would totally recommend to anyone who cares about cleaneness, style, new hotel, AND AMAZING SURROUDINGS,being central yet have quite time... Room and bathroom are small. Barely any space to put my luggage. Deco is like the 50's and 60's. Bed squeaky... too old i guess. The street (lane) is congested with activities but pleasant. Good restaurant and coffee joint along the lane. Xem tiếp

The hotel was comfortable and cosy, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just a simple fare. The location was in a small alley and there wasn't much shops around where we can get food when we get hungry in the night. it was quite a distance from the shopping areas and shopping malls, so you will need to do a bit of walking or hop on a cab to get to those places. We booked two suites, were given 3 and 4 floor, the one on 4 floor had less lighting so darker and the toilet smelled, don't think we like the shower or bath design. The hotel provided lemongrass spray which helped with the smell. Overall room spacious and clean, should provide disposable slipper for hygiene reasons, bed and pillow good to sleep with. What a great little boutique hotel! Stayed here with two grown children and had a room with kind bed and full bed. Very spacious room. Decor was nice and vibe was good. Excellent AC. Wifi worked fine. Every staff member super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just so-so and the eating area is very small. But that's just nit picking. Very happy with my stay. Xem tiếp

Loved this little gem hidden in the back streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The decor was fabulous and the room was nice and clean. What it lacks in facilities is made up for by the very helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations to us. Would definitely stay again if it's just adults. Xem tiếp

Quiet location but attractions around the city is still within walking distance. The staff deserves an A+ for being very friendly and accommodating. All of them speaks very good English and they will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Delicious breakfast too! Xem tiếp

It's convenient area to behn than market. You can take grab taxi to anywhere you want to visit. Nearby the area have two 24 hours local coffee cafe. Beside there is a rock dive bar and they have live rock music.It was great relaxing change compared the the larger hotels as you'd expect from a boutique property. Xem tiếp

This is a gem of a place tucked away from the noise of the city, but only a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. All of the staff are very helpful and happy to help in any way. The bed is comfortable and the room very clean. I would happily use this place again Xem tiếp

Design was nice and comfortable. Rooms are big, comfort and clean. Location quiet and near Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast were like home cooked food. All were good except that we were given a room with a spoilt toliet door in which the staffs knows it and did not fixed it despite we asked to do so. Xem tiếp
