Khách sạn mới, vị trí trung tâm.. có 2 em gái lễ tân dễ thương tuy nhiên có 1 bạn nam lễ tân chưa chuyên nghiệp lắm, khi check in k giới thiệu đầy đủ cho khách,. Ăn sáng đơn giản, giá cả hơi cao so với mặt bằng chung.. rất thuận tiện đi lại Xem tiếp

it was such a pleasure staying in the hotel. The hotel seems new with great and expensive looking interior, good size of a room. Every day the hotel was spotless, no bugs, no smell of humid. I would definately stay again. However, the swimming pool and fitness center was rather small, and breakfast doesn't have much diversity. Xem tiếp

Love the location, building and the room. Complimentary mini bar. Not many choices of breakfast but I think the avail food are good enough to have a relaxing breakfast. The place with nice ambience and music. Simple yet contemporary design. The only lacking is warm welcome or greeting from the staff. Even the lounge captain (I think so) does not smile or greet. This may suits some customer who do not want much interaction. Owtherwise my experience with Bach suite Saigon is definitely good. Xem tiếp

Just perfect, Bach Suites Saigon is the type of hotels I love and I prefer. Medium/small size, 36 rooms. Decoration is wonderful a mix of French Asian Style, all minimum details beard in mind. Very kindly and polite staff. Although is in city center, the place is little more calm, less traffic. I would repeat for sure!! Xem tiếp

It's very elegant and everything very details nice hotel. Only the hair dryer still use the old fashion style need to push the button, suggest can change it. Btw, due to there is a club which is very near this hotel thus the music will play till 2 AM, if this may bother you maybe this is not a hotel for you. Xem tiếp

I was here for 3 days and had a really comfortable stay in terms of the location, cleanliness and staff friendliness. The only challenge I faced is because there was no restaurant in the hotel there are hardly any options for the breakfast. Xem tiếp

I stayed in Back Suites from April 21 to 24. I strongly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, efficient staff and tasteful decor of the dining area and rooms, in short, everything!. This hotel is located about midpoint between the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Opera House. It is conveniently located among many restaurants, You will be spoilt for choice, as to where to eat. Breakfast came with the room booking and again, I was pleasantly surprised at the spread on offer; one had a choice of Vietnamese i.e. Pho or the Banh Mi and also the more conventional eggs and sausages, cereals etc. Credit must go to all the staff whom I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know. They were not only very helpful, but cheerful and every ready to assist with whatever requests I had; from calling a taxi, to recommending eating places in the proximity and places of interest. You can't go wrong when staying in this hotel. The feel good experience is second to none. Xem tiếp

The hotel is awesome. I faced some trouble on the heater of the hotel and they are very patient and even send some technician to help me adjust the heater. A big plus point to the design, it makes me feel cozy and comfortable. 7-eleven, great restaurant and cafes is easily accessible and I remember not too far from the airport. As for the breakfast, unfortunately needing to leave early and missed them. But the kitchen is kind enough to start bringing out some food earlier. Definitely will stay again! Xem tiếp

This is a Design Hotel - so naturally it's interiors are gorgeous. Best bathrooms of all the hotels I viewed. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and facilities are perfect. Breakfast could be more comprehensive but otherwise all other facilities perfect. BEAUTIFUL pool and gym. Great location but slightly removed from high street - bit more local. Spotlights: Exquisite deco & lighting in the whole hotel, and I luv the Samsung Smart TV w/ Netflix!! Inside, excellent sound-proof Room (I stayed in Deluxe King); outside, magnificent cityview on the rooftop w/ infinity pool & gym. BRAVO! But there were still some pities: the night I stayed (APR 14), there was no hot water in the shower cube, yet strangely there was in the washbasin faucet...kinda disappointed to take a chilling shower that evening. As for the breakfast, there was rich food to choose from, somehow the taste was just okay, not memorable. Xem tiếp

Good stay overall, great classic look for rooms, friendly staff. The only issue is that if you are sensitive to noise, it can be a bit noisy late at night and also the curtains don't shut properly easily letting sunlight in. Xem tiếp

Tiny but sweet boutique hotel. Nice French style interior. Love our luxury room and bathroom. We went to swimming pool on the rooftop every day . Breakfast was delicious.Although not much choices but enough for us. Especially enjoy the Vietnamese coffee and baguettes. Night club’s music wasn’t bother me at all. We get sleep very soon. I would give this hotel a 7/10. Pros: staff are over friendly. It feels a little weird tho when they are too helpful and friendly. Clean, very clean. Quiet rooms. Free coffee and snacks all day long. Free water. They check ur room twice to refill your water which is nice. Cons: Rooms are small. This is a small hotel. Breakfast is terrible, they have got to make it better. Food choice is poor and the portions are small. This is not a 4 star breakfast, I would give it a 2 star rating for breakfast. There is always a line to get coffee in the morning. Why? There is no Sauna, no jacuzzi. No microwave in our room (King deluxe room). No blackout curtains. And what is wrong with the bathroom window?? There is a floor to ceiling window IN the shower with blinds that don't fully close. I feel like my butt is being seen by people down the street. Price is high for this hotel. I just stayed at another hotel on the same street, the citadines, much cheaper and opposite in value. This hotel has lots of potential. Just need better management and some major improvement in prices, food, service and equipment. Xem tiếp
