This hotel is one of those places that was probably quite upmarket in its earlier days but was still comfortable and enjoyed bathroom with a full size bathtub. Staff at Reception and in Breakfast Room very friendly. Mainly Russian tourists staying there while I was there Xem tiếp

the barcelona hotel has potential to be quite a good hotel but we were disappointed on several fronts during our two night stay. upon arriving the staff pressed us to upgrade to the penthouse suite just because we were staying in a superior room. we had to be very persistent that we just wanted to stay in the room we already paid for - not the best way to welcome us on arrival! having said that, the beach view superior room could not be faulted: very large (really two rooms in one, with a lounge room and second tv) and great views of the beach but somewhat obscured by the building's facade. however, the hotel must have approx 70 rooms yet only has two computers for internet access which seemed to always be occupied with children playing online games. this is was very frustrating for adults paying $$$ to stay there. secondly, the breakfast serving room on level 1 is much too small. it only seats approx 30 people so many people had to wait a long time to be seated or just give up in frustration and have breakfast elsewhere. i'm not particularly impatient but this is not acceptable given the room rates. overall, an ok hotel but i would recommend staying somewhere with fewer rooms where you will be treated as a guest, not just a number. the hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. the special request i made to have seperate beds in each room was complete for 2 out of 3 rooms but we were still happy with this. the breakfast could be better. the food seemed to be cold. location ofthis hotel is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk or catch a $1 taxi. The hotel was clean and functional, however the rooms were a little small. As my partner like to sleep in on holidays we found on two occasions that house keeping forgot to make up our room. The walls are quite thin and you can hear everyone in the corridor. Overall the hotel is clean and value for money. Xem tiếp

the hotel was just of the main drag and easy walking to the beach. it was clean and had a pool on the top floor, very small area but the beach is fantastic so never went. the breakfast ok. the hotel was full of russians. (im not saying that is a bad thing just an observation). our only complaint was the cockroach that ran across the bed whilst we were in it. didn't sleep much after that. Xem tiếp

great location in centre of town and near to beach in nha trang. room is good with nice bathroom. price reasonable for hotel in town. service not the friendliest though. they also have an odd arrangement to order breakfast the night before but still not have your breakfast available in the morning. overall we stayed one night as we were passing through and this hotel did the job. A 10 minutes walk to the beach, you chould rent a chair there for 30000dongs. We had a nice modern room, great bathroom, and good service. We had some ants in our first room because we left our toothpaste opened, the staff was really nice in assisting us to change rooms. We didn't like the breakfast which is mainly for Asian travellers (rice, noodles, etc.) But we loved the pool on the top floor. Xem tiếp

Booked for a 3 night stay, the adverised picture for the room showed a big room but turned out the room was rather small. It was described that the Deluxe Sea View room "has a balcony which allows you to have a special vision of the Ocean View". Yes, it has a balcony, but the 'special' view was blocked by higher hotel buildings closer to the coastline. There's cheaper hotel which is closer to the coastline and not blocked. Most of the receptionists do not converse well in english, we had much problem communicating with them. Breakfast was very average, and food was not refilled, so do wake up early if you plan to stay there. Kids and guests were noisy at the corridor of the hotel room, the door does not help much in sound-proofing. Xem tiếp
