Chúng tối đến vào lúc 11h sáng, nhân viên cho biết đúng quy định nên mời a chị 14h mới quay lại nhận phòng. Đây quả thật là 1 cách ứng xử rất tệ trong hoạt động bán dịch vụ. Phòng của tôi là deluxe room, khá rộng rãi, cao tầng, view tốt. Tuy nhiên có mùi cũ và ẩm. buổi tối điều hòa bị trục trặc tuy nhiên đến lầ gọi điện thứ 2, nhân viên mới sửa chữa bữa sáng trung bình. khách sạn nhiều người hoa nên khá ồn ào Xem tiếp

Do nhu cầu công tác và đi hai người nên chúng tôi có 4 máy cần charge điện sau một ngày ngoài đường,thế mà chỉ có mỗi một ổ cắm trong phòng và một ổ trong toillet,cuối cùng một người phải "hy sinh" vào toillet...làm việc!! Lúc đó tôi ước gì có thêm sợi dây điện với nhiều ổ cắm để có thể vừa nằm trên giường vừa làm việc hoặc chơi game thì tốt biết mấy!!, tóm lại vì một chút mà mất đi sự thoải mái của một căn phòng vốn phải có tiện nghi của khách sạn 3 sao. So many local restaurants around, some convenience stores, and bus station is walking distance. Deluxe room has large space and hot water in bath room works fine. You can also enjoy some Chinese cuisine in sibling hotel's restaurant or other restaurants near by. Xem tiếp

This is a 20 years old hotel and building, but surprisingly well maintained and clean. Everything works, especially the amenities inside the room. Room is clean and comfortable, but i wish the queen size mattress could be harder-good for backbone. The air con is not really cold (quiet, though) but just nice for me as I only slept with my pajama, no need blanket. Breakfast is ok, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is about 1.5km from the 5star hotel that I was attending a business conference. Xem tiếp

Room is dusty despite me booking the best room. Breakfast is rubbish and sucks.. I am a traveler that is not as fussy like many. But this hotel I hv to say is the worst I hv stayed in HCM. With the price I paid, I can definitely get something better in Ben Thann area or even district 1.... pls pls pls don’t ever book this hotel.. Xem tiếp

Good location. Good service attitude. Good buffet breakfast . Old facility. No WiFi notice, I order a standard room, but when u check in you want a room with window, the reception said must add 200k vnd more, but the introduction show : city view. It’s not reasonable. Suggest you order superior room if you need a window room. And it’s no WiFi notice, very old facility. Advantage is very convenient loacation, you can buy snack opposite shop, and nearby few beer restaurant or seafood roadside tavern。 Xem tiếp

I have booked for the night 13 oct and have already notified the hotel that i be arriving early check in. When i arrived they couldn't find my booking and charge me extra night and requested i pay $54 . I arrived at hotel at 130 am on 13 oct. Location is great - very close to many places for food! Very clean with helpful staff - they do know a number of languages which is quite helpful as well. Large spacious rooms with great facilities - complimentary breakfast and bottles of water everyday! Xem tiếp

We had two rooms side by side for 4 people. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Every time we needed VND ,we just went to the desk to exchange money. Very convenient.there are safety box by the desk for us to keep our valuable items. The breakfast was very good.Room was clean except the dust under the bed needs to be vucuumed. The location is good. We took a bus to Ben Thanh market or just walked to AN Dong market. There were a lot of places to shop in dist 5. Butif you plan to shop, don't go in Lunar new year. Stores and market are closed. Because of Chinese or Vietnamese New Year,we had an invitation from the hotel to attend their New Year party on new year eve. All the guests were invited to a restaurant across from the hotel. We were told that it was their tradition and it was a way to celebrate their big holidays with guests. All the staff came to greet their guests and cheer with wine. The free dinner buffet was amazing, a lot of choices with free wine, beer, and drinks. We felt like celebrating the new year at home. We will highly recommend this hotel to friends and we will definitely stay there again next time. Xem tiếp

We felt very welcome when we arrive at Bat Dat Hotel. The room was well furnished and the food quite good. The hotel is in city and it's very close to shoppings, restaurants, however, try to get a room above the 8 floor or you will feel quite uncomfortable with the noisy. Xem tiếp

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Unhelpful staffs, dirty room, peeling paint, dirty carpet, dirty restaurant. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Just awful. Xem tiếp
