Resort có dịch vụ rất tốt, nhân viên vui vẻ, thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Đi nghỉ dưỡng thì rất hợp với resort này, khung cảnh thiên nhiên trong lành và bãi biển xanh sạch. Vì resort khác biệt lập nên đường đi vào hơi khó khăn xíu. Xem tiếp

Hài Lòng
Mình phải đi qua nhiều đoạn bùn lầy mới vào tới khách sạn. Vòi hoa sen bằng quả dừa có nước rất yếu nên tắm rất chán. Tuy nhiên, vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt khi nằm tiếp giáp với biển, nằm trong phòng có thể nghe tiếng sóng. Nhân viên khá thân thiện. Chỉ phù hợp với bạn nào vào nghỉ dưỡng và ở luôn trong khách sạn không đi đâu :) Xem tiếp

Chỗ này chỉ phù hợp với cặp đôi thích du lịch khám phá và ko tốn quá nhiều tiền phòng. Bãi tắm nhỏ nhưng ok với quy mô bé của Bamboo. Địa điểm này cách xa đường nhựa ít nhất 3km và vào bằng đường đất đỏ rất khó đi. Choáng nhất là ở đó ko có điều hòa, ko có TV, nước nóng thì ít vì dùng năng lượng mặt trời, ánh sáng trong phòng ngủ và toàn bộ khu "resort" này leo lét khiến cảm giác thiếu thốn và bức bối. Bathroom thì lộ thiên một nửa, nên có cảm giác hòa vào thiên nhiên một nửa nhưng sẽ bị ướt nếu trời mưa. nhân viên thường hiểu sai các order của bạn nên đưa ra món ăn khá bất ngờ so với order. Đồ trong phòng và toàn khu này làm theo phong cách nhà tranh của Mỹ, nên nhìn nghèo nghèo, nhưng rất thu hút tây. Khá đông tây ở bamboo và đánh giá khá về khu này. Xem tiếp

Nơi đây có vị trí và bãi biển đẹp , yên tĩnh rat hợp với du lịch nghỉ dưỡng , nhà hàng có các món ăn hải sản ngon , thái độ phục vụ thân thiện . Tuy nhiên , đường đi đến còn xấu quá , phòng ngủ thiết kế không hợp lý , gió biển không thể vào trong phòng nên rất nóng , đầu tư thiếu chiều sâu . Xem tiếp

My friends recommended that I stay at Bamboo Cottages and I'm so glad I did! Staff are friendly, professional, attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean and located just metres from the water. The resort is located away from the busy parts of the island - I often had the beach to myself. The restaurant serves fresh delicious meals and, as a vegetarian, I had plenty of options on the menu to choose from. I extended my stay and I predict you will want to do the same. Xem tiếp

The staff is so nice. When we arrived we were upgraded to a beachfront cabin. Then we were waited on hand and foot for 9 days. Morning yoga was a treat. The servers became our best friends. There were plenty of options available for tours around the island, kayaking, hiking, etc. But we chose to just laze. Incredible food, free water, free drinks and appetizers many nights. Quiet location on beautiful beach away from the crazy development in town. Fantastic staff and food. Perfect place to relax and forget the world. Enjoyed the eco resort aspects. The bungalows are open air so the geckos and ants may be your roommates, but it’s worth it! Xem tiếp

The rooms, the staff and the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The beach could be better. It is very exposed to wind and the water is wild and unfortunately a lot of plastic flows around even though the hotel does what it can to keep it clean. It's an ecofriendly place, so it's not the Hilton. Solar power means when powers gone it's gone till morning. Now I enjoyed that because it allowed me to enjoy the finer things in life, like writing and reading while sitting on a beach all by myself. Staff is amazing. You don't go here for the bathtub and a.c. room, you come here to share their place and become one with their family. Food was out of this world. Sights were amazing, stars are so bright away from the cities pollution. Road in is a bit rough, but I believe it will soon be finished. Very isolated, but in a great way. Also, be sure to get mosquito spray and be aware of snakes, you are in a jungle. With that, I would come here again hands down. They got billards, beer and a beach. What more do you need mate? Gorgeous private beach, worth going here just for the beach. The meals were huge and great value. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Though for the current price range at $70-$90/ night, I think other resorts offered better value for money as the resort is fully eco (no AC, no fridge etc.) and the room was a bit rundown. Xem tiếp

I stayed here for five nights recently - loved everything about the place. Firstly the service is brilliant all the staff went out of the way to ensure we had a great stay - even the house keeping and turn down is so well done. Always with a smile. Thanks so much. The food is excellent - a bit pricy by Vietnam standards but cheap by Western. Breakfast is included which is a great touch with unlimited coffee and juices. It is about 3km in a dirt road to the main road so you either need to rent a scooter or have taxis take you out - it is about 10km to the closest village. Unfortunately they are building a wharf by the beach so there is the associated noise and traffic (this is what turns the road into a mess) and sadly it seems most of Phu Quoc is being developed at the expense of nature. This is a lovely beach for swimming you like nature, nice clean bungalows, great service and good food stay here. If you want shopping, discos, and bars then best to stay somewhere else. Xem tiếp

My partner and I spent about a week here and we had a wonderful time. The thoughtfulness and expert management were apparent to us, not only in what was right about the place, but in what didn't go well and was fixed professionally by the manager, Kai. The staff is wonderful, the beach is lovely, the place is clean as a whistle and the food was very good. It's apparent that this place is a labor of love (and eco-consciousness; Bamboo Cottages' leadership by example cannot be minimized and hopefully will inspire more resorts to do the same), which made us eager to come back again. Can't speak more highly of bamboo cottages. Lovely QUIET bay away from all the tourist areas. Hilton the manager and all the staff go out of there way to make you feel at home. Accommodation and meals are very reasonably priced. Free kayak/mask/snorkel hire. Have a massage in the bamboo hut right on the beach. If i could I'd give it a 11/10. I was so pleased to have found Bamboo Cottages for my quick trip to Phu Quoc. I was there during Tet, so the prices were higher than usual, but I would definitely return another time. The staff is really standout and their attention to detail is commendable. I normally don't like eco resorts because they tend not to be as clean or stylish as other spots, but Bamboo did not compromise either. - Beautiful view and surroundings. - Friendly and helpful staff who really care about their guests. - Good food. - Activities such as yoga and vietnamese classes for those who are interested. All in all a great place which I would recommend to anyone. It seems like it's mostly couples who stay at this place, but I traveled with a group of 6 friends and we all enjoyed our 1 week stay here. One week was however a bit too long as there is not too much to do around this area, I think 3-4 days would have been perfect for us. The sea view cottages offer a breathtaking view of the bay. The bathroom is partially without a roof, so you can enjoy the pure nature. It's an eco resort, so no AC. The mattress was a little to hard, our hips hurt a little after the third night. The beach is well maintained, not really private, but mainly uses by their own guests. They offer free kayaks and have some nice activities on the schedule. The food was good but a little bit too pricey for Vietnamese standards. The staff is great and very helpful. The resort is a little remote, thus you need a taxi or the hotel shuttle, which was around $20. The driver was a little too ambitious, trying to get to and from the resort really fast, almost pushing motorbikes off the road. I don't want to be on the road on a motorbike having him overtake me.
