The room was given as not as per advertised. It’s totally different!! More worst that the package not included mineral water while lunch dinner and breakfast time.. the only free items inside the room as usual. It’s ridiculous to pay mineral water while the dish it’s free!!! And for 3 days 2 night some of the activities is repetition.. the food just nice. And overall I’m not satisfied. Should survey more option before booking. Please survey the actual picture before you booked. Xem tiếp

The food was AMAZING. There were massive amounts of it, and they were careful with food allergies and made me special dishes. The main tour guide and all the staff were very nice and friendly. We ended up waiting a really long time to board the ship, and to make up for it we all got a free drink. There were the right amount of activities. We booked a cruise as a splash out treat during a couple of weeks travelling around Vietnam. This was not a treat. The staff were okay some more friendly than others. Drinks to buy on the boat where extremely expensive. Our room was fine although we thought we had booked a room with a balcony but the “balcony” was just opening windows. Other than the boat itself the tour was just going to places packed with tourists from every other boat in the bay. Also the kayaking was cancelled last minute without any warning. Also the bay itself is so full of tourists and rubbish in the water. It is not at all what we expected or hoped for and we were left very disappointed. Xem tiếp

Old boat. Smelly. Boat creaks when it's sailing or when someone is walking on the deck. Friendly staff. Simple meals which was not enough. Balcony too small for only 1 person to stand at a time. Balcony door stuck. Toilet has no door. It's only a curtain. Xem tiếp

The staff were very friendly, helpful and made you feel very welcome. They went above and beyond expectations. Our two tour leaders Mr Bah and Mr Victor were very informative and very approachable. Making sure everyone had a fantastic cruise. Mr Trung the Barman was very attentive to our requests. He is teaching himself English and loves to talk with the guests. So please talk to this wonderful young man and help him learn more English, he is very friendly, helpful and just a great guy. The food was delicious and there was an abundance of it. The rooms were very well presented and quite spacious. The days are planned to a very tight time schedule and it is only when you get to the cruise ship late in the afternoon that you get to unwind and relax on the top deck watching the beauty of Halong Bay. Over all I would highly recommend this Cruise so you too can make many wonderful memories. Xem tiếp

It seems they have themselves 4 stars when the standard is actually two! Filthy bathrooms, dirty linen and overall badly maintained. Do not fall for the photos on their page, it is not what you get. Third time in Ha Long Bay and this boat trip was the shortest distance. Total rip-off. Xem tiếp
