Resort rất đẹp, riêng tư. Biển và núi sự kết hợp cho cảnh sắc tuyệt vời. Dịch vụ 5 sao không có gì để chê, nhân viên phục vụ quá tốt! Phòng rất đẹp. Có điều ở xa thành phố nên ko có nhiều lựa chọn về nhà hàng. Nhà hàng trong resort thức ăn không thật sự xuất sắc. Xem tiếp

Beautiful villa, amazing landscape, gardens and overall facilities are incredible. Food was good but quite expensive and given the lack of any other options in the vicinity you have to use the hotel restaurants. Ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Xem tiếp

It was my first and last time at a Banyan Tree hotel. Despite it’s location and always willing staff, this hotel is just not up to the standard I expected. The GM was nowhere to be found. In fact, one could feel his/her absence in a plethora of details: a broken lamp silicone glued, a typo in the welcoming message, a digitally imposed signature upon the welcoming message by an ASIA manager, stickers over information on in-room info, a broken telephone cord, a bat inside the room upon arrival... The restaurant options were sub par and very limited and the prices were outrageous for the quality provided. I was charged 10.000.000 dongs (454 euros) for airport transfer and 4hours of car. Worst of all, they call you many times to triple check info that you will feel like an old fashioned cable girl instead of a guest... Pick another hotel. I wish I had. Xem tiếp

Vietnam is without a doubt one of the best countries I have visited.. the hotel has everything you need to see or do, amazing sand beaches, spectacular private villas with memorable views, the nicest and most kind staff specially "Mi" she was the one who escorted us to our room when we arrived and showed a great hospitality service.. Comparing to other hotels in Da Nang, the price of the hotel is expensive and a bit far from the city. However, it is still cheap when you compare it to other luxurious resorts in similar asian countries.. To sum up, I highly recommend this resort for couples and honeymooners.. Xem tiếp

This is the most memorable hotel I have ever stayed. I chose the room type with private pool. The view is wonderful as it is an infinity pool. I would recommend you to choose this room type instead of beach pool villa if you have budget as the experience will be totally different. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

we stayed here between visits to the intercontinental, which has its monkeys and really crazy architecture. this hotel is a perfect place set in beautiful grounds. The boat ride around the resort adds an additional quirk the experience. The villas are much bigger than the pictures show, service superb and nothing is too much for the staff. food drink everything is perfect, including champers at breakfast. Xem tiếp

The hotel is beyond lovely, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be, its in a perfect secluded location on the beach with beautiful views. Perfect for nature lovers, visited daily on the lagoon by geese and one duck and the beautiful birds such swooping into the water. I can not recommend this hotel enough, it really is stunning, we have stayed at six senses and other luxury resorts and would rate this in the same way, from your personal butler who literally will get you anything you need to make your stay perfect for you. Lovely touches are the afternoon tea, just for the pure ceremony of it all. I read a couple of Agoda reviews before booking, so our expectations were high. Having stayed in Banyan Tree hotels before, we knew about the standards. The location is secluded and the weather wasn‘t great (rainshowers), but the heated jacuzzi in the beachfront poolvilla, the nice staff and the very nice hotel made up for it. Unluckily, we stay in a great ocean view pool villa during a crazy typhoon. It keeps raining on our arrival, day trip to Hue and facing a typhoon on the day we plan to enjoy the villa and facilities in the hotel. However, our villa host - Nina and most of the staffs make us a wonderful stay in Banyan Tree. They are all very initial to serve you, concerns your needs and problem solving immediately. Such as the concierge remind us Saffron, their signature restaurant will be closed on Wed and Thu, so we can catch our first try on our arrival nights, the only night we can dine there. Housekeeping found the toilet not flush well and contact technician team to fix immediately, turn down service and small gifts from Nina are surprising us everyday, really consider of our needs which a fruit platter and bubble bath are ready after our day trip to Hue. We have a great and unforgettable stay with the only sunshine farewell us on our leaving... Xem tiếp

We stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts 99% during our trips, in and out of vietnam. I must say that I am very impressed by the high level of service provided in banyan tree lang co. The staffs were extremely caring from the smallest thing, excellent jobs banyan tree lang co staffs! The resort is Very beautiful, view from my 2 bedrooms hilltop villa is breathtaking. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Banyan Tree Lang Co. It was an amazing experience for the two of us. Our villa host Thuy was extremely thoughtful and spoiled us by offering excellent butler service. When we went out to Lang Co village for seafood dinner, to our surprise, a staff (Nina) of Banyan Tree was waiting at the restaurant. She helped us to order food and making sure we were well taken care of before she left. Tiny surprises everyday really topped our experience. Our stay in Banyan tree was wonderful, the staffs service are great, and the buggy service are fast most of time within few minute. The food is good, but very very SLOW!! We need to wait average of 1~2 hrs for our food to be ready, and cost deep compare to Vietnam standard. The staff in the restuarant service are very slow, and keep forgeting what we ask for. So should prepare some thing to eat if traveling with young children. Free shuttle bus to Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue are great!! Xem tiếp

Just great. From the first minute u been like a VIP. All staff call us by our name even we not seem them before. Also remember our villa no. The food at breakfast was best i ever had in any banyan tree. Saffron with the thai food seems strange when u travelling in Vietnam but how they prepared the food was outstanding and first class tasting. As our flight leaves at evening Banyan Tree let us stay the whole day in our villa... amazing. All other places we been before we had to pay or even it was not possible. At Banyan Tree Lang Co u feel as VIP Guest until u leave the limousine at the airport. We will be back.... thanks to all the staffs Xem tiếp
