Khách sạn có nội thất rất tinh tế, luôn nhiều hoa tươi, sạch sẽ dễ chịu. Mọi thứ đều tốt. Tuy nhiên khi nhận phòng được thông báo là không bao gồm đón tiễn sân bay, với một khách sạn 5 sao thì hơi ngạc nhiên. Xem tiếp

Tôi đi công tác chỉ nghỉ một đêm nhưng tôi có cảm giác thoãi mái vì khung cảnh yên tĩnh và thơ mộng vì phòng tôi xoay về hướng sông Hương nên có cảm nhận thật bình yên sau buổi họp căng thẳng. Phòng không rộng, nhưng vừa đủ để bố trí những tiện nghi cần thiết, sạch sẽ, buổi ăn sáng khá, nhân viên phục vụ tận tình chu đáo. Nếu lần sau có dịp trở lại Huế tôi sẽ tiếp tục nghỉ tại đây. The best part of our trip in Hue was the hotel ! We did not fall in love with the old part of Hue, but we did with this lovely art deco hotel. Super well decorated , and with a nice pool overlooking the river. Staffs were very helpful Xem tiếp

If you like old world charm then this place is perfect for you. Service is great and it has the glamour of old shangri-la or the raffles hotel in Singapore. Everything is pristinely well kept. Great stay. Xem tiếp

The room is nice - but there is no bathtub; the staff informed me that if I want a bathtub, even though I booked through Agoda, I have to call them directly and ask for room with bathtub (what's the point!!!). Very nice pool but almost no children area. Breakfast buffet is ok - good selection of fruits, same menu everyday. They claimed to have Organic vegetable but when I asked how they get it, I do not receive any answer. It is quite a long walk to the Night Market. Overall, I still think this hotel is the best choice if traveling to Hue. Xem tiếp

Beautiful colonial hotel. Free bicycles and beautiful swimmingpool. Very interesting creative cuisine. Most of the rooms are not located in the anceint colonial building. But in a side building which is a bit disppointed, even tough the furniture and the decoration is appropriate with an historical flare. Xem tiếp

Located a 25 minute drive from the airport the hotel is situated on the banks of the Perfume River. River view rooms provide a glorious view in the early morning. Staff are well trained and extremely friendly. The hotel signature restaurant is definitely a place to dine and has an extensive but reasonably priced wine list. Xem tiếp

La Residence Hotel in Hue is simply stunning. The Gardens are beautiful as are the rooms. We had a pool /river view double room with balcony. The bed and pillows were heavenly. Wifi in rooms worked well. The staff always had a smile and were eager to help and do what they could to make you more comfortable and make the most of your stay in Hue. They quickly organized tours, golfing and cooking classes...all of which were superb! We preferred dining outside as the main restaurant at night la Parfum was simply too 'fussy' for our tastes. The spa had great staff and was very relaxing. Overall I really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend La Residence as nothing ever seemed too much for the staff! My only complaint..as always in Vietnam is that in a country that exports coffee why on earth does a 5 star hotel leave cheap nescafe sachets in your room? A plunger would be preferred or single serve nespresso! Xem tiếp

We had a great stay at La Residence Hotel and I'm sure this was the best place to stay in Hue. It's in a nice quiet location within easy reach of all the attractions. Nice rooms, good restuarant (although quite expensive), nice cafe and great swimming pool. Good service by staff also. Xem tiếp

la residence was our favourite hotel during our 4 week holiday in vietnam. it had fabulous art deco style having once been the french governors residence. the room we had featured a very big sun deck with reclining chairs and great views to the citadel across the river. te bar was really stylish and the swimming pool absolutely huge. the staff were the friendliest of any hotel we stayed in. this hotel just oozed glamour and style. we want to return in the future! We absolutely loved La Residence. The room was very nice but it was the staff and service that made the stay great. We have a 6 month old son and everybody, waiters, reception, doorman, couldn't have been nicer with him. When we were having breakfast one of the waitresses would take him away for 15 minutes so that we could both enjoy a coffee - little things like that made the hotel stand out. When we left we said that we would go back to Hue almost just to stay here again. Xem tiếp

This hotel is really beyond my expection. Good room, good service, good shop, and good breakfast! The room is not overly decorated and with a good safe. Shower is reliable and the hotel provide free amenity. Receptionists are extremely friendly and help me organise a half day trip to visit the citadel and royal tombs. The breakfast is another surprise, with many choices both western and local vietnamese. Anyway, I am quite happy to stay here. Definitely come back for more and the swimming pool! Xem tiếp
