Babylon Premium Hotel was closed when I arrived so they got me a room (upgraded) in their sister hotel Babylon Garden Hotel and Spa. Reception was smooth and the staffs can speak English well. Very friendly and helpful. The staffs help us checking the available tour (most tours were shut down due to Covid 19) and tirelessly updating us of the current condition. We were upgraded to Premium Twin room which was super clean and spacious for us. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Breakfast was sufficient buffet and alacarte. Location is also perfect, 5 minutes walk to Hoen Kiem Lake. Very safe area if u happen to go back late at night. We had a great stay. Recommended!!! Xem tiếp

Had a chance to stay at this amazing hotel in Old Quarter Hanoi for 3 nights and it was beyond our expectation. The location is great, near many good local restaurants, cafes and Circle K minimart, walkable distance from pretty much highlight in Hanoi, the Hoan Kiem lake, Beer corner, night market, Bus stops (from and to the airport). The room was new, clean and had comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Mr. Henry, the hotel manager and all staffs are very friendly, attentive and polite, with positive vibe and service mind. The main thing that stood out to me and my partner was how amazing all the staff members were, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay (especially Henry and Rose!) Best customer service and hotel experience I have ever had. Would 100% return if I am ever in Hanoi again and will definitely recommend to anyone travelling in this area. After three weeks travelling across Vietnam I did not expect the hotel that will receive top marks from me)) This one was outstanding! It is located close to all sights in the Old Quarter. This is a very old and busy area with crazy traffic. BUT the moment you step into the stylish lobby you are sheltered from all the street noise. The rooms are fresh, well equiped, sparkling clean with crisp linen. The internet never had cause for complaints. The breakfast was plenty. The stuff makes your feel genuinely welcome and cared for. They give you "survival" tips and take your temperature) As a sole traveller I felt very safe and cared for. Thank you so much. Xem tiếp

Very friendly staff: They organised a shuttle from airport because we arrived at midnight. They had good recomondations for sightseeing and also organised a bus transfer to Halong. We were very sattisfied with our short stay. Thanks Xem tiếp

This hotel has exceptional customer service. We felt extremely welcomed the moment we entered the premises. The receptionist lady showed great hospitality and even offered to help plan our entire itinerary. She also provide us information on the lifestyle in Hanoi for the DOs and DONTs. This was highly appreciated as it helped us to understand certain things in a clearer manner. Being a light sleeper, the room we had was absolutely comfortable. We slept extremely well. I stayed in the executive twin room Everything was new and same as the pictures on the website. The staffs are ready to help and support the guests. The best point is the location. It is in the center of the old quarter so you can go any places by walking. I will definately recommend! The hotel is very new and clean as it just opened less than a month ago. We had a comfortable stay. The staff are very helpful in making our stay pleasant. They even go all the way out to tell us what to do and be careful of in Hanoi. They have 'handbook' which teach us how to cross the crazy Hanoi road with confidence etc. I find it very useful. 位於三六古街，近還劍湖，很熱鬧，飯店樓下就有一家非常好吃的河粉攤。離pho10也很近。 我們訂的家庭房二床非常大又漂亮，還有浴缸。 櫃檯服務員熱心介紹景點，請櫃檯幫忙叫機場接送20元美金。 這裡不吵，睡得很好，也沒有蚊蟲 （2020/1/31～2/3）我們住了三天，很棒， 武漢肺炎的期間對台灣人依然很友善👍 Xem tiếp
